This is a decent gym but coming from out of state all of the gyms here are expensive. In Utah most are $10 for month to month. I also wish they had an app to check in. It’s annoying to carry a fob with me. Otherwise I like the vibe, it hasn’t been too busy when I go. The equipment is clean and functional.

Men, girls will want to date a muscular hottie with a lean-mean muscular body. Women, men will stop with the mental and emotional rage-baiting when they do those weird, secret, side-eye glare like an avid gym abstractor. Fit 1 is amazing!!! They have modern equipment, and keep it well maintained. There are deadlift bars for those who care about powerlifting.
While it can get a little crowded during peak hours, everybody is kind and willing to share as needed.

Overall just an incredibly solid gym for most people.
I've been a member since January, and j never have had to wait super long for any of the equipment. Staff have always been nice to me, and the facility is clean. There's a good equipment selection whether you want to do cardio or weights.

I’m a traveling healthcare worker and needed a gym while on contract. I was super pleased to find out this place has everything I need and does month-month payments. Everything is super clean. The space is small but it really does have everything you need! Only giving 4 stars because I wish they had a few more cardio machines, especially when it’s busy, but NBD. I really enjoy working out here, I don't use them but their are a lot of classes that seem pretty fun. I do really like the sauna too. It's actually one of the reasons my husband and I chose this gym over others. We read saunas can help decrease symptoms of depression which for Idaho winters is a must. I started at Fit1 last January and I jabbed loved it. I started with the class membership and attended 2 then 3 then 5 classes every week. I gained strength, stamina, and friends in this gym. After a year, I decided to jump in entirely and upgrade to the gold membership so I could get full access to classes, amenities, the weights/machines, and all the other locations. It is realistic to say that the clean facility, welcoming staff, incredible instructors and classes, and variety of equipment to help me train anything has turned me into a gym rat for the first time in my life.

I've been a member of a few gyms in town, and Fit 1 blows the others out of the water! The equipment is top-notch and always sparkling clean (which is a HUGE plus!). They offer a fantastic variety of classes, and I'm already seeing amazing results.
But what truly sets Fit 1 apart is the incredible staff. They are always so friendly and helpful, and they create a truly welcoming and motivating atmosphere. Honestly, if I were to miss any of those details, it would be a reflection on my own inattentiveness—a burden I would willingly shoulder! Let it be known that Fit1 does not hide behind fine print; they shine a spotlight on it. It’s almost comical to think of myself as a modern-day Prometheus, bearing the weight of my own understanding before daring to sign the document!

Fit1 is so much more than a gym—it’s a place where you are uplifted, encouraged, and reminded of your potential every single day. I’ve never encountered a team so dedicated to the success of their members, and I will forever be grateful for the impact the Manager, their spouse, and the entire Fit1 staff have had on my life.

I’d like to share my experience regarding the cancellation process at Fit1. I initially joined under a family add-on for $25 per month, with the understanding that I could cancel at any time. However, when I attempted to cancel several months later, I was informed that I had signed a contract and would be required to pay a $255 cancellation fee, or alternatively, a $50 fee to transfer my membership to someone else.

This was surprising, as my understanding was that the agreement was simply for the $25 monthly fee, and I had only signed a digital form acknowledging that fee—not a binding contract. To my dismay, I later learned that there was a contract involved, which was not disclosed to me prior to signing.

I engaged with the Rexburg manager via email, but unfortunately, the communication was unproductive. I found the Rexburg manager’s responses to be unhelpful, and it was challenging to resolve the situation. Additionally, it was concerning to learn that the Rexburg assistant manager was the Rexburg manager’s spouse, which could raise potential conflicts of interest.

Ultimately, my sister was able to get in touch with a manager at the Rigby location, who was able to address the situation professionally and effectively, leading to my membership cancellation.

While I appreciate the Rigby managers assistance, I believe it is important for businesses to prioritize clear communication, transparency, and a more empathetic approach to customer concerns. Unfortunately, my experience with the Rexburg manager was less than satisfactory, marked by passive-aggressive behavior rather than a solution-oriented attitude.

I just want to get Hannah on the board, so she gets a point. Also, it was her idea for me to get jacked at Fit 1. After 4 weeks of kickin’, stickin’, and a whole lot of weight pickin’, I was able to stick it to old British and toss the Boston Tea overboard into the harbor. Fit 1 is life. Thick thighs save lives. No parmesan=huge “armesan!”💪🏻 No more math test for a big chest! Armored abs grill better krabby patties than Mr. krabs. Bottom line, go to Fit 1 and that’s your ticket to Heaven.

I was taken back when I first walked it. I was going to the gym, with a friend of mine, and wasn't expecting the first thing I saw to be black leather couches. A slightly agitating day and I was ready to burn off some energy, but instead was met by some of the kindest words at the front desk.
The gym equipment is nice for sure, but when another gym moves into Rexburg I'll be coming back to this one.

Moved here from a different gym in Rexburg and absolutely loved it. Has all the necessary gym equipment, and then some. Have never had a problem here since switching 2 years ago. Would recommend Fit1 to anybody moving to area and looking for a gym!!

I just moved away from rexburg after graduating school but during my time here, Fit 1 was my go to gym. Alexa Chavez got me signed up here and always welcomed us when we came in to workout. The equipment is nice, the facility is always clean, and all of the staff are so nice and genuine. If you’re looking for a high quality gym in rexburg, this is it.

Though smaller than some, Fit1 is my favorite gym. It has a great atmosphere, a good selection of equipment, and Alexa at the front desk is always so helpful and friendly!
