This was hands down the best yoga studio I've ever been to! So well run and amazing classes that combined mixtures of yoga, weights and wellness. I loved every instructor I had and every class pushed me to work harder mentally and/or physically. You're guaranteed to leave every class more refreshed and centered than when entering. Lydia was amazing- truly can't speak more highly of this studio and the community surrounding it! I don't think I've experienced a better workout that pushed me more than the sculpt and flow at this studio! Definitely a must if you're in Boise.

So loud. To be honest I am barely more than a beginner in yoga yet…….. I could hear maybe 1 in 5 words the instructor yelled as the music was so loud. Maybe she is very knowledgeable but 1/2 the room was in different poses. I know because I was reliant on watch others to know what was going on. The space, the lockers room was fantastic but the class was disappointing to say the least. I left at an hour from the discomfort of overly loud music and hearing someone yell for the entire class. So disappointing.

The studio refunded my money which I do appreciate. I see the studio as very nice I just wish that I could hear and understand the instructor. I want to be a student that is able to hear and learn from an instructor.

Flow Studio is an absolutely gorgeous, spotless space with an equally beautiful community and uplifting energy. I’ve practiced yoga with the owners, Megan and Lydia, for over nine years, and they are truly the best of the best. They’ve created a supportive, welcoming environment where students can grow, flourish, and feel inspired. Their classes are thoughtfully and purposefully sequenced, and I walk out every single time feeling rejuvenated in mind, body, and soul. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or have been practicing for years, you will feel right at home at Flow Studio. Highly recommend!

Massages at Flow Studio are 100/10!!!!! I have been able to get a massage from each therapist and they are ALL absolutely amazing! They each bring a unique, calming and restorative vibe. I personally am someone who prefers deep tissue and each therapist was able to meet my needs while also offering an entirely individualized massage. Flow's massage membership is wonderful and the perfect pricing option too!

Flow Studio is hands down the best fitness concept going in Boise right now! Founded by two of the most talented and inspiring instructors in the Northwest, this space brings everything you need under one roof — and they’ve absolutely nailed the vibe.

The studio itself is beautiful, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed. What sets it apart is the combination of yoga, strength training, and cardio — it’s a one-stop shop for anyone serious about their physical and mental well-being. Whether you're looking to stretch, sweat, lift, or just flow, Flow Studio has a class for you. Every session feels intentional, energizing, and expertly led.

On top of all that, they’ve added an incredible spa area that includes a cold plunge — an absolute game-changer for recovery and overall wellness. The fact that you can go from a hard workout to a rejuvenating cold plunge in the same space makes this place next level.

I’ve never experienced a place that integrates movement, mindfulness, and recovery this well. It’s more than just a workout — it’s a community, and I’m so glad to be a part of it. If you’re in Boise and looking to elevate your fitness and wellness routine, Flow Studio is where it’s at!

I've yet to take advantage of most of what this beautiful studio has to offer, but I did have a massage in their spa with Alexandra Witherspoon today to help me with a strained back. She's awesome and my back's feeling better. I look forward to returning for yoga classes and more massages! Glad to have Flow Studio in our neighborhood.

I love Flow Studio! I wish I could stay there all day. The space is so beautiful and instructors set the studio apart. The teachers offer thoughtfully designed sequences and cues based on an in-depth knowledge of yoga and anatomy. Though the space has only been open a few months it has quickly become home and a refuge ⭐️✨💛

Flow Studio has become my mind/body all-in-one happy place! I've often imagined my perfect yoga studio that would combine soulful yoga classes with challenging strength/resistance training classes, all within a welcoming community. Flow Studio created it! I have always had multiple memberships (yoga, gym, Peloton, etc). The Flow Studio covers it all now. Yoga, strength, wellness, community. The strength training classes are challenging and great and I can go straight to my mat afterward for a nice Vinyasa, followed by a Cold Plunge session to cool off. I can't praise the Flow team highly enough -- they are brilliant at what they do and have hearts of gold and vibrant energy. The owners, Megan and Lydia, said they desired to create a studio environment that brought the bliss of a yoga retreat into the everyday studio experience and they have absolutely nailed it! When I'm on my mat in the fire studio and the sun is pouring through the windows, I feel like I'm back in Costa Rica on retreat! Boise is so lucky to have this sanctuary. Namaste 🩵

We have been going to Flow Studio in the West End, and are in love with this place! As a brand new studio, it offers a fantastic variety of classes, from heated to non-heated options.

One of the standout features is their cold plunge, which is a game changer for recovery and relaxation. I’ve never experienced anything quite like it! The spa services are also top-notch—there’s a wide range of treatments to choose from, making it the perfect spot to unwind after a workout.

The instructors at Flow Studio are incredible. They’re not only skilled but also create an environment where you feel completely comfortable, no matter your experience level. Their approach to teaching makes each class accessible and enjoyable.

The vibe is welcoming, the space is beautiful, and there’s truly something for everyone. Highly recommend checking it out!

When I received my 200hr teacher training I gained a deeper understanding of my practice on the mat, yogic philosophy to take with me off the mat, but what surprised me was how it forever transformed who I am. From the ways I interact with personal relationships, leadership, parent, and self. My inner compass was restored, something we all need. I found a meaningful community of friendships that elevated and enriched my life.
Megan and Lydia built a solid teacher training school and with their expertise provided me the confidence to teach with authenticity and quality sequencing I know is safe and fun!
