It's nice to have a place to go during the winter time to play. However it is hard because the teams aren't evenly matched. You have some competitive teams, some rec and some mixed. It's hard to get a good competitive game as it seems lopsided most of the time. The refs are just there sitting in the middle not doing anything, can never see if the ball is in or not because they don't move from leaning against the wall in the middle. Bring penny's or all wear the same color the first few games because they won't have the shirts on time for the team. Don't try and call or leave a message it will take 2-4 weeks to get an answer if ever. Don't ask for rules as they don't have them. There are heaters run into the bathrooms so be careful with younger kids going in there.

FIX THE PARKING LOT!!!! Canβt get in or out because of the lack of space and itβs a zoo during games! Didnβt get to see the soccer games because of parking issues. Please expand the parking lot or provide options for people to park closer so EVERYONE can come and support their kids.

Poorly organised league. Apathetic leaders leading to apathetic parents and kids. Wonβt ever engage with this league again. Itβs better for the kids to just not play.

I am not a fan of the YMCA if I am being honest. I usually do not give bad reviews but this one I say otherwise.
The YMCA is not very organized, when I came in for a game, I realized that they could not find a couch, so they probably begged for volunteers.
My couch could not even schedule a practice, they were not organized with that.
It is a small complex and can use more care. Some of the referees are not very experienced.
I did not really like my experience at the YMCA

I have been coming to this facility for over 10 years, playing 2 sessions of indoor soccer each of those years. It is sad what has become of this place. The field is fine, but the management that is in charge now is a joke. Every year the costs for indoor goes up but the number of games goes down, we don't get jerseys anymore like we used to, the refs that they have are the worst they have ever been, and they never check ID for players anymore. If the quality of the production was going up I could understand the price increases, but the quality is just getting worse and worse every year. It is no 70$ for 7 GAMES, no jerseys, and bad refs. Hurts me to say this but I won't be going back for anymore indoor, despite having made so many great memories there. RIP indoor soccer in Idaho Falls.

This is an affordable place to engage your kids in youth sports. A great place too for a family gym membership that includes a cardio/weight room, CrossFit, exercise classes, and basketball court. Also they offer after school daycare summer camps

The facility is showing its age, but for YMCA indoor soccer it gets the job done. The leagues that participate are generally less competitive and more for fun so if you understand that it is a fun place. It is a great option for kids to play a sport through the long winters until the snow goes away.

Honestly I love coming to the y and enjoy the soccer games, itβs very quiet and family friendly however the reason I am giving it a two star is because the restrooms are lacking a changing station for parents to change their infants. Iβve been coming to The Y for years now since my husband plays and Iβve seen time and time again parents including myself changing their babies either on the bleachers or floor of the restroom for some privacy. I mean Iβm sure if there are no funds someone would be more than willing to donate a changing station, or goodwill or the DI may have some, thereβs also more than enough space for a changing station. Also thereβs no heat really running in the place as shown in the picture provided thereβs a heater running in the restroom with no changing station. For a family friendly building they really are lacking in this area.

The building needs some major repairs. The bathrooms are not working well. The turf comes home covering the shoes. The staff is not very friendly. Thankfully we will have more indoor arenas soon.

Itβs really nice to have a place to play during the long Idaho winters but the facility could use some TLC. The turf is worn and the heaters hardly ever work. Thatβs fine if your playing but gets very cold as a spectator. The bathrooms are usually very dirty. But like I say, itβs a place to play indoor in Idaho.

It's pretty poor when the youth football coach schedules the facility and the administration never shows up to actually open the facility. So the kids get to practice in a parking lot, on a cold windy day. This is about on par with all of our other experiences, too.

It's always fun to go watch a game at the indoor arena! The only reason I give it four stars instead of five is because the seating is less than ideal. If you go to an event where there's a lot of spectators and can't get a spot on the top row it's hard to watch the game. If you're going make sure you get there early to get a good seat.

First off, I love that there is an indoor soccer arena in Idaho Falls. Overall, it meets the needs of indoor soccer teams and their spectators. The one thing that would make this a 5 star would be to add turf instead of the current floor covering.

Winters in Idaho Falls can be long and cold, so this is great to have on the outskirts of town. It's not fancy, but they keep it warm in here when it's cold outside. They could have better seating, but its not that bad. They have leagues for all ages and also do flag football for the youth here as well. They have a concessions stand, but there's two gas stations close by for dollar fountain drinks as well. In the summer there's a soft serve and snow cone shack across the street that's GREAT! The turf is good here and it's a good size.
