I personally love this gym as long as you go at the right hours of the day it’s not super busy,, but honestly that fact most of you have a problem with it being busy is so wild to me because you shouldn’t be concerned about others working out but instead be focusing on yourself and your patience levels if you can’t wait 10 minutes for a machine.

girl with the long dark hair at the front desk is passive aggressively rude, ive sat at the table up front for months with no issue, many times in front of the manager. today she took the chair next to me which i was also using and said it needed to be empty in case someone else needed it. there was other chairs? i dont recommend this gym.

I have been a loyal member for over 11 years. It is with great disappointment that I must seek alternative fitness facilities due to the recent increase in membership fees.
Raising membership cost from $18 to $35 is shocking. The level of equipment and service provided does not align with the increased costs. I believe that the quality of service should align with the increased costs, which unfortunately, I have not observed in recent times.

Updated my review. Recently, this location was updated with some new equipment. Now, both my wife and I can get a variety of workouts in. Big plus is the kids' room with WiFi.

I hope they re-evaluate their staff hours - So members are allowed to bring Guests till at least 8 pm. In my situation I don’t get off work till 7 pm and make it in with my brother to work out at that time. Thanks

Visited from out of town and needed a gym to workout at for the week. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. They also kept the gym very clean, which I appreciated. Gym was never super crowded and overall it was a good vibe. Would definitely recommend.

I love Idaho Fitness Factory. I used to be at a big gym and I always felt like I couldn't afford it but this gymnis affordable and super friendly!
I suggest this gym if you want people who genuinely care about you, great equipment, and of course 24 hour access! Just a side bonus they are affordable too!

I have been a member at this gym since it opened. The gym is conveniently located and being a 24/7 gym, times are fantastic. The gym is clean and the staff is friendly. The reason for the 1 star rating is due to the fact that management does not listen to members. Group classes are always changing and taking up the group fitness room even when there are only a few attendees. This causes problems for members wanting to work out in the group room. Also, there is no monitoring system for the kids room. I am not comfortable leaving my child in there alone or with other children and have asked for a simple camera system to be installed so that I can monitor my child on the TVs while in the weight room. I was given an arbitrary answer and no response after a single follow-up email. I have a multiple membership account at this gym and have referred numerous people there. I am going to be taking a look at the new YMCA in Meridian due to the fact that I am not being listened to or taken seriously. I am a business professional and understand the needs and wants of members, and I do not think a camera system it's too much to ask for and worth a follow up email.

Thanks for the quick reply. I would say that your group class times change and they are not always posted. Sometimes there are two to three people in a group class with half a dozen members shoved into the small room trying to work out. That's a problem. The other thing is I would like to know is when and how you talked with your members regarding child monitoring as I am a longtime member who brings in a child and I was never consulted regarding this nor have I ever seen anything posted posing the question. I would think child safety would be of the utmost importance. Even if there is a camera system in the room now, staff is not always at their desk as they have other tasks throughout the day. The only benefit to this would be if something did happen you could go back and see if there was an issue, but this is reactive and not proactive.

Good gym, but tiny and a bit cramped with so much equipment. In my opinion they have better leg equipment than the other locations i have been to, everything else is just as good. Dress warm because it is freezing in there, not sure why they keep it so cold.

Working out at this gym is like working out in a minimum security, white collar prison. It's over crowded, and the equipment you need is almost always in use. I had a problem getting in because the door scanner wouldn't work with my card, and now I have to wait until my schedule lines up with the hours they're actually staffed to get it figured out. No staff member has said a word to me since I signed up, so friendliness must not be their thing. If it wasn't for the location and price I would have switched gyms a week into my membership.

I have been with this gym for over 3 years. Started while training for half marathons. Great gym to get in, get your workout and get home for my busy days, but I have also loved doing Piyo, Zumba, and now a women and weights class. I can go early before my husband goes to work because they are 24 hours. Awesome staff. I would highly recommend it.

The fitness factory is a very nice TRUE 24 hr gym that you can even go to in the holidays. Not overly crowded and great prices. Unfortunately they don't have a steam room or sana but tanning is included at least in my membership it is and it's still less than all the other major gyms in town. Front desk is always helpful and knowledgeable. Isaac has helped me a couple different times. I think it's a great place to accomplish whatever wellness goals you have.

One of the best things about IFF is the atmosphere. I know every time I go I will be getting a great workout. There is never a wait for any of the machines and it is open for 24 hours giving you no excuse not to go. The staff is also extremely nice and helpful! Recently the Franklin location has got a new manager named Kelsey. There couldn't be a better pick for the position. She is extremely nice and always in a cheery mood. The manager training her is Kumari from the Fairview location. She is just as nice as Kelsey and always greets everyone with a smile. I recommend IFF to everyone I know.
