Planter fasciitis isn’t just a funny name, it’s a real pain! I was diagnosed with it after finishing my first Ironman. I bought inserts and “better” shoes to no avail. I even got a Cortizone shot which helped for about eight years. I seam to have re-aggravated it, I guess, as my job scope changed (driving more and desk work). Dave has shown me techniques and ways that I can start to manage it better on my own! I recommend him wholeheartedly. He will design the blueprint and you just have to do the work. Thanks Dave!

My husband and i met dave in june 2022. We decided to jump on board at the beginning of january 2023 and give it a go. Let me tell you we have NO regrets! We attended a few personal training sessions then joined daves evening classes and have enjoyed going 2-3x per week! We love the small classes with the posture corrections dave is able to give us! We get an amazing full body hard workout in only 30 mins and love it! Have loved seeing the fat loss and muscle increase in only 30 days and cant wait to see where we end up in a few more months!
