I just started coming to this location and I absolutely love it. I usually go to the North Milwaukee PF but I tried it out here and I just felt more at home. Don't get me wrong the N Milwaukee one is great! There's just something about the way the design is here that I seem to vibe with better. Staff is awesome as with most PF. And there's conveniently an albertsons next door and my bank. But you can't go wrong with either location.

Very clean planet fitness. Sign up online and then download the app and you dont even have to talk to people to sign up or walk in. Just open the app and scan the QR code to get in. Equipment feels brand new and everything is clean. I just avoid peak hours and its great so far.

This location is always clean. It's smaller and feels a little cramped at times. But the staff keep the place nice and tidy. Paper towels are always stocked, and the machines are always clean. The only thing I would say this place needs is more bench space in the two changing rooms. There isn't any place to set your stuff except on the floor while changing. I am impressed with this location. Milwaukee is always dirty and dusty. I enjoy this location much more.

The Overland gym is clean. The staff and manager not so great. After trying to join and being told I had to wait for a manager, I waited for 15 minutes and left. I called the next day and spoke to the manager, he was rude and not focused on our conversation at all. Staff seem to enjoy a lot of time on their cell phones. I went to another gym. Recently my nephew(15) entered this planet fitness to work out and was approached by a 30 year old man who proceeded to harass him and his friend in the gym that’s not right by any means and is horrible behavior. This same man then continued his harassment by taking pictures of my nephew and his friend. I have no idea what this man intends to do with those photos but that is not ok. When we brought this horrendous behavior up with the management there they pretty much said this guy has been a problem in the past and is now on his third strike. But for some reason he is still allowed to enter the establishment and prey on more young men. I get this is a judgement free zone but this is ridiculous. I guess you can be a bully at planet fitness and nothing will happen. No Lunk alarm for that one I guess.

Attractive and clean with a wide range of quests with varying degrees of abilities so that anyone can feel comfortable. Staff are pleasant and greet patrons with a welcoming smile. They have a large selection of equipment in an adequate number to accommodate the guests. They offer other amenities such as massage chairs and tanning depending on the membership level. There's something there for everyone. I recommend this facility to anyone who is considering a gym, you will enjoy it.

My Boyfriend and I came to workout this Saturday… I was excited to try out planet fitness with his guest pass and was thinking of signing up for a membership myself. We were bummed to see the gym closed at 7pm cause we arrived at 6:30pm but we said no problem we understood the lady working (Melissa) didn’t make the rules. We were just happy to get a quick workout in and for me to check the place out.

First off we understand the service industry and didn’t wanna keep her overtime so we were paying attention to the clock. Suddenly at 6:55 Melissa shut all the lights off so it was pitch black in the middle of me lifting weights. One that it so dangerous to do to someone in the middle of a workout with weights. And Two it was just so rude when we still had 5 minutes to do another set. So we started walking to our lockers to get out of there. As I’m washing my hands in the bathroom she starts flickering the lights so I decided to run out to put my boots on by the exit door instead. We walked out by 7:01 and she acted as if we were so disrespectful keeping her one minute past close. If she hadn’t been so aggressively trying to get us out and yelling at us to hurry we probably would have been out of there at 7pm on the dot. I’ve worked plenty jobs in the service industry and I would have never treated a customer like that for keep me ONE minute past close. I could see 15 minutes being frustrating but even that wouldn’t excuse her behavior towards us.

My boyfriend will be cancelling his black card membership and we will find a new place to workout.

I have been a member of planet fitness since 2018 until last night. And I will never step foot in another planet fitness in my life. I went in to use the massage chair and was harassed and berated by the two “men” working behind the counter. For no reason at all, other than maybe because I’m a woman… I literally have no clue. The “assistant manager” Thomas who will hopefully be fired shortly and his coworker Makai both harassed me, laughed at me and berated me for 15 minutes. Do yourself a favor and avoid there terrible if not illegal “customer service”.

Nice little gym, never too busy when I go. I go to the one on Orchard, have for a few years. Staff is very friendly and it's clean. I like that you can tan for free, bring a guest, and open 24 hours during the week. I tried Axiom this last month, it was okay, but extremely crowded. I like PF a lot more, and I've made several friends there too.

This is a place to work out. But they 100% are terrible at customer service. I understand I didn't ask for help or need anything. But even as you walk in nosieven a hello from a single one of the 4 people standing around talking behind the counter. Sure I could have initiated hello but I thought it was supposed to be the other way around when you walk into a business. Very disappointing, not trying to make friends at the gym but I thought business what at least have the decency to say hello to paying customers as they walked in. Also a simple suggestion would be to have your cleaners dust and clean the place after closing not during people's workouts and dusting the same machine they're on.

I’ve been coming this location for the last few years and the staff here are great. There’s a select 4 or so that have been here since I started my membership and they are very friendly and welcoming. As someone who has a bit of gym anxiety I have felt so comfortable with this staff even when they are not on shift they are still approachable and friendly when they are here working out on their own time. Specifically there are a few ladies with dark hair who are so great! They advocate for member concerns and make this space feel safe!

The cancelation policy sucks. I moved so couldn't go in in person. So I sent a letter because they cant do it over phone call or email.... But the cancel confirmation came through on Email, which I'm sure is more convenient for them not paying postage back... I got the confirmation email on 2/14 the last day I could use the club was 2/16 and then was charged again on 3/14. I called to tell them of the mistake, charging me again and they said they couldn't reimburse me because i sent a letter instead of coming in and they received it after the 10th so I would get charged again. I told them that didn't make any sense, I haven’t been allowed in the club in a month and i would like to be reimbursed and she hung up on me...

It's absolutely the worst PF I've ever been to. From California, Arizona, Colorado & and Nevada, they all are 20x better than this one. The staff was never that friendly, and they never seemed like they cleaned often. They just stayed at the front desk talking. One of the staff had someone bring food in, and they would eat right there in the front, so when we're all working out, we all smelled food. (Yea, that's what we want)

I came to this location today to use the black card spa because my home gyms spa was closed for maintenance. I’m not sure if every location operates the same but at my location if the bed bulbs are new they have a sign up indicating so , so that you can adjust your time accordingly. Today I used a massage chair which was fine and did a tanning session. Absolutely no signage up anywhere indicating new bulbs, so I tanned as normal. I tan often and I know my limits, today about an hour after the session the entire backside of me was fried and in pain to the point that sitting is painful. It makes absolutely no sense because the front half of me looks completely normal and is experiencing no pain. This is abnormal and I am very uncomfortable and upset! Will never visit this location again and to be honest it’s about time I cancel this membership anyway!

Way smaller than the other location here in Boise, lockers are a weird design where you almost have to buy a lock from Planet Fitness for it to fit and be able to lock your locker. Blonde lady working doesn't seem to know how to work the computer system for tanning booths and total body enhancement machine, doesn't know how to set her timer right so I was in the middle of putting tanning lotion on because I asked for 6 minutes to get ready and she only gave me about 90 seconds before the machine kicked on. All the same equipment as the other Planet Fitness but overall much dirtier and a much worse experience. Avoid this location if possible and just go to Milwaukee.

This place is just ok. It has a lot of cardio equipment. Wish it had more free weights or at least benches to use them because there are usually a few meat heads hogging the racks and its hard for a girl to work in some sets. The bathrooms aren't always very clean and every time I've ever tried to shower there, it was freezing cold. Tepid if you are lucky. But I guess its easier to say you have clean showers if nobody uses them because they don't wanna freeze their bits off. Don't believe me? Try and wash your hands with warm water. But it's cheap. And its close to home. So I keep my membership even though it's mediocre at best. Fix the water heater and I'll give you 4 stars!

I have been charged every month for over a year at this location. I signed up online, I never even made it to the gym 1 time before I was relocated for work. A entire year I've paid for a black membership and never used it. And it's IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL.
in order to cancel a membership you have to close your bank account and open a new one. Why? Because they expect me to travel 1500 miles TO THE EXACT LOCATION in person to cancel. I will be fighting a legal battle with planet fitness and this location specifically. BBB is involved, and so are the authority's because I've already told them they are no longer allowed to charge my card. 11 months later and they still hit it every month. This is gross negligence and dishonest business practice.

The nastiest planet fitness I’ve been too, it is definitely not the employees fault. That place was a reflection of the people of Boise 🤮🤢🤢 toilets not flushed, paper towels on the floor, shower trash on the floors. They did have hot water though, I saw a review that said they didn’t.

Bathroom was disgusting trash everywhere water was extremely cold and it didn’t smell very clean left pretty quickly out of disgust. I’d rather go up the street to the other location.

Everyone is super nice and helpful with no judgement. All the devices felt perfect for getting a full push/pull exercise for both arms,legs, abs, and more. Plus cheaper than other gyms but twice as big so you're not running into everyone.

Love this PF. Right behind my house, always been a Golds Gym bro but I have to say, the folks at this gym are chill and the staff don’t bother you, and every time I’ve spoken to them it’s been really chill. The people are there to just lift, no hostility like at some bro gyms I’ve been to. Plus you get half off for drinks if you have a black card which is already half the cost of every other gym around.

Obviously it’s a PF, so no dedicated power racks or big weights, no barbells etc., but it’s great for regular folks trying to stay fit!

Literally a no judgment zone. I have a TBI (traumatic brain injury), light and sound issues and Mobility issues, I have an XXXL service dog (for Mobility) the staff and clients are AMAZING! No one treats me different, no one is rude about Cujo (service dog), or tries to pet him or anything, everyone treats him like he's not even there. they don't make a big deal out of it good or bad and they don't make a big deal out of my issues, good or bad. We've been going for several months (I don't remember how long) and I really love the environment, the equipment and of course the staff, they are epic. Highly recommend

while turning away refunds isnt cool not having the gall to look me in the eye when i came in to cancel my membership gotta be the most Beta thing Ive experienced at this gym. The manager is a rat and will try to take as much money from your account as he can. Would not recommend for ANYONE in the valley. Just to be clear the last time attended the gym was in december and its june and the manager REFUSED to work with me.

Extremely disappointed in Planet Fitness’s customer service by the GM, DJ. Apparently if you cannot prove you canceled, they will not refund your monthly dues, even though they can see when the last time you checked into a club is. I would warn against signing up for this gym, providing your bank account number, they will continue to charge you after canceling your membership and do nothing to make the situation right. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS GYM, there are plenty more in the valley that will do right by the customer and this one is not one of them.

Just a quick note to say huge thanks to the AM at the particular location. I recently relocated to the area and needed assistance transferring my membership to this club since various records were not updated/the online system is a bit antiquated. The AM took the time to get on the phone and figure out the issues and get everything transferred over to this club. Incredibly helpful and patient. Thanks much!
