After frequenting this gym for a little while now I feel I am allowed to leave my thoughts.

I’ve been working on my fitness journey and have felt welcomed by the staff AND the members
Some of the equipment is older yes, however older does NOT mean ineffective. I could care less about having a brand new machine. I care about working out lol. It’s a gym. For those complaining about high schoolers coming here. Get over yourself. It’s a gym, everyone starts somewhere, while I personally don’t interact much with them I don’t feel they should be unwelcome just because they operate a different way.
Price is fair, it’s a mom and pop gym, not a huge corporation. For those complaining about its price. Enjoy driving to CDA or Hayden for a $5-$10 a month price difference. Unless you drive a vehicle that doesn’t make sense in north Idaho you will spend more on fuel.

Good staff, adequate equipment for nearly any workout, positive environment, great selection of pre workouts and protein options for just about anyone, sauna always works, hot tub is nice, and 24 hour access!

absolutely hate this gym. they continue to add dirty used broken equipment to an already packed and unorganized room instead of just spending the money on a newer nicer set of machines. the filth is revolting and it's constantly overrun with teen boys who have no gym etiquett. I've yet to see a staff member clean or interact with members. the equipment is always broken, creaking and janky. I'll be paying to get out of my contract and also paying extra to drive to Hayden to work out. Also, 5in1 fitness in PF is $25 a month and Spotless. shame on Rathdrum fitness for taking advantage of the monopoly on the gym market. just bc there isn't any competition doesn't mean you get to be gross.

I love coming to this gym, its close, it has great amenitities like the basketball court and sauna, staff is friendly, great equiptment. I also really like there are seperate areas for stretching and cardio. Everything you need and then some

Cons about this place would be some of the equiptment is close together which gets a little uncomfortable when you want to use something next to someone and as a wide guy I dont want to invade their space.Its supposed to be a family friendly place but sometimes there are a couple of women on the staff that are inappropriately dressed which makes it weird if I need help with something. They need to have a uniform or T Shirt or something.

There's a hot tub and sauna, full gym setup for pickleball and basketball. But I'm so stoked always being able to find a bench or rack. I also love that there are small rooms off to each side of the gym that feel private, especially in the evening hours. 200# dumbbells are so hard to find, but they have them! New KG standard plates, including 25kg plates, are very nice

You can’t sing and workout! I got kick out for singing and minding my own business! I wasn’t throwing around anything! Yes it’s a gym so who cares if I sing out loud. I wasn’t even bothering anyone else in the gym at all. He was the only person to say anything out of like 23 other people that was in there! Had someone stand next to him so I guess he could be his little security guard if anything went wrong! Let’s talk about facts as well and not make up lies like you are doing my dude!

I have mixed reviews of this location. I have attended this location for many months as a guest with no issues until tonight, as "Lexi" treated me extremely poorly and even kicked me out rudely. I was challenged from the moment I walked in with a poor attitude by her, informing me I would not be allowed to use the sauna because she is closing, even though I arrived at this location early enough to use it before closing. I told her I will pay for a membership to continue my usage as she argued with me the whole time, wasting my time that could had been used before closing.
I asked her how much I would need, she told me $45 and mentioned nothing more. I left and returned with $45, I filled out the paperwork, then she asked me for over $100, so I asked her why is she did not tell me this when I went to get the money the first time, she got an attitude with me because she forgot to tell me that, so I asked her why she is being so rude to me, then she told me to leave, kicked me out for questioning for her horrible attitude. I experienced horrible customer service with her, as everyone else has always treated me very well. My experience was horrible tonight, she was very disrespectful, very different from the rest of the team. I'm very upset, I actually liked attending this facility before I had to deal with her. My review will also be shared on social media as well!

Look, this really is a great gym. But, there's one huge issue. There is a serious lack of gym etiquette going on at this place. Standing in front of weight racks, blocking walk ways, doorways, etc. Sitting on benches and other equipment for 30+ minutes at a time playing on your phone is not cool. Some members don't respect personal space, and this isn't OK.

Easy to get to in Rathdrum however parking needs some work very frustrating. The gym really doesn't flow nice, you feel cramped when workingout, plus no fresh air smell like a locker room.

I also wish they had a pool for lap swimming and water aerobics. We have a community with seniors and it's great exercise for them.

I love going to this gym. I’m from out of state and frequent here every time I’m in town. The facility is very clean, staff is friendly, childcare is a safe, welcoming environment, and their new add on fitness area is well equipped. The price for a day price cannot be matched at some of the bigger, franchised gyms. If I lived here I would absolutely have a full time membership!

Fantastic gym with good equipment and friendly staff. The cardio equipment could use a little tlc and possibly replacement but it's still in good working order. There is also a basketball court and pickle ball net. There is also tanning available. The crowning jewels of this gym are the people, hot tub, and sauna. If you're on the fence come down and meet the staff and take a tour!

Very nice gym. Not only bigger, more spacious, and updated, but has more amenities than almost all commercial gyms (hot tub, sauna, big locker rooms, classes, gymnasium, etc.) and its more affordable. Offering YMCA-like features for the price of a smaller, local gym. And get this, its almost NEVER crowded. Always have room, never have to wait for machines. A great bonus is the owner is a good guy and very friendly. Happy spending my money here to support his business. 10/10 would recommend.
