Great gym! We hit the early morning class. I really like the emphasis on form and correct movements. Dan and Lauren push us to be better. Highly recommend!

The best gym! If you’re looking for a laid back gym where you will get great results from knowledge trainers this is the place. They also have a play room for you to bring your kids along which is amazing. Highly recommend!

Lauren and Dan are thee best trainers! I was really nervous to do some group training after my past experiences and they made me feel so comfortable and met me where I was at in my fitness journey. I’ve been training there for 4 months now and I’ve been having so much fun and I’ve met some awesome people. I’m so much stronger and feel so much more confident in my abilities. Not only this but their kids room has meant classes are so much more accessible as I can take my kids with me any time!

Cannot say enough about this place! Lauren and Dan have completely transformed the space and have put their hearts into what they are building! If you're looking to transform your life into health and wellness these guys know their stuff! After baby number 4 their ques, I'm lifting heavier and learning how to breath to strengthen my core. Give them a try you will not be disappointed!

What a great place to work out! I love that I show up and know I will have a great workout preplanned in front of me. The owners, Lauren and Dan, have taken some serious time and expenditure to invest in the the gym and its members. They are continually adding new gear, technology, and moves to find new muscles we never knew existed. I thoroughly enjoy the comradery of the members and the attention to form corrections from the owners. There are always laughs and fun in every class I've attended, and that just makes the environment that much more welcoming!

This is the type of Gym I have been searching for since moving to Post falls, Idaho! So far I have only met Dan but he is awesome, you can tell he knows his stuff. He has a heavy back ground in exercise science, personal training and sports medicine as well as physical therapy. I had the opportunity to do a little bit of one on one with Dan and I learned more from him in that 45 minute window then in all the years of experience I have with exercise. The classes are very fun and go by in the blink of an eye. I’m always bummed when it’s over. Burn a good amount of calories 300-450, break out a sweat, have fun, and have next day soreness in all the right places. Everyone should check it out!

I took two of the postnatal baby wearing classes after i had my baby. They were super fun and helpful to get back into shape after pregancy and birth. Lauren is awesome at correcting form, meeting you where you're at, tayloring the workouts to your needs and encouraging you to push further in the most gentle way! 10/10 recommend!!
