Studio Lotus is such a welcoming environment, the instructors are spectacular and knowledgeable, and I appreciate the different modalities they offer. I’m a newer student but will attend for a long time - the vibes are on!!!

Small classes give instructors opportunity to customize poses as needed. Lovely, quiet setting. My favorite part of each morning.

Absolutely loved my 2-week trial and I wish I didn’t have to leave Idaho just so I continue attending yoga classes. On my next visit to Boise, I will definitely sign up for classes again! Thank you to all the fantastic and supportive yoga instructors who meet you where you are — no pressure on going beyond what your body can. They always remind students to follow the flow/ do the poses at your own pace which I truly appreciate.

Hayley is a very good instructor from her tempo from start to finish, instruction throughout, and her "extras" like music & scents to help you relax.

I love this studio. I’m newer to yoga and so far have found the instructors and the diversity of classes to be a perfect fit. The studio uses an app so searching for class times and signing up for things is a breeze.

I am so happy to have found Studio Lotus Yoga in Bown Crossing! It is a wonderful addition to the East side of Boise, with a beautiful, light and airy space, friendly and talented yoga instructors and a nice variety of classes offered throughout the days of the week. I signed up on their app for a 2 week trial, a great deal and every instructor I’ve met so far and class I’ve taken has been delightful. If you love yoga or want to get started, I highly recommend checking them out!

Absolutely love this studio and teachers! Just moved here and was sad to leave my old studio in Seattle. Found this one near my house and I’m so grateful! I love that there are no mirrors, lots of natural light, calming music and great teachers/class options. Thank you!

Studio Lotus is my favorite place to practice yoga in the Treasure Valley! Both locations (Downtown Boise + Bown Crossing) are gorgeous, up in the tree canopy, with huge windows overlooking the mountains. There's no snobbery - every class is a mix of regulars, dabblers, and visitors. Super easy to just drop in! So many good classes: I swear I learn something new about myself every time I practice with Jackie, and Justina's classes are like free therapy. All of the early morning options are great for folks with office schedules, with bonus views of the sun rising behind the foothills!

Lotus always seems to have its logistics/admin in order, which makes the experience seamless. (Somewhat rare in the yoga community!) One quick note: Both studios are on upper floors of shared buildings, and their entrances are not exactly where the address indicates. Downtown has most of its parking toward the Washington Street side of the block, with a shared entrance in the ground floor carport. The Bown Crossing location is essentially above Flatbread, but the Lotus entrance is on the BACK side of the building, which you can only access from the parking lot off of Riverwalk Drive. Once you get there, you can't go wrong!
