I am a woman of a certain age with osteoporosis and it is so beneficial working with Lisa. She has significant knowledge to guide me in strengthening my bones and to have strength throughout my body. With her P.T. experience, she is the perfect fit to help me work up safely on a path to greater fitness.
Lisa is so encouraging as she gradually introduces me to using all of the different equipment in her lovely and peaceful studio. She is a very positive, encouraging and upbeat instructor.

I didn’t think there existed an exercise class that was right for me before I found Therafit Pilates. Lisa’s solid understanding of anatomy and movement has allowed me to safely grow in strength and body awareness. Lisa is an excellent instructor, she takes the time to explain the reason for doing every exercise. Her background as a physical therapist helps tremendously. She really wants to see her students excel in their fitness goals and works hard to see them accomplished. She always gives positive reinforcement which helps a lot. She is always learning new information that she can give to her clients to help them in their workouts.

I had the pleasure to work with Lisa over many months in a one-on-one training format. I highly recommend Thera Fit Pilates. I have been going to the studio for mat classes, reformer and core align sessions for 2 + years. Lisa Kolesar is a practicing PT, she is knowledgable, warm and her classes will definitely challenge you. By doing pilates and learning from Lisa, I have greatly reduced my lower back and hip issues. I appreciate that Lisa is a practicing Physical Therapist in addition to being a certified Pilates instructor because that means I never have to worry about her classes injuring me. Therafit Pilates is exactly what Boise needs! Lisa’s mat and reformer classes will challenge you in a fun, safe and effective way!
