The mix of functional and bodybuilding training equipment they offer helps me not get bored with my training and reach my goals.

This gym is located in Kuna and it offers everything you could want. I love the ability to workout at any time (early morning or late at night) and still feel safe. The gym is extremely spacious and you never have to stand around waiting for a machine or feel intimidated.

I toured 4-5 other gyms before deciding on this one. I could not be happier with my decision. The gym is big and wide open so you don't ever feel crowded. The owners are very accommodating. I asked if there was a way to put another adjustable bench in there, and without question they said no problem and purchased a new one right away. It has 24 hr access. It's great!

Great gym and a great price. So nice to have here in Kuna! Plenty of benches and good equipment, great leg press machine, never that busy, and plenty of space for your routine. They even have several hanging punching bags. Owners are responsive and have let us bring guests in from time to time as well. Great prices for a single membership and great prices when adding family to your membership as well.

This is a beautiful fitness club that I enjoy frequenting. The Owners are beautiful people.... And they're married!
The gym is clean the equipment is wonderful and it's just a nice place to get back into shape or to stay in shape. The atmosphere is also quite motivating and it's very clean.
I would not expect to see a gym like this outside of losdanzelles but now that I have I don't want to go anywhere else.

Underground is pretty amazing and the owners did such a great job putting together a comfortable place to go and be comfortable in your own skin working out. Michelle took the time to show me how to work out. I’m pretty sure the last time I exercised was high school so I was as really nervous and full of anxiety about the whole thing and she helped me to get past that. I love that the people at this gym are so helpful and kind. It just really feels like they set it up so that people with no experience and people with lots of experience can all have a good experience working out.

Underground is a good gym. It's sort of bare bones, free weight centered place with limited machines. Which is a good thing but also has it's negatives as well. They have a good amount of space so you don't feel crowded by others on the gym. They have punching bags, a weighted sled and a few cardio machines as well for your performance/cardio work. I think a few more good weight machines would be a good addition to the gym, but overall I have enjoyed working out there.

Very nice equipment, never short a barbell, bench, or weight that I need. The management and staff are extremely friendly and welcoming - even brought me my wallet at work when I accidentally left it there! The atmosphere is relaxed and the pricing is very fair; no contracts or annual “price retention” fees you see at other gyms. Never switching gyms for as long as I’m living in the area.

3 years update: i moved away from Kuna. Miss this gym dearly. Wanna buy a house near it just to continue going. No gym like it. Everyone seems cool that goes there.

I was visiting family for a few days and needed a place to escape and to train. This place is great. Super simple but that's exactly what you need. If your gym has more treadmills and weird machines than you're really not going to get the gains you're looking for. The staff were super friendly. There were two things that are minor that I wished they had. An Ohio power bar and a Texas deadlift bar, and maybe some old school iron plates. Oh and some 2.5 lb plates just so I can hit the exact numbers my program called for. Those are just minor things and definitely not deal breakers. Check this place out. They are awesome.

It's like a mix between a crossfit box and a big chain gym. They have bumper plates for when I want to hit a WOD but also have the right machines to hit those target muscles. The equipment is top of the line. The owners are friendly and provide a clean facility with great music. I always walk out satisfied. No contracts and fair pricing.
