Ryan is a great trainer to work with, he is very personable, knowledgeable, and professional. Since I have started working with Ryan I have noticed changes in my body composition and strength. I have learned new exercises to challenge my body and he also uses specialized equipment that I have not seen at bigger gyms. If you are looking to truly get a customized one on one workout then this is your place. I have had other trainers and been part of other boutique facilities but this is the best I have come across. Our trainer is Elleyse and we absolutely love her. She is the best mixture of tough and sweet. We also get input from another trainer there, Gino. He is tough but he only pushes cause he knows you can more/better. They are truly both wonderful trainers! I can't say enough about what a great experience I am having here!

We highly recommend Unique Fitness Methods. Ryan and his team are amazing! They assess your goals, fitness level, diet and any physical limitations you may have then customize a program perfectly suited to you. Their facilities are clean and modern with equipment we have not seen at other gyms. They are supportive, upbeat and always cheer you on. They are super knowledgeable if you are recovering from an injury (as I was), and help you strengthen your body safely to recover more quickly. Again, Ryan and his team are the best!

Ryan and Jessica worked with me and my trainers to develop a personalized, adaptive workout program to safely ease me back into activity and eventually reach my broader fitness goals.

I am having a great experience with Ryan. I’m 62 and while I’m active, I am not truly fit or strong. I want to make sure I can stay very active as I age. Ryan has unique equipment to target my needs and he is making sure I have not injured myself from the start and as we start to add more challenge to my workouts. This is a unique experience compared to former trainings at gyms with the typical workout machines that tend to be one size fits all. Ryan is excellent at motivating me throughout our sessions. I feel like this is very good bang for the buck.

Ryan is such a cool personal trainer.
He really takes his time to learn what my goals are, where I need to improve, and I am learning a lot about muscles I didn't know I needed to work out. This gym is like no other gym. They have all kinds of equipment that I can use for lower back support I need because of my office job sitting around all day 🙄. This gym has bamboo bars!! I've been looking for these for so long to help me work out more muscle in less time.
And he is definitely attentive to spot me if I need!

Moved up from Southern California a couple years ago and needed to find a trainer while I attend Boise State University. I found Ryan online and when I had my first session. I knew he was the trainer for me. I play soccer, hike a lot, and surf. So strength training with Ryan consist of me doing cardio, increasing my stamina, and increasing my body balance. His workout equipment is unique and centered around everyones strengths. He is very positive and always willing to change the circuit around if he notices you are struggling or having an off day. He also personally pushes me to the limit and doesn't go easy on me. Which I appreciate because why pay for a trainer if they give you twenty water breaks. But then again Ryan is very flexible on how you want to approach your workout. Overall Ryan is a great guy and trainer.

I was so fortunate to have found Ryan Jones. I moved to the area in June 2021 and left behind a great personal trainer who I thought I couldn’t replace here in Idaho. I found Ryan and can’t believe my luck. Ryan has it all when it comes to personal training.

Ryan certainly has the training/certifications, and it shows during our sessions. He has a full understanding of human musculature and knows how to approach every workout set to maximize safety and gain the most benefit. He focuses on making sure you do everything the right way and explains why you're doing everything he shows you to do.

He is really organized, keeping a detailed record of your previous sets/reps/weight to help you constantly grow and improve over time.

He has a focus on weight management if you seek that, making recommendations on meal plans, use of calorie tracking apps, and just to add that helpful accountability so you can hit your health goals.

He also has a massive and still growing exercise equipment inventory which I’ve frankly never seen before, and he always leverages the right equipment for the next step in your improvement.

If you have any physical limitations, which I have a few, Ryan is always aware of them and helps you to work around them, or improve them, depending on your situation. And although I started out one-on-one, my daughter is now also attending my sessions with me, at NO ADDITIONAL COST, and he works in parallel to support both of us. Seriously, I’ve never been more motivated to improve, nor more stronger, than I am right now because of Ryan.

Finally, he's in a new location providing a lot of room, and he’s constantly adding new equipment and high value hardware which in my opinion really makes him second to none in Treasure Valley. I can offer no higher recommendation.

Ryan is the first choice for personal training. Period.

I’ve been on my own fitness journey for the past year due to health issues and had decent results, but since I’ve been working out with Ryan the past 3 months my results are phenomenal! I’ve lost 17.6 lbs and 18.4 inches!!! With his physical therapy background (and specialized equipment that gyms do not have) he has helped me get so much stronger despite my shoulder, back and knee issues. When I started training with Ryan, I could not lift my right arm above my head. I thought for sure I was going to have to have rotator cuff surgery.
He worked with me one on one and I was amazed at how quickly I was able to start lifting my arm above my head without pain. I did not have to have surgery. Amazing. We are now working on my lower back pain.

Ryan has a vast knowledge of the body and how all the parts work together. If you can't do one exercise because it hurts, he will figure out/modify the exercise so it does not hurt and you still get the same benefit. I would recommend Ryan to anyone who is thinking they need surgery to see him first, he might be able to help and you wont need the surgery.

Really good guy, with a ton of knowledge. Teaches you everything as you do it, as well as why you're doing it. Gets you on track so you know what to do when you're on your own. Doesn't expect you to stay with him forever, so he gives you all the info you need to take care of yourself. Sets up a work out plan, as well as a nutrition plan. Amazing price for everything he offers, have recommended that many of my friends go to him. If the great price is what makes you second guess the quality, give it a try, I was and still am not disappointed in the training he has provided.

I have worked with no fewer than 8 trainers in the last 15 years, and I can without a doubt say that Ryan is the best of the bunch! I came with a set of bad habits and a long list of restrictions. He didn’t bat an eye, and proceeded to help me navigate getting into the best shape I’ve ever been in. He pushed when he knew I could give more and made me take a break when he could see I was going to push too far. Ryan has that extremely rare ability to read a person and know how to get them to their very best. He helped with nutrition (which was no easy task) and made sure that I was not only strong, but strong in the right places. I’ve struggled with keeping myself motivated and even when I did go to the gym, I always had trouble knowing what to do or whether I was doing the exercises correctly. With Ryan, he explains exactly which part of the body or muscle I’m working out and what it’s strengthening. I appreciate doing the exercises correctly but also why and what I’m working on. He keeps me motivated and I’ve seen vast improvement in my form and my weight goals are showing. I’ve dropped 12# and lost 2 pants sizes and feel great! Ryan Jones contacted me through Facebook Messenger (friend of a friend). He offered a free introductory lesson, and I just loved working with Ryan. I was in my mid-fifties, and he really helped me improve my balance, core strength, and self confidence. I met Ryan right after my cancer treatments were finished 6 weeks ago and needed to get my stamina and strength back. When I met Ryan I could barley walk from the parking lot into the gym without being TOTALLY wiped out, out of breath and in pain from the weight on my knees. I forgot to mention that I was 479 lbs. Well, its ONLY been six weeks and I have lost 42 lbs and can walk through the grocery store without having to sit down or take a break. Ryan is an excellent instructor and is able to explain his workouts, benefits and the proper way to execute. He's just the right mixture of understanding when things are tough to learn or execute but also finds something that will work for you (makes you work hard too). The equipment he uses is state of the art and he explains how all of it works to you as well. We have seen great results in strength and stamina. My husband is recovering from a major heart attack a year ago. When we first started with Ryan, he literally couldn't do much of anything. He's now using more weight than me, doing cardio exercises and his stamina has improved 100%. He's literally a different man than he was 6 months ago.

Ryan has been by far the best trainer I have ever worked with. I have tried different trainers at the big box gyms on and off for years, and after working with Ryan I cannot believe the difference.
