My son and myself tried mommy and me yoga today. It was a lot of fun for my 4 year old and still a great stretch and movement for me as a mom. The studio was welcoming along with a great instructor. I’m excited to go again and also try out other classes.

The owners are awesome 😙👌 Erin is such a sweetheart, and I've never known any place with such unique approaches to Yoga. The space is really nice, spacious on gracious! Hit it up!

The largest and coolest yoga studio I’ve seen in the area.

They flip yoga on its head a bit and make it for everyone by taking out the spiritual non sense and emphasizes stretches and core exercises to make it even more worth your time.

They also break the ice in classes and do group poses, photos, and stretches in most classes.

Oh and they go above and beyond by giving you your choice of a hot or cold essential oil infused spa towel at the end of most classes. A little Easter egg totally setting Yoga Now apart! 🙏🏻🧘🏻‍♂️
