I'm very passionate about working out and try to make it to the gym 6 days a week for aleast 2 hours a day. Sometimes it is hard to find time to fit it in my schedule. A friend told me about this gym.....2/20 fitness. I was a little skeptical about their workout plan at first considering they said
"you only need to come for 2 times a week, 20 minutes each day."
I went there today for the first time and had an unbelievable workout in only 20 minutes. If you are the type of person that has a hard time finding time for the gym.....You can no longer use that as an excuse. 2/20 has just the routine for anyone trying to gain strength, size, looking to loose weight. Give it a try!
