Mike and his team are excellent! I have been working out at Absolute Fitness for about three years. Although I have worked out and been involved in sports for most of my life, I have never worked with a trainer who has tailored my workouts so specifically and who knows so much about proper body mechanics and how to weight train correctly--it is life changing. And there's more! Mike and his team are some of the nicest and most fun people around. Give them a try; I am so glad I did!

Mike and his team do a fabulous job of providing an effective and efficient workout that is tailored to you. They gently challenge you so that you do get stronger and are able to lift more weight over time. I've went there for about 4 months now and really appreciate being able to get in and out in 30 minutes.

I have been going to Absolute Fitness for almost 4 months. I wish I had known about it a long time ago! Mike develops tailored weight training based on your individual needs and really listens to understand any limitations or concerns to provide a safe approach. It's also the most efficient and effective workout I've ever done. If you feel like you don't have time to fit a workout into your busy schedule or you don't like a crowded gym, give Absolute Fitness a try. I've been going 2x a week for :30 each for one-on-one training and have seen noticeable results. Both Mike and Will do a great job and I highly recommend Absolute Fitness!

Been going there for years. Great place to get a good workout in. I used to have back pain, but thanks to my workouts there, that pain is long gone. Great staff, relaxed environment and well worth investing in your health and fitness with Mike and staff!

Love the staff/trainers here. Love the convenience. I've had great results with minimal soreness. Sure I could do weights on my own at the gym... but I don't ...or I don't do the stuff I hate (which they make me do.) I have less general muscle/ joint aches and pains since I started with Absolute Fitness. Highly recommend.

I have been working out with Mike and his team on and off for about 15 years. I lI've the work out and haven't been able to find this type of experience anywhere else. It's worth every penny. The personal approach is just what I need to be successful with my work out goals. If you haven't tried these guys check them out. You won't be disappointed. Tyler is my favorite trainer. Be sure to request him.
