Coach C’s postnatal core recovery class was exactly what I needed to feel more like myself and stronger post birth. There were a variety of exercises that are easily adaptable to do at home which is incredibly helpful and made it more realistic to accomplish with a newborn in tow. I also learned how to work on my posture and to properly use the foam roller. Great experience!!

Highly recommend Active Moms' Club to any new moms looking to get back into a workout routine and meet some other new moms after having a baby. Coach C is knowledgeable about all things postpartum and creates a welcoming and safe environment for new moms to focus on the health of both their body and their mind.

Cassandra was an amazing trainer and she really understands the postpartum body. I was afraid to work out after giving birth because I read a lot of online articles that said the wrong exercises can make things worst. I read that doing crunches isn't ideal and I'm so glad that she taught us plenty of exercises that strenghtens the core without doing crunches/sit-ups. I know I always had a problem with my form when I work out and she picked that up right away and corrected me. She gave me confidence to continue to work out and the knowledge to do exercises at home without the fancy equipments. It was a huge bonus to be able to bring my baby with me to every class.

Cassandra and AMC greatly helped me with my post baby exercise routine. Attention to proper form, explaining the mechanics of body and exercise was amazing! I highly recommend Cassandra and AMC!

I can't say enough wonderful things about Active Moms Club. I have participated for both prenatal and postnatal training. I have worked out more this year with Cassandra than I ever have (seriously, my whole life!). I not only feel stronger and more fit, but I've met some wonderful women in the process. Cassandra is an excellent trainer and you will see results!

I participated in prenatal exercise classes with Active Moms Club during both of my pregnancies. The classes are awesome! Honestly, the only reason I remained active during my pregnancies is because of AMC and Cassandra. I liked that the classes were always "safe" for the baby and that they were perfectly geared towards whatever stage of pregnancy I was in at the time. Attending these classes made my pregnancy and the delivery better. Also, it has been much easier to get back into exercise post pregnancy. I HIGHLY recommend AMC to all expectant moms.

Cassandra pays attention to each person and makes sure that they gradually grow stronger from where they are. I really enjoyed the prenatal and postnatal recovery sessions that I attended with her.

When it comes to prenatal fitness, Cassandra is pretty much THE expert in town. Her classes are fun and appropriate for every stage of pregnancy. I loved meeting other expecting moms and staying strong and fit while pregnant. I highly, highly recommend AMC!

I joined AMC during my 16th week of pregnancy and it was the best decision I could have ever made. I joined the prenatal fitness program and I couldn't have felt better. It was my first pregnancy and I had a rough first trimester. I am a yoga practitioner and this was the best addition to my fitness program. I increased my strength and I learned so much about my body and what pregnancy does to us moms. Cassandra is an amazing coach and to be able to learn so much from her and other moms was quite a treat. I worked out with the group until my 40th week of pregnancy and I felt great!

After my little one was born, I continued my fitness program with the postnatal recovery sessions and the fit and fab program right after. I have done a couple of the fitness challenges and they have been fantastic. All in all, I love her way to inspire all of us working and non working moms and her way to keep us going. I will always be very grateful!

I highly recommend Active Moms' Club. It is, quite simply, the best option for postnatal workouts in the Chicago area. Cassandra is an excellent trainer. Her specialities are pre- and postnatal fitness. She meets you wherever you are physically and challenges you in a positive and encouraging way.

I signed up for the Active Moms' Club postnatal mom and baby exercise class - From the Core: Postnatal Recovery - was when my first daughter was 2 months old. I was new to Chicago and did not know anyone. Cassandra's workouts helped me gain strength, and the small group environment allowed me to gain the confidence and sense of community I needed so desperately as I navigated motherhood in a new city. I became good friends with two other AMC moms, and our children have been best buddies from infancy.

After my second daughter was born, my body did not "bounce back" quite as quickly as I hoped it would. Although I now live in the NW suburbs, AMC is still the best option for postnatal exercise in the area. This fall, I signed up for AMC's Fit & Fab Fitness Challenge at 9 months postpartum. I have increased my strength immensely; I lost 11 pounds, and dropped 2 pant sizes during the 8-week challenge. Cassandra's expertise and encouragement have been instrumental as I continue to set new fitness goals and make healthy lifestyle changes for myself (and as a result, for my family). I'm grateful for the motivation that AMC offers and cannot recommend it highly enough.
