I really love these classes. I’ve been going for a little over 7 months now. Classes are affordable and ALL of the instructors are very knowledgeable and patient. These classes are amazing for toning your body. I feel so much stronger in my core. The tricks take time to learn but if you are consistent, you’ll get it! I really love Norah, as I have had many of my beginner classes with her! She’s so amazing and sweet. I just love the classes atmosphere, they make you feel welcomed! I’m excited to continue my journey here.

Absolutely love this studio! AIR Aerial Fitness is such a fun and empowering place to work out. The instructors are knowledgeable, encouraging, and great at breaking down movements so every class feels challenging but still beginner-friendly. Whether you're brand new or more advanced, they make you feel comfortable and supported.

The workouts are a perfect mix of strength, flexibility, and core training — and using the silks makes everything feel exciting and unique. The studio is bright, clean, and well-organized, and the atmosphere is super positive and motivating.

Air Lincoln Park is truly a gem! Every single class I’ve taken here has been fantastic—there hasn’t been a single one that didn’t leave me feeling stronger, more energized, and inspired.

The instructors are absolutely top-notch. Tracy and Shauna bring the perfect balance of motivation, expertise, and encouragement to every session. Their instruction is clear, challenging, and always delivered with positivity and genuine enthusiasm. You can tell they love what they do—and it shows.

Norah, the owner, is equally amazing. She’s incredibly responsive to questions and goes above and beyond to make members feel welcome and supported. One of the standout touches? She sends personal text messages to congratulate you on your progress. That level of care is rare and deeply appreciated.

The classes themselves are a brilliant blend of fun and challenge. Whether you’re newer to fitness or looking to level up your strength training, Air Lincoln Park offers a supportive, dynamic environment where you can thrive. Highly recommend!

I’ve tried almost every group exercise class in the area and this one is my favorite. First of all, the place is spotless—squeaky clean. Very welcoming group of teachers and students. I’m now in week 4, and every single class leaves me sore from head to toe—in the best way possible 😍
Ana is my favorite instructor. She’s thoughtful in how she leads the class, always offering 3–4 variations for each move so you can meet her where you are that day or with that move, physically and mentally. She’s encouraging without being overwhelming. I was very intimidated at first, but she took the time to break down the basics and gave new members a detailed, supportive tutorial. The classes build up in such a smart, empowering way. I’m a fan for life.
The team is not only responsive but also invested in everyone’s experience. I had a hard time navigating the app and got immediate help. Turns out I was on the wrong app 🤣

It was okay. My first experience with air aerial fitness was in Willmette and second with Lakeview location and in comparison to their studio I prefer the other locations than this one. This one is not as clean, yoga mats and fabrics do smell, leaking water fountain. I took a class that was full and you could barely do the moves with out bumping into someone behind you.

Other than that the instructor was great and took time to check in with everyone.

I just went here for my first class, and I had to leave 10 minutes into it because I was gagging from how gross the studio was. The fabric stinks bad, like sweat, which makes sense since everyone is rubbing their sweaty bodies all over the fabric, but it was clear that they in no way clean the fabric in between classes. I asked the instructor if they had cleaner or alcohol spray, she said they have mat wipes. I told her the fabric stinks and they should spray them down with vodka spray, she said yeah we need to wash them and went to go look but came back with nothing. It’s pretty disgusting they don’t use anything to clean the fabric inbetween you and the next person. This place is a staph infection waiting to happen.

I love the classes and instructors! Each instructor gives different variations of classes, but all give you modifications and options within the poses. I appreciate morning and evening classes as my schedule varies. I love attending a foundations class, followed by flow. I really appreciate all of the instructors taking time at the end of class to review the weekly airpow and any other poses I might have struggled with throughout class to ensure the pose gets mastered. My first class was in April 2023 and I've been attending ever since. I recommend taking a class for fun and to strengthen your core!

Discovering AIR Lincoln Park has been one of the best things to ever happen to me. I’ve found an activity that I adore and made some amazing friends. I had never enjoyed exercising before I started going to aerial classes. Now, I actually look forward to going to classes and seeing my favorite instructors. The cherry on top has been seeing how much stronger I’ve gotten and how much better I feel.

Thank you for being a second home and bringing me the best community of amazing folks!

We booked a private class with Tessa for a bachelorette party and it was the highlight of the weekend!!!! Tessa did an absolutely amazing job making the class accessible for experienced yogis and newbies alike. Everyone had an absolute blast!! Tessa went above and beyond to accommodate our group when we were running a bit late. She had an amazing playlist and we loved every minute!!!

I think the concept is cool and the workout could add a ton of strength, flexibility, and balance to your life very quickly if you go regularly. The studio was clean and the staff was friendly. I’m giving it a 3 because in my experience when I sign up as new member for a foundational class I’ve usually gotten more one on one instruction to understand the basics of the workout and make sure that my form is good and that I don’t hurt myself. I went with a friend and we were mixed with regular attendees and felt really out of place and I was a bit embarrassed. Our instructor seemed a little confused, giving wrong instructions, and not working with the new people. My friend commented that she felt that the foundations class was truly not for all fitness levels because she wasn’t able to find modifications that worked for her to avoid injury and no one worked with her to help figure it out. In general, I just don’t recommend this to people unless they’re already in pretty good shape and a self learner.

I love this place! I don't even remember how I found out about air yoga but I am so thankful that I've tried it. After my first class with Sarah I was already in love! You are not only getting a great workout and have so much fun but also you get to take challenge yourself every time you are there. Highly recommend to everyone!

I have been wanting to do this for over a year now but had not gotten the courage to go. My friend was from out of town and we went together. It was so much fun and an excellent workout! Amanda, our trainer, was so kind and supportive of us as we learned the ropes! Also, the other students there were so encouraging. What a great environment and cool workout. I definitely want to go back again!

Been going here with a friend for 3 weeks now and I came from little to no yoga/air yoga experience. The foundation classes are similar across instructors and are basically a little workout session with more emphasis on arms and core + stretching and balance. The instructors give options for each movements so you get to decide how easy/hard you want to go. The pace varies a little bit from the instructors but overall they're all friendly and encouraging people that'll help you if you want/need. Classroom is usually 100% girls but occasionally we get a guy here and there and it's always amazing to see more guys try/join this sport that definitely gives a "girl vibe" but is equally if not more challenging than a lot of... other sports/activities? Classroom is pretty big and everything is clean. Students help wipe down yoga mats if they did use one of the studios. Worth a try if you're thinking about it and definitely worth a try if you like building a stronger body, hammocks and nice pictures! (and alleviating shoulder pain if you're like me)

At the end of every class there's #airpow that you can try (optional)! Potentially my favorite section of the class where people learn something new, practice what they know, teach each other tips and tricks, and just a fun environment to be in. These airpows are pretty beginner friendly movements that you can learn and keep working on to get better at. Some instructors or students will continue with some extension moves/poses and I was able to spontaneously learn from them which is an accomplishing feeling (the attached image). Anyways, in the end everyone learns at their own pace so go in class thinking about what you want to improve on yourself today!

I took my first class a couple days ago and it was so much fun! Sarah was a great instructor and the class was very challenging but fun. I have back problems so normal standing workouts, being on my feet are pretty much impossible but having the assistance of the aerial swing makes a world of difference. I would definitely recommend this to anyone!
