We are a fitness studio centered toward one on one personal training, partner training, and small group training. Located in the Werner printing building in the West Loop neighborhood, Alpha House brings a dynamic outlook on training. We provide classes for all levels of boxing and strength training classes for all levels of fitness. Our unique class sizes are limit to a maximum of four people. Our goal is to put your goals first in an intimate and energetic setting.

One of the best and underrated boutique gym in the city! Small group training sessions are challenging and fun. Coach Abbi is friendly, welcoming and encouraging. He knows how to target each muscle groups and offers modifications and adjustments to fit your ability.

Met Abby for a class and it was fantastic. The knowledge he has and ability to explain how to get the most out of boxing was incredible. It was a great workout. Iβm going to be sore tomorrow!

Abi is such a great motivator, is kind and a great listener. He always greats you with a big hello and smile then gets to work! I leave his classes exhausted but in a great headspace. I started bringing my 10 year old son in for boxing lessons, my son absolutely loves the class and looks to Abi as a mentor.

Have been doing Box the Body with my partner and Abi really focuses on the fundamentals and really provides a challenging workout but also makes it fun and rewarding.
He really spends time focusing on us individually and Each class I feel like I'm getter better and more confident in my skills and fitness. This is a great gym and well worth the visit!

While I wanted to "get back in shape", I wasn't putting in the work. I am so grateful I tried that first class in November 2022 - I've been going consistently two days per week ever since and it's honestly been life-changing. Abby is very patient, motivating and knows his stuff. Very convenient class times and it's really fun working out solo or with a small group. I highly recommend adding this to your current routine or using it as a way to start fresh.

Abi is a really good instructor that changes the difficulty of the class based on your skill level. He'll push you, but never too far. The space is nice and intimate. Go to his class for some great personal coaching!
