The equipment is a little limited and a little old, but the staff is friendly and the fact that it's open 24 hours means you can avoid peak hours and work fitness into your busy life.

American Fitness is a great locally owned business with a friendly staff. The gym is rarely crowded allowing you to stay focused on your workout. The best part for me is the 24 hour access to the gym. Come in and meet the owner Vito.

I carry freight all over the east and it's hard to find a good gym with parking for my truck. This place is got it with plenty of turn around room on the end of the road and great equipment plus friendly service. I'll definitely be visiting here again when I'm in the area!

Nice gym nearby but $49 a month and then they charge you an extra $25 twice a year for maintenance? Thats a little ridiculous in my opinion. No other gym does this and will probably be leaving due to this. Im already paying monthly, theres no excuse to charge another $50 a year on top of that

Love this place! No crowding issues when I've come, equipment well maintained, friendly workers.
**update** 12/23/2019
Newly installed deadlifting platform! Also two power cages. Any powerlifters can hit their squats, deads, and bench here now. I love coming here when I’m visiting from out of town, also delighted to see they now have rowers. It’s got the small gym feel with the friendly banter between the regulars, but better equipment than most conventional gyms.
