I have been working with Andrew for almost three months now and it has been such a positive experience. I have never worked one on one with a personal trainer before and wasn’t quite sure what to expect and being a new bariatric patient made it even more nerve wracking. Andrew has been so kind, non-judgmental, and helpful every single workout and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to work with a personal trainer. Andrew is amazing! I have learned so much about fitness and muscle building from him. He’s positive, outgoing, and super easy to work with. He offers three different ways in which to work with him based on your goals and budget. I chose his hybrid model to start (in person and online support) and it worked wonders. Andrew’s training is supported by a fitness app that takes all of the guesswork out of your workout. Best of all - I’ve never been this strong in my life! Definitely recommend!!

I have had seven sessions with Andrew so far and have already experienced noticeable changes in my strength. Andrew works sessions with a variety of exercises based on where you are individually and challenges you each session with increasing reps, weights and overall workouts……but not beyond where you are strength wise. His knowledge base is evident. Workouts are fun and not a drag. If you are on the fence about starting something like this, as I was, just do it!!

I have been training with him for just shy of a year. Andrew is very easy going and very knowledgeable in this field. He has tailored each session based on what my overall goals are, likes/dislikes, or an injuries. Aside from the gym, Andrew has also been great resource in sharing eating strategies to help in my weight lost journey.

Andrew is very knowledgeable and encouraging, and watches closely to make sure I am doing the exercises correctly. This gives me reassurance that I will not injure myself with improper technique.
There is no wasted time in the 45 minute session. If he chooses an exercise that I am unable to do, or isn’t a good fit for me, we move on to something else. Andrew will then come up with an exercise that works for me and achieves the same results. I really appreciate this because it prevents frustration and feeling defeated.
The sessions are not repetitive, but there is enough familiarity with the exercises that after a few times, I feel comfortable and confident in what I’m doing.
At the end of the sessions, I feel that I’ve had a good, balanced work out, without boredom or complete exhaustion. I highly recommend Andrew if you want a customized work-out with an excellent trainer, who is always very encouraging. - Karen

Andrew is great and easy to work with. He creates workouts that I can do at the gym. Each exercise comes with a demo video so I can make sure I am doing everything correctly. Andrew helps me set nutrition goals and gives me helpful tips for ways for me to achieve those goals. He is very flexible and helps me to work on my goals in a way that fits my routine and lifestyle. Furthermore he answers all of my questions that I have as they come up. All of this comes at a very affordable price, which is very nice.

Andrew is proactive, highly responsive, and he delivers results. He leverages technology very effectively, allowing us to work together productively from long distances. Andrew is a terrific trainer. He customized my training plan to not only meet my needs physically and nutritionally, but he figured out my personality and like/dislikes in order to make it most effective. He is kind and encouraging every step of the way and is prompt and responsive to questions. The first month we worked together at his gym and since then I have used his online training program. I work out at a local fitness club and I simply follow the workout that Andrew has assigned via an interactive fitness app on my phone - no more wondering what I should do next or wasting time bumbling about the gym without a plan! We can text, share pictures and videos, and see data all within the app. I have been working with Andrew for several years now and this transition to online coaching rather than in-person workouts has freed me up to fit my workouts in when it suits my schedule, rather than having to make a static appointment time. In fact, this online process gives me even more access to Andrew than was ever possible previously! Andrew and his expertise have been critical to my successful strength and endurance training.
