They have 6 TVs. Only 3 are on. So bad. Please have a different sports channel on for every TV, and be proactive with Bears games this fall. If they are playing on ABC 7, FOX 32 or NBC 5 that night, make sure to have it on beforehand!!!!!! Maybe make remotes accessible for your MEMBERS like the other AF.

I've been going to this gym for about 2 years now and don't plan on changing anytime soon! Management keeps the place spotless. I'm always greeted on my way in and said goodbye too on my way out. Very polite and professional. I've never experienced a machine being out of order or a lack of equipment. Would absolutely recommend this gym if you're looking for a place in the area! Keep up the great work!

I travel a lot for work, one of the main reasons why I chose Anytime fitness as my gym. Thereβs always a location near by or on route.
Iβve been to many of the Anytime Fitness gyms, and by far , this is my favorite.
It doesnβt matter what time I go, the gym is always clean and organized .
Always wipes and towel.
Always greeted as I enter the gym.

This is probably my first google review ever and I think itβs well deserving. I signed up with anytime fitness near my home and ended up going to this location instead because itβs closer to work and I noticed a night and day difference my first day here. The staff is the best Iβve seen at any location. They are super friendly and accommodative to any member in need. The gym and bathrooms are always clean. Itβs a peaceful environment and Iβve never seen it to packed that forced me to wait long times for weights. I would recommend all my family and friends to get a membership here. 5 stars is an understatement

The ONLY gym that has given me issues with my insurance/program. Before arriving, I had called about the insurance I had been assured that they would help get me set up. They appear on the options for BlueCross but "require an enrollment fee." The guy who attended me couldn't even look me in the eyes while explaining the "fee". After I told him I hadn't even had those issues with gyms such as LifeTime. The gym more than likely needs more funding due to it not having enough visitors or making sales through training but disguising it as an enrollment fee. Just sharing the experience since I've dealt with sketchy gym teachings that they have just because they don't want to eat the lost revenue through the insurance.

This gym has been my home 4 years and counting. Always so clean and maintenance is always up to date. Never have I ever had to worry about machines being out of order (unlike other big commercial gyms)

The gym is always clean and normally no wait at any equipment. The gym has all the necessary weights including a large selection of dumbbells, cardio equipment and at least one Smith machine rack. They also have two Life Fitness cable machines, One is the LF Synrgy360 rack. This gym has a tanning bed, water massage bed and 3 bathrooms which 1-2 have showers. The gym normally has bath towels available. They have limited kettlebells but they do have one rack up to 40lbs I think. Finally, there is plenty of parking. Iβve visited up to 25 Anytime gyms throughout the world and I rate this gym as an A/B+ Anytime gym because they have anything I need and use.

Iβve been a member of this gym for 6 months now and Iβm very happy with my choice. I needed a gym close to home that I can utilize during my lunch hour for a quick workout. The gym is always clean and all the machines are very well maintained. You donβt have to worry about equipment or weights being left around the gym. The staff is always pleasant and helpful when needed. There is a wide variety of equipment and machines that will fit (mostly) everyoneβs needs. I definitely plan on staying with Anytime Fitness (Des Plaines) for as long as possible.

I would not recommend this location. My contract was set to expire during the pandemic. Even though they were not able to be contact since the gym was closed, they charged me for an extra month past month contract expiration due to small stipulation hidden within the contract that you have to cancel via certificated mail to cancel. In my opinion, I think this is shady business practice by the gym.

I personally love the feel and energy of this gym.... never too crowded which is nice not having to wait to use a particular machine. They have a massage room, tanning beds and private bathrooms. I have joined in october and never went to gym because of some health issues and when i asked to Cancel the membership they didnβt respond good. They told me they will freeze for couple month if i wanted to and they did. I was in my home country and didnt returned back so dropped an email to extend the hold or to cancel it but none of them replied to the email and charged my card. Worst experience ever who doesnt have proper customer service. Defined wouldnβt recommend these people who are only concentrated on money rather than other things.

Plenty of parking and a grocery store located right next to this gym make it a very convenient visit. It is spacious and has a good range of free weights and deadlift/squat platforms. Plenty of machines and a nice studio too. Tanning rooms and a massage machine round out this location nicely.

This is the best anytime fitness I have been to. I travel for work and have been to quite a few... George was very helpful and his customer service was great. This is the only location that I have been to that provides towels for a quick shower and it is super clean inside. There equipment is awesome, a ton of equipment you don't usually see at other gyms. This location makes paying the $40 plus a month worth it! Wish every location was like this one!

Good looking place. New equipment, decent arrangement of equipment and it's fairly empty. This brings me to the negative. The membership plans are horrible. 40 bucks a month with a 1 year contract or 35 a month with a 2 year. Next problem, if you can't attend for whatever reason and decide to cancel, you have to pay all of that's left of your contract. Say you join in December and it fills up in January to where you can't do your workout and you want to cancel, you have to pay the full remaining 11 months.

This gym has all brand new, state of the art equipment and machines. As a former college athlete and personal trainer, I have been impressed thus far. They also have classes lead by virtual instructors, which I thought was a pretty cool add-on that I've never seen at a gym before.
