I’ve been a member since 2021 and love the simplicity of this gym. Staff is friendly and helpful. Specific shout out to staff member, Marlin, who went above and beyond to assist me with my membership.

Marlon was very professional and explained the fitness programs very well!
What I found to be impressive was the members knew Marlon and said he was a good person. I came in while he was personal training and had the chance to observe his theory on training, but came to the conclusion that he is a kick ass trainer. If you’re brand new to fitness or bodybuilding I highly recommend Marlon for a personal trainer.
This gym was so clean and people so friendly. I can honestly say I was impressed with this location. Marlon really listen to you as the customer but welcomed you as a family member.
This was excellent service. If anyone need a new gym come see Marlon!

Decent gym and equipment. 2 stars because the process of cancelling the membership took forever. In the contract it says you can send a certified letter to cancel but the management said no and you have to come in and hand this form to a manager. I came in 2 separate times at various times during the hours there was supposed to be someone there and no one was in office.

Lockport Scam. I joined there gym with the agreement that the price was $30 dollars a month. Why, because I had a Planet Fitness agreement in my hand for comparison, which was $25 a month and next door. I then looked at my contract that they emailed me which turned out to be $20 a month which was billed twice a week equaling $40? They originally said to join their gym they would offer me $30 dollars per month and $20 for my wife. I was then billed on my credit card increasing charges ending up to $160 during the month of September. They did let me out of the contract after I complained. I give them credit to the owner Pricilla for that. Her final remarks where "Have a nice day!".

Just remember if you sign up and want to leave its a nightmare. Abc financial will not stop billing you. They are third party. So the gym cant make it cancel for you all they can do is take your FOB from you.

Great location with a good amount of equipment. Only 2 squat/bench platforms, but the location is not usually busy enough at “off-peak” hours that you’re not able to use one at some point during your workout. Clean, organized, and well maintained. Lighting is great, I have been to other locations where the lighting was very dim. Highly recommend.

My favorite gym by far. Been coming here for 3 years and I’ve always felt comfortable. All the equipment is new, and the place was recently renovated to open up the gym more for more space. Plenty of machines and benches for everyone to use. It’s great and I love it here.

I signed up a while ago starting at the Lockport location then I moved to a different town further away and still enjoyed their services. My issue is with the staff and the way they handle canceling memberships. I was told I could cancel at any location, that was a lie. I had to move again and now I’m not in the same state and right now I don’t need the membership. I have called the Lockport location to cancel at least 5 times, I have emailed them more times than I can count with no response. So originally before I moved I was told I could cancel at any location. Well, now to cancel my membership I have to go back to Illinois even though I live in Wisconsin because they won’t let me cancel. The gym was great for the time being but this customer service is absolutely unacceptable. I shouldn’t have to drive 100 miles to cancel my membership because employees told me severely incorrect information.

I have been working out for 25 plus years and this is the best place I have ever been to. I have been a member a couple years now and it is great! The staff is phenomenal!! It is always clean and the people that work out there are good people. I don’t understand the negative comment in this review because it doesn’t make any sense to me, but you can go get it done at planet fitness...I will continue to enjoy this Anytime Fitness along with other Anytime Fitness’s throughout the country.

Nice gym with friendly staff. 24 hours is great for me as I prefer to go before work at about 4am. They have every machine I could imagine using and plenty of free weights. Unlimited tanning and hydromassage is nice if you are into those things. Also nice that they have supplements and fitness items for sale that you can have put on a tab even when the building is not occupied by staff. They offer a lot of services and incentives that I've never seen at another gym. They have a cap off in membership that keeps it less crowded than other places. I have never seen more than 10 or so people in there even on my infrequent afternoon or evening visits.

Love Bootcamp on Saturdays and love this gym. Always clean and never have to wait even when it is busy.

Drawbacks:
When I checked a week or two ago they still did not have a personal trainer on staff. I believe they are in the midst of hiring

Worst of all: Pizza Hut is next door and you get to smell it walking in and out and watch people with delicious pizzas pick up their food. Worst kind of temptation ever.
