The transfer policy states that if a member transfers from one gym to another, the club has to INFORM the customer and get their SIGNATURE if there is any change in the rates that is charged to the account. We were not informed, and they charged us way more than what we have been paying. That is not okay. They did this to my partner as well. That means that they have done this to OTHERS and that is against the POLICY. Please check your billing and complain to get your refund.

Edit: We were offered a month free because they did not offer refunds, and we took it.

As a local from the area that has tried many of the gyms available, anytime has become my go-to spot when I have free time. The manager Alex has been extremely supportive to every person that walks through the door and is constantly looking for ways to improve the gym whether it's asking for your feedback, making sure you're doing well, or even going around and and cleaning to ensure you have the best experience possible. It really shows dedication when the face of the company makes you feel welcomed!

Anytime Fitness' decision to open a location close to me makes me very happy. Having access to a certain area with everything close by is quite useful. When it's close to home and all the places you need to go, you can actually do a lot on the same time.

As an individual the has managed multiple successful fitness facilities, I’m quite disappointed in the cleanliness of this studio. It’s only been open for 3 months and the bathrooms are gross. Sinks, mirrors, toilets and floors should be cleaned EVERY DAY. Takes about ten minutes.

I was recently in the Naperville area for the first time for business and was happy that there was an AF close to my hotel. I was greeted at the door by Mike, who said he owned the gym and began rambling about their “shoe policy” and to bring a “fresh pair of shoes and change at the front next time.” I said ok and that I was from out of town so I didnt know when I’d be back, but I’ll keep it in mind if I do happen to return. He then said that he was on the “local social committee” and knows the best restaurants in the area and he’d be “happy to show around town” if wanted to “grab a bite” I told him my wife was in town with me and we had plans but thanks anyway. He seemed extremely annoyed and said “no worries- maybe next time”, rolling his eyes .
It was extremely awkward but … not a huge deal . However, a half-hour into my workout, I was sitting on a bench and I feel someone grab my shoulder and firmly squeeze it . It was him . He smirks and whispers in my ear “don’t worry - no hard feelings” and walks away . It was one of the strangest interactions I’ve ever experienced.

After reading some of the other reviews , it’s evident he’s got issues. It’s amazing he continues to get away with this type of behavior. Needless to say, I’ll be finding another AF in the area next time I’m in Naperville

Gym is extremely clean, well lit, and organized. Machines are all new, so there are no lingering maintenance issues. 24/7 access is nice, and the app lets you see how busy it is - so if a crowded gym and long waits aren't your thing (like they're not mine)...it's kinda nice.

Stopped by at 9am on Tuesday morning. Music was too loud for headphones. The gym and parking lot were completely empty. And it's hot inside.

The potential is there, but details need to be sorted. As it is, the space feels isolated. I'm a male in his 40's. I left for the Darien location.

Broad collection of life fitness equipment. Dumbbells up to 150. Lying leg curl. Hack squat. Plate loaded machines - life fitness version of Hammer strength. Rackable trap bar. Mag grip knock offs. Concept 2 rower.

Individual locking bathrooms, including two with showers. Infrared sauna is a unique offering at this price point.

I'm sure I'll check back at some point and see if they fix the hygiene factors. Gotta make the space feel welcoming and safe.

Alex made me feel so welcomed here with her joyful personality. This Anytime Fitness facility is equipped with anything you need for a good hearty workout, plus other lux amenities. Very clean, Very spacious, overall, I enjoyed my workout here. I will definitely be back multiple times a week.

Anytime Woodridge just opened this week so my husband and I stopped by to check it out. The gym is spacious with a variety of different equipment to use. Staff is friendly and welcoming. There is a vending machine with a variety of different options available. We are definitely forward to checking out the sauna!

I truly haven't been this impressed with a gym on opening day. I have been with the anytime fitness franchise for a little over 3 years. This location competes with many other "anytimes" in the area as well as other completive gyms!. The free weight dumbbells go up to 150lbs and they have multiple machines and equipment to adapt to training styles. I haven't met with the owners/employees but as far as the gym. It is very clean, lots of open space and has many amenities that compete with other commercial gyms. Would give 10 stars if possible

This is the closest 24-hour gym to me since the whole XSport-turned-LA Fitness disaster down the street. Overall, I am very happy with the customer service. Mike is an amazing representative to interact with. I’m incredibly satisfied with the customer service, as I had personally received a call when the gym was open for members, and the scene does not disappoint one bit. Looking forward to working out here for the foreseeable future.

Hands down - the best gym in town!

If you’re a local gym goer, anytime fitness woodridge is a no brainer. As someone who has tried all of the local gyms AF woodridge is far and above the other local clubs.

With the newest hammer strength, and life fitness equipment and plenty of open turf space. This gym is a great option for both experienced lifters, and those just beginning their journey!

Ohhhhh and…. a sauna. That’s new!

Very friendly staff, good selection of equipment - any commercial gym with a hack squat deserves some kudos AND they have two preacher curl benches - and unlike some AFs in the area (looking at you, Lockport) the machines aren't stacked on top of each other. The pin loaded machines are Life Fitness and the plate loaded machines are Hammer Strength, both of which are pretty standard for this chain.

One cool thing that stands out is that the group training area has its own set of free weights which is super cool - no more wondering where that singular 20lb dumbbell wandered off to from the main free weights rack. Speaking of, the dumbbell sets here go up to 150 so you absolute freaks out there should feel right at home.

Cardio section seems pretty standard as well with a handful of treadmills, three ellipticals and three bikes along with a pair of stair machines.

Still very early days at this location but the vibes seem good so this one's going into the rotation for sure.

Called earlier in the day on 4/24/2025.. Spoke with a associate named Mike.. I asked about inquiring a membership through onepass. He said yes we can sign you up through them. Than proceeded to tell me he will be out of the office and at 1pm.. He stated "I will be handing out flyers around the neighborhood". We both agreed to meet at 2pm at the office to sign me up. I called at 2:05pm to inform him I am out front.. He said I will be there in a few minutes. I was happy to hear that. 2:16pm said I'm sorry I'm running late I didn't know how bad traffic was when I left my house... Left your house?? I thought you were passing out flyers locally? We'll regardless wasted 20 minutes and didn't sign up due to well idk.. leaving his house apparently. Normally I don't leave reviews but damn this pissed me off.

Met with Mike a few weeks ago. He was welcoming, professional, and had a great energy while he showed me the layout for this new Anytime. He was able to answer all my questions. When making a commitment to a new gym I have to feel comfortable and trust the person I’m working with. I can say a felt complete confidence working with Mike and I’ll look forward to seeing him each day I head in to an amazing new gym to workout. We signed up today with Mike and can’t wait for Anytime Woodridge to open.
