We enrolled our son in this swim school because we value water safety and invested in both their classes and ISR-style lessons. Unfortunately, the experience has become increasingly stressful for our son and for us. He struggles with back floats and becomes extremely upset, crying for the remainder of the lesson.

We spoke with the instructor, deck supervisor, and front staff multiple times asking for guidance or alternative approaches, but the only advice we were given was to “push through.” As parents, we are not comfortable forcing him through something that is clearly causing panic, especially when we are paying a premium for lessons.

We truly wanted this to work, but we didn’t feel heard, supported, or provided with any helpful strategies. We’ve decided not to renew and hope the school takes parent feedback more seriously in the future.

My kids love coming here for swim lessons. The instructors are great and there are at least 5 people at customer service to help at any time with anything. The extra amenities are a plus like coffee/tea for waiting parents and combs/hair ties/detangler in case you forget anything.

FABULOUS staff!! They are terrific. Terah is a favorite; hands off, lets the kids show her what they can do! EXCELLENT!! Sevyn is so fun; the kids enjoy her so much and she has a way of teaching that the kids have no idea they are learning. Several of the girls went back to school after the summer, but all of the teachers are terrific. This is a blessing to have in the area. Teaching kids this life long, life saving skill is essential and this makes it such a stress freeing environment for parents and kids.

Not sure why there are always 4 kids to one instructor but there are instructors standing, not busy. Why are these kids not divided in between the idle instructors so parents can get their money worth for the lessons? Imagine 4 kids with one instructor in a space of 30 minutes, not factoring time to settle and leave. These kids get barely 7 mins of lessons worth for the amount being charged.

We have had a great experience! I feel like my child is in a safe environment to learn water safety. The instructors have all been wonderful and my child enjoys her time there. I feel like she is progressing and is properly learning how to swim!

Great place to take your children for swimming lessons however I will say I wished the lessons were longer than 30 mins in my opinion at least make it to 45 mins each lesson. My daughter had Katie most days for her swimming instructor and she was amazing. She was very informative and kind when explaining to me what my daughter can do to improve her swimming. We also had another swimming instructor named Cam, he was okay. I wouldn’t say he was as friendly as the other instructors however I feel he could maybe loosen up a little bit. He also mentioned to me how my daughter wasn’t allowed to wear goggles with the nose covering. My daughter has been wearing the same goggles since she started her swimming lessons and no one mentioned it was an issue until now. Not a big deal but I still was wondering why he was the only one to say something to us about it.

I am amazed at how well my 4 year old son has improved learning to swim and how comfortable he is in the water now. All the instructors have been so patient with my wild child! Coach Sullivan, Coach Adam, and all the other coaches he has had are so caring, encouraging, and simply amazing! I love that the max is 4 kids, I get updates both in person and in the app, and that I am able to watch the lessons. I highly recommend Aqua Tots!

Best place around for swim lessons! Great atmosphere, friendly staff, and the setup lets you feel at ease knowing your child is learning in a safe environment. Multiple lifeguards per pool section and free coffee for the parents, what's not to love? If you or someone you know needs swim lessons, I highly recommend this place.

We've been coming to Aquatots for 4 months, 3 times a week, and we have loved every single coach! Coach Jayda, Coach Terra, and Coach Jane we have almost every week and we absolutely adore them and the way they care for our son. Every single person we interact with from the coaches to the front desk staff (Mr. Sean, Miss Sophia, and Mr. Owen are wonderfully personable and helpful!) at Aquatots knows us by name and genuinely cares about our family, it truly feels like a community in this building. The price is reasonable for the excellent level of attention your child receives and the curriculum being taught is top notch. My child is learning valuable skills in the water as well as lifelong skills like perseverance and dedication because of the wonderful education he's receiving at Aquatots. The hour and a half we spend here every week is truly a joy!

Warning! This is a reoccurring expense, and they didn’t tell us that when they first opened. The staff was great, as were the teachers. After our first set of classes were almost over, my wife checked to make sure that we were done. The person looked at our account and said there was not a payment method on file and after that session we would be done…that was a lie. We were charged when we didn’t budget for this. Now we are still being charged and not even going. When you want to be done you have to give them 30 day notice. So, we got charged again money we weren’t planning on spending. I called to try to get this addressed, but the manager was out of town and had to call back. The call was never received, and we will not be going back. I wish I could contact a lawyer and get our money back, but it would cost us even more money. We just won’t be back.

My toddler is going twice a week to Aqua-Tots and I couldn’t be more pleased. She hated water on her face, but our swim instructor, Brianna, really coached me up on how to be calm and confident for her while still teaching us safety and skills. Now, my girl is a water bug! We aren’t just singing songs and playing. We’re being taught how to respect water and have clear boundaries. I wouldn’t go anywhere else to teach my kids this life skill. We love Coach Bri!

My kids have learned more about swimming in the past month at Aqua-Tots than they have in their total time spent at other local places that offer swim lessons. My girls enjoy working with Caden. He does a wonderful job working with kids and keeps us well-informed on the kids’ progress. Not to mention, the facility is clean, well-organized, and offers many changing rooms, shower rooms, and other amenities.

This swim school is fantastic. My daughter has taken two summers of swim lessons at a local pool and was still not putting her face in the water. I was so amazed after just two classes the level of confidence and excitement she had about going. I want my daughter to feel safe and be a strong confident swimmer in any water, and I’m so happy to say I know she will get there with this swim

All of the swim lessons in our town were waitlisted by the time I thought to sign up so we decided to try Aqua Tots out even though it’s an hour drive each way for us. We are only 2 lessons in and SO impressed. My 3 year old is going underwater by choice and with great breath control already thanks to Aqua Tots, and my 18 month old (whose lack of safe boundaries around water was what made us want to get him in swim lessons) will wait to get into water until I give him the OK and can go underwater without panicking. And that’s all after only 2 lessons. I seriously am so amazed by their confidence in the water compared to what it was just weeks ago that I had to come write a review. Can’t recommend this place and the instructors enough!

We recently took our 9-month-old to Aqua Tots for swimming lessons and had an amazing experience. The staff was excellent, handling Forrest with great care and professionalism. We also received a tour of the facility, which was top-notch and very impressive. Highly recommend Aqua Tots for anyone considering swim lessons for their little ones!
