This yoga studio is absolutely amazing! The space has such a peaceful and welcoming energy from the moment you walk in. The instructors are knowledgeable, patient, and truly passionate about helping everyone — whether you’re a beginner or advanced. Every class feels intentional, and I always leave feeling refreshed, balanced, and grounded. It’s become my happy place and part of my weekly routine. Highly recommend to anyone looking to improve their mind, body, and soul!

I can't say enough good things. I've been practicing here since May of this year after a long break from yoga. In 20 years of practicing yoga, this is one of the best studios I've experienced.

Ample free parking and three different practice spaces: an outdoor shaded patio, a bright, sunny room with no mirrors/all windows and a heated space with a wall of mirrors. They offer a terrific variety of classes both day, afternoon and evening: Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Candlelight classes, Aerial, Belly Dancing, Pilates/Strength and a PT informed class (I leave this one and feel like I've been to anatomy class-it's educational as well as physical).

Pricing is in line with studios in the area and if you purchase the packages of classes, you get an amazing deal. Even more so as the studio provides all necessary props and equipment, including chilled water, so there are no worries about having to rent a mat or remembering to bring your own. There are lockers for your phone/wallet/keys.

The philosophy here truly is that everyone is welcome. These classes are challenging but all the instructors I've had so far check in with and take care of every student's practice. If you're new to yoga, this is a safe, welcoming place to start. If your practice includes inversions, binds and handstands, they will help you go even deeper.

This yoga studio feels both luxe and grounded, balanced in the best way! I had a Movement as Medicine class with Angel and she took wonderful care in constructing her flow. Angel broke down familiar poses with a fresh new perspective. The ambiance in the studio allows you to truly unwind and retreat from the everyday chaos outside. I'm looking forward to coming back and trying more classes here; it's clear that this studio supports community and I love that!

Asna is truly an embodiment of yoga and wellness. From the moment you step foot into the Rooted Room, you are greeted with a sense of calm from the ambient lighting, earth tones, and subtlety curved mirrors.

Over the past six months, I have taken classes with Christian and Loryn. Although they offer different styles, I find the continuity of taking classes at Asna comes in the way that the instructors interact with the class.

Always offering variations that are attune with where I am at in my journey. When I’m having a harder day the simple reminder to, “take what you want and leave the rest”, is reassuring and helps me to do my best.

Anyone who tries a class here will thank themselves after. I know I do every time I finish a class.

Asna Studio is a sanctuary for both body and mind. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with a calming atmosphere and a sense of genuine care. The instructors are not only knowledgeable but also deeply intuitive—they guide each session with clarity, compassion, and a focus on personal growth.
Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned yogi, the classes are thoughtfully designed to meet you where you are. The studio offers a beautiful balance of strength, flexibility, and mindfulness, making every practice feel purposeful and rejuvenating.
What truly sets Asna Studio apart is the community. There's a welcoming energy that makes you feel supported, seen, and inspired. It’s more than just a place to practice yoga—it’s a space to reconnect with yourself.
Highly recommended for anyone seeking a meaningful and transformative yoga experience.

Best yoga studio in the area! The classes are fantastic, offering a perfect blend of challenge and relaxation, and the instructors are incredibly knowledgeable, always providing helpful guidance and adjustments. The studio is always spotless, and there is always dedicated space for parking. They also provide all the equipment you need, so you can just show up and enjoy your practice without any hassle. It’s truly a great place to go, whether you’re a beginner or an experienced yogi. Highly recommend!

A true hidden gem in Lincolnwood! This yoga studio completely exceeded my expectations — it feels like something you’d find in the heart of downtown Chicago, not the suburbs. The space is stunning: modern, serene, and thoughtfully designed with a high-end feel that’s rare in this area.

What really sets this studio apart is the variety and quality of their class offerings. Whether you’re looking for a powerful vinyasa, a deeply restorative experience, or something more unique like sound healing or breathwork, there’s something for everyone. The instructors are top-notch and clearly passionate about what they do.

If you’re used to the standard suburban yoga experience, prepare to be blown away — this place raises the bar completely.

Asna was not the right fit for me as a yoga studio. I enjoyed Lily’s classes very much until they cancelled them.

I have requested three times to stop my auto subscription to these classes and have been charged $400 for classes that I am not using. I cannot get a response from the owner.

I would caution anyone to sign up for auto subscriptions because it may be difficult to cancel.

A welcoming space with amazing instructors who will treat you like you belong there. Love the option of the all women’s class options to have our own space to relax and give our body the attention it needs.
