Private gym one on one training. Gary is great at accommodating your bodily "issues" like for instance, my low back gives me a sharp pain sometimes, my elbow was broken and I have plates and screws in my arm and he is always looking for ways to help me strengthen that arm and work with it. Compared to his regulars many of which have been going to him for decades, I'm the new guy at his gym. And I can see why people have stayed with him for so long. He's just great at what he does. He's very friendly, and always asks how was your weekend, etc and has a great memory! He usually reminds me what I said i was going to do that coming weekend because I don't even remember myself lol.
So yeah come here and get started you won't regret it!

I’ve worked out with other trainers before and I can say that without a doubt Gary is fantastic. The sessions are completely personalized and he always makes sure to address any current physical issues and creates a plan to fix them. Gary has always been a great mentor/teacher in the gym while still pushing my limits. He’s always getting creative with exercises, helping me work through any injuries or day to day aches & pains. I’ve been a client for 25 years and Gary Clark- proprietor and trainer is beyond professional in a very relaxed and comfortable environment. The new location is spacious and well organized. Gary is great dealing with injuries over the years and adapts well to aging bodies. My son now trains with me and Gary is great about keeping us both on track at our different levels. Balance fitness is just that as it’s absolutely amazing. Balance fitness is a private place to get personal training, which I love. Gary owns all of his equipment, often getting more or upgrading. He’s gifted in adjusting my workout if something is feeling a little wonky. We’ll start with something on the lighter side to make sure all is well before we start to move it up a notch. He’s also relentless on making sure I’m using the correct form while working out, which is very important to me.

I've been working out at balanced fitness for over 7 years. I initially started going to rehab a partial rotary cuff tear in my shoulder and wanted to lift safely with proper form. Gary got my shoulder back to full strength. Since then I've seen nothing but consistent gains. There is all the equipment you could ever need and they gym is constantly being updated with newest technology in equipment. Whatever your fitness goals are Gary will get you to achieve them. Balanced Fitness is the perfect name for training with Gary Clark . I am very fortunate to have found Gary and Balanced Fitness. It had been years since I last lifted weights and I was looking to drop some weight. Gary continues to exceed my every expectation. My waist is inches smaller, I am decidedly stronger, and I have a much learner appearance overall. Plus, I have achieved these gains despite a serious shoulder injury (non-gym/exercise related). He customized my workouts to keep me safe and motivated. Gary is not afraid to experiment with new exercises &/or equipment to optimize my results and he is extremely knowledgeable about anatomy & fitness. I have achieved far more than I expected and I cannot recommend Gary at Balanced Fitness enough to anyone (of any age or ability) looking for a Personal Trainer.

I would HIGHLY recommend working out with Gary.

If I had to sum it up in three words, my experience with working out with Gary is: Stellar, Awesome, and Effective!

Gary is really the complete package and very attentive to the needs of his clients. If it’s an all around workout you are looking for, he will provide it. At the same time, he is excellent at targeting specific areas of the body. Just let him know your needs and he will work with you.

His workouts are never boring because he constantly has you moving and doing different things. Even when I’m tired and not really feeling like a workout, I am so happy afterward that I pushed myself to go.

My workouts with Gary are very rewarding because I see and feel the results.
