Bald N’ Bougie Yoga class is such a gem. The space is calming, the flow is thoughtful, Stephanie’s energy makes you feel welcome. It’s the perfect mix of strength, relaxation, and mindfulness. When I walked out I felt restored and renewed.

We were in the area for some day hiking and found the Sound Yoga!! The experience was amazing! She explained everything thoroughly and when it came to the class? Bliss!! Totally immersed in sound! I felt the tension leave my body and left completely centered and grounded. Just what I needed!! I definitely would go again!

I had a great relaxing experience with a sounds bath meditation! It was my first time and will definitely be going for more, I'm exited to also try Hatha Yoga. It's a very cute studio, and it's not franchise you get a real genuine place to reset after a long day ☺️.

I was at the free meditation class at the Downers Grove library. It was awesome. So relaxing that I felt totally refreshed afterwards.

If you're looking for a yoga class that truly brings you back to yourself—this is the one. Stephanie has a way of creating a space that feels so calm, grounded, and safe. Her setup, her voice, and the way she guides you through each pose bring peace to your mind, body, and soul. I released so much built-up tension and stress during her class that I cried—a good, healing cry. As a woman, feeling that safe and supported during a class makes all the difference. Stephanie holds space with so much care and intention. I can't recommend her enough.
