After a prolonged, years-long flirtation with and desire to delve into the intriguing world of yoga, I was absolutely delighted to find the opportunity to catch a Saturday a.m. Class with instructor Robin; following a suggestion from friends (both male and female). What an absolutely wonderful experience this was. While the class was challenging in all the positive ways, it also remained an absolutely warm and welcoming environment for a beginner who couldn't replicate ALL the poses perfectly quite yet (though I endeavor to in proximity). The music and energy of the entire 90 minutes oscillated seamlessly from serene, meditative and spiritual to upbeat intensity and most everything in-between. The instructor was more like a guide and it was very, very clear how much effort and work was put into the class, tonality, feel and refreshing gear shifts. I could not recommend this studio any more. The class confirmed my interest in moving forward with integrating yoga into my life and I Iook forward to my next time(s) attending!

I love this studio. Iβve been a member for a couple months now and love it. The people are so welcoming and I feel I belong. I had done Power yoga before, but never at a place that valued the spirituality and mindfulness of yoga so much. Itβs been a good change of pace. Highly recommend.

Very unique style. Hot!!! The workout of your life. Be brace and embrace the heat, breath and flow.
I've visited Ritual Hot Yoga every time I visit San Fran from Atlanta. It's amazing! Wish they'd open one on the East Coast.

Incredible place to practice yoga. The entire atmosphere is positive, welcoming, and inspiring, and I leave every class refreshed, energized, grounded. I've tried most of the instructors and they are all wonderful, each bringing a unique style and vibe to the practice. Also great for all experience levels, including people just starting out like I was a few months ago.

I LOVE this studio. Stopped in for my first class on Monday and i have been back every day since. Every instructor is and CREATIVE and clearly an expert in human anatomy (this is so important if you are new to yoga). You will sweat, you will stretch and you will get in the "zone" Do it. you won't regret making BFPY your studio.

My first time at Barefeet yoga was such a great experience. Having not been able to do yoga in person, it was such a delight to be in an in studio class. Everything felt very clean and safe but also welcoming. The teacher was kind and helpful and the class was a perfect pace with modifications offered if needed. I will definitely be going back.

Bare Feet Power Yoga has been my favorite studio since they opened in the West Loop. I have been in the fitness industry for 20 years and I can not recommend them enough! Their instructors are super knowledgeable, correcting form and recognizing individual capabilities. Robin and her staff are top notch...if you want to have a high quality yoga class with some fun this is the place for you!

Bare-Feet is our favorite yoga studio. Whenever we visit Chicago we love to go because the community feel of the people attending provides a very positive vibe . Even for old or yogis like us. The space is small and intimate so you help getting to know others. All the instructors are helpful and give personalized attention when needed. And I LOVE to sweat, so the hot yoga temp set at 92Β° Plus help me reach that goal and sweat buckets.

Came in for the weekend and wanted to enjoy a hot yoga class. I bought a class on their website and didn't know their late policy. Their door was locked when I got there. Granted, you have a policy I was unaware of, but at least return a phone call to explain what options are available. I tried to call several times and left a voicemail to see if i could get a refund or at least take a different class - no response. So i'm out $23 ..and uber cost with not even a phone call back.

Barefeet Power Yoga is an incredibly special place to practice yoga--my experience with them is through spending a summer in Chicago and getting a month unlimited package. The studio appears small yet the community they have created envelopes everyone who walks through the doors. The instructors are a wealth of knowledge, personable and they each provide a unique perspective on the philosophy and practice of yoga. Barefeet Power Yoga is the perfect place for you if you want to be challenged, if you are seeking strength and peace, both outwardly and within. I could not recommend this studio more highly. Their introductory offer is too good to pass up, I would suggest trying it for yourself to see what makes it such a phenomenal space.

I was late bc I accidentally went to the other location. After calling they said they would save me a spot and I could walk over. Staff was so gracious and didn't give me any attitude even though I deserved it!! Great hot yoga, really enjoyed the inversion practise and the teacher Brad is technical but balances with humour and exudes positivity. Love this studio! I'll be back.

I have been wanting to try yoga for a while, so when my wife joined Barefeet Yoga, I decided to take the plunge. After the first few weeks, I am pleasantly surprised. The staff are extremely friendly and very helpful. There are a lot of classes with different levels of difficulty from morning all the way to late in the evening. I especially liked the candlelight yoga that starts off a bit intense, by slows it down and lets you really focus on breathing. Be aware that they are hot yoga sessions and you are definitely going to sweat it out. A great addition to the west loop area.

This is my new favorite yoga studio. Robin and Ali are wonderful instructors β they're very calming and emphasis breathing over perfect technique. As a new student, I especially appreciate this philosophy because I have felt judged by other yogis at other studios in the past. The $30 introductory offer can't be beat and I like that they offer discounts for a 10 class punch card.
