I cannot brag enough on David and his Be Better Than Yesterday training sessions, all tailored just for me. David is incredibly knowledgeable, and he always takes the time to answer my questions and offer meaningful advice. Just as important, he never loses sight of my sensitivities, my weaknesses, or my goals.

I am truly pleased with the progress I’ve made with him in such a short period of time. To my surprise, I noticed improvements in my mobility after our very first session — and the progress has continued ever since. Not only am I getting stronger and trimmer, but I genuinely feel younger since working with David.

I'd like to share my experience with David, he's definitely one of the most dedicated personal trainers I ever come across.

His attention to details, motivation, encouragement and just energy is unbelievable.

I purchased the run-man set and the high wasted leggings. Both sets fit great and were comfortable while working out. The added bonus is the run-man set is super cute and stylish looking! Also the material was thick enough so that you aren't worried about it being see through. Great products!!

I’ve been training with David the owner for years and I always have an amazing workout sessions with him. He offers extensive support and nutritional guidance. The care he puts into his training sessions and with his clients is amazing!! He makes you feel comfortable and works at your pace.
