I've been working with Ben for over a year. He's always been reliable, professional and so knowledgeable in PRI. Ben genuinely wants his clients to walk out feeling better and he's proven more than capable. My body feels amazing and it's changed in such good ways. If you're thinking about it, do it!

I have be training with Ben for a few months and he has put together a program that has really helped me become stronger, more balanced and he alleviated pain in my shoulder. My whole family is training with him now. He is knowledgeable, attentive to form to prevent injuries and very motivated to help me achieve my goals. I highly recommend Ben!

I met Ben hoping he could help me with a number of issues I was having including standing upright, breathing and balance.
Iβve been seeing him once a week for quite a while and everything has been progressing well.
My balance, breathing and walking have improved significantly.
I canβt think of anyone else who could have dealt with these problems and help improve them all.
I look forward to or sessions each week, knowing I will feel better when they are finished.

Ben is great! Very stand-up guy, always encouraging and very helpful. He's been my fitness coach for about 30 days now and my knees and ankles have been improving a lot! I used to dread working my 8 hour shifts because my feet would be in so much pain. Ben helped me to stick with a routine to improve muscle strength in my standing muscles. Can't recommend him enough! I had an opportunity to chat with Ben (one of the trainers at Bean Fitness), and I learned quite a bit! Although his degree was in exercise science kinesiology, he knew quite a bit about nutrition as well. Before talking to Ben, I had no idea vegetables act as phytonutrients, which play a part in protein transportation. This means that it's going to be extremely difficult to build muscle if you're not consuming vegetables. It is small details like these that can make a huge difference in whether you see results.
