I started at Bellbar about a year ago looking to get stronger. Being a woman of a certain age, I was very reluctant to try a new gym, especially one where there was heavy weights. I’m so glad I joined and stuck with it. I am stronger and I feel better all around. I’d love to see more women join me at the 5:30 am class.

Angela is an amazing coach. You can tell that her knowledge comes not just from her understanding of the techniques but also years of thoughtful personal experience doing the exercises herself. Even more revealing is the progress her members have made in their own practice. It was immediately apparent to me that her members were seriously strong and knew what they were doing. Best of all, the members are very nice and Angela herself is dedicated to her members' success and continued progress. She also has a great sense of humor which comes in handy when she's pushing you to reach your goals

First time using a physical trainer. Has been a great experience. I have one on one sessions with Angela. She established my level of fitness, then designs a program tailored for me. I am getting results re strength, stamina and weight. Challenging but doable. Highly recommend. Good value.

As a former professional athlete, I really enjoy challenging training sessions lead by professional trainers. What I like the most about this gym, that every person attending the session gets to choose the training session level according their own fitness level. The trainers are very knowledgeable and helpful. Did I mention how beautiful gym is?!

I recently joined the gym and absolutely loving it. The place is very clean and well-maintained, which really sets the tone for a great workout environment. The coach Gytis is not only knowledgeable but also incredibly attentive, friendly, and motivating. It's evident that he is genuinely care about members' progress and well-being.
Also, the other team members are supportive and friendly, and it truly feels like one big family. On top of all that, the easy parking makes getting to the gym hassle-free.I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming and effective CrossFit gym.

Revamped is such a gem. I was nervous about joining a gym and getting back into a fitness routine after having my baby. Gytis has been so knowledgeable about modifications I need while also pushing me to get the most out of my workouts. I appreciate that this is a boutique gym with class sizes designed to be small. It makes all the difference in making sure my form and technique are on point! My goals are to get stronger while staying injury free - this is the place that has delivered for me.

I've been going to this gym for a year now, and I can't say enough good things about it! The coaches, Gytis and Kathleen, are incredible. This gym is a hidden treasure. I chanced upon the Facebook popup with a transformation challenge at Revamped and Gytis reached out to me. I have made several (albeit failed) attempts to form a habit of working out towards weight loss and a fitter me. This place has been a God send to me. I have completed 6 weeks of strength and conditioning sessions ,averaging 3-4 times a week and I feel fantastic. I am yet to be bored which is a huge win given I tend to fall off the wagon once the novelty wears off. Both coaches Gytis and Kathleen are very comfortable to work with. I ve had injuries outside the gym and sickness through the 6 weeks but was able to work out with the alternatives and accomodations provided by the coaches during the sessions. The sessions are small and convenient for those working from home and need to get that one hour of me time. Revamped has been my best decision of 2023 yet.

Great programming, good community, and super knowledgeable coach. I especially went to this gym throughout my whole pregnancy and trusted coach Gytis to make safe accommodations and to keep me most comfortable. Nice to have a focus on mobility, good form and movement as well as building functional strength. Definitely worth checking out!

If you are looking for challenging yet doable workouts, then this is the place for you. The coaches highly emphasize proper movements and techniques, so that you don't injure yourself, and the controlled movements are really effective at working the intended muscles. Excellent gym for all experience levels! Whether you're new to fitness or have years of experience Gytis, and the other coaches will help you reach whatever your goals are. Revamped has small group classes so the coaches can assist everyone as needed. There is a nice mix of mobility training, strength training, and cardio. The workouts are varied enough that you won't get bored, all you have to do is show up and do the work. No waiting for equipment or tripping over other members like the big box gyms or workout studios!

Revamped is a great place spot for physical therapy and overall treatment for pain. Gytis addresses a patient's issues based on tailored solutions that match their lifestyle and creates attainable goals a patient can work toward week over week. He's flexible with scheduling and is genuinely interested in his patients' health and well-being. I'm an avid Crossfitter with a myriad of injuries, and Gytis has worked with me not only to develop solutions but to also better understand the "why" behind my issues. This has been great for further injury prevention and has given me a better understanding of my weaknesses. I'd recommend Gytis and Revamped to athletes of all levels working through various levels of pain or for those who are trying to improve upon their lifting technique and bodily awareness.

I've been working out at Revamped for over 7 months and the experience has been a real game changer for me. The programming is challenging, flexible, and on many occasions customized/modified to help me reach fitness goals and improve my overall health. Revamped is a gym that stresses things like mobility, strength, conditioning, as well as, moderation and science. In addition it encourages positivity and a long term healthy outlook. This place is the best. If you've been spinning your wheels at a big box gym, don't how to get started on your fitness journey, or are dealing with injuries or physical limitations, Gytis is your guy. He's a chiropractor on top of being a functional fitness coach, so he's amazing at working with injuries or physical limitations. He's an athlete himself but loves working with people who are new to fitness. I've been able to work past my injuries by strengthening my weaknesses. While we do use barbells (only scary at first, I promise), all of the exercises are functional and Gytis programs so you can work toward your goals rather than your ego :). I've also made some really good friends in the group classes. Everyone that goes here is super nice and welcoming.

I’ve been going to this place since they opened and I really liked it! The workouts are good and when you finished you feel the time you spent in there was worthy!
