I just celebrated my 15 year "yogaversary" as a member of this studio and I still LOVE it! The great variety of classes means there's something for everyone; the instructor's are all so dedicated and inspiring; there are special events to help enhance your practice; and the yoga retreats are absolutely amazing! Owners Doug and Agata have created a wonderful community!
I just can't say enough good things about Bent Dog Yoga and Pilates!

This place changed my life! Its more than just a workout: its a place to relax, unwind, and recenter yourself. I joined summer of 2022 after a very difficult year. I was anxious, stressed, and physically not in great shape (a lot of health issues). I also used to be a super wimp! I used to give up easily if I went on a run, worked out, or got pushed too hard... However, after almost 2 years of regularly attending bentdog, I can confidently say that
I am a more resilient and strong person -- both emotionally and physically. For many of us that attend, this is our go-to happy place to focus on our growth, unwinding, and feeling strong and capable.

Through the guidance of the instructors and the discipline of some of the workouts, I have gained tools to lessen my anxiety, manage stress, and learn to be a more relaxed and loving person. 1000% understand the yoga and pilates hype now and you absolutely should give this place a try if you are on the fence about it.

Here are some awesome things about this place:

1) Everyone at every workout is only focusing on themselves. Its such a wonderful judgement FREE zone.
2) If you show up and can only give 50%, no instructor will shame you or push more than you can give. They always emphasize to listen to your body.
3) You can get a killer workout if you go to an Inferno Hot Pilates class, but also can sign up for slower classes like Bent 60 or Yin if you want to focus on flexibility and slow things down.
4) There's at least 4 classes offered per day.
5) Super clean bathrooms and cubby space. Also, there is a shower in both the women's and men's room if you need to clean up before you head out.
6) You can show up 15-20min early and just lay on your mat and warm up or stretch. Its so calming and quiet in there. You can do the same post-class.
7) If you take a hard class first, you WILL get your butt kicked... And that's ok. It took me about 2 weeks of regularly attending (and drinking the right amount of water) to go from "Omg this might not be for me" to "Ok... I got this!"

Overall, BentDog is a gem and its people are 10/10.

Joined in August of 2023 and have really enjoyed all of the benefits that come with the membership. It's more than just the classes, but the community, the space, and the health/wellness/mental benefits really make it worthwhile to come on a consistent basis!

Ex Crossfiter gone Yoga!!! Bent Dog saved my body, that I wasn’t too surprised about. But what has been the the piece I didn’t know would happen. Yoga has calmed my busy mind. When I started here I couldn’t stop thinking about how long until the class was over and all the things outside the studio. I am happy to report I now have a clear head space and find myself at the end of class wondering how the heck did that hour fly by. Years of injury have melted away, I look great and feel great, and my mind is at peace.

Oh!!! And the other members are all amazing!!!! And I couldn’t tell you which instructor I like the best, they are all great too!!!!

Seemed super promising, so I purchased a $99 membership without doing a trial run of the classes/facilities. I quickly realized classes fill up extremely fast and if you're not constantly checking the app (I'm talking a week ahead of time), you will end up on a waitlist. I attended one class and realized the style was not for me in addition to the scheduling difficulties. The instructor just sat on a table while he verbally guided the class instead of walking around checking form. I decided to cancel the membership immediately (1 week after purchasing it) and reached out to the studio in hopes they could charge me the drop in rate ($20) or even a two week intro which is conveniently currently unavailable ($30) for the single class I participated in instead of the full priced membership. He was inflexible and said no refunds. So I paid $99 to stretch for an hour. If you're a person with a busy schedule - this is not the studio for you. Seriously regret even giving this place a chance. The lack of compromise was a huge turn off.

If you are serious about palates and yoga, this is the best studio I have ever attended.
The staff are all fantastic!! (Agata, Jenni, Kathy, Joe, Karen, Colleen, Peggy, Wendi, Nikki, Melissa, Debbie) all have there own unique style of putting on a class... And they all ROCK! They always greets you with a warm welcome when coming into the studio, as well as staying diligent to understand where the students need a little help during class and will always be there to guide you to help improve your performance.
The also have a great app for getting the classes you prefer to attend.
If you are new to this I would recommend giving them a try...You will not be disappointed!
I can't wait to get to the next class..
Stay Sweaty !!!!

This is an awesome studio. They offer a variety of classes every day of the week, something to fit everyone's ability and schedule. The teachers are warm and welcoming--making new students feel comfortable, and challenging more experienced students to take their practice to the next level. The students are friendly and non-judgmental. The studio itself is state-of-the-art and kept clean and tidy at all times. The owners schedule a variety of special events throughout the year to keep things fun and interesting as well.

And the other people who practice make it fun to go there. It has helped my stiff, aging body feel so much better! Thank you to my daughter Sarah for inviting me to come with her to a Friday night Yin class, now I’m hooked!

A few months ago a friend posted that she was going to Inferno Hot Pilates at Bent Dog Yoga. I was intrigued and signed up for a 2 week trial. I was hooked! Now 7 months later I am going almost every day and have expanded my workouts to include Bikram (love!), Yin and Vinyasa in addition to the a-mazing Inferno Hot Pilates. It is such a welcoming place. The owners, instructors and fellow yogis are fun, dedicated and caring. I can’t imagine my life without Bent Dog Yoga!

Bent Dog is excellent for your body, mind and soul. Being 55 now, I feel physically better, mentally stronger and more at peace with my life. So happy that my wife, Sue, got me started and I took it from there. We do it seperately or together depending on our schedules. The variety of classes and the times offered work for us. Doug and Agata and all of the instructors are AWESOME.

A friend of mine invited me to this place a year and half ago and since then, bent dog yoga became part of my daily routine. After a long day at work, I look forward to having my workout in this studio. All instructors are very friendly amd very encouraging. They push you to your limits but they also remind you that your best is good enough. Come to Bent dog yoga and find your inner peace, discover the strength you never thought you had , and enjoy the positive energy that overflows while you sweat, stretch and flex those muscles. Different classes, different levels of intensity but all are equally rewarding. I am truly grateful... thank you bent dog yoga 🀩

I was recently asked what yoga β€œdoes for me”. My answer was simple: everything. It calms me and energizes me. It lifts me up and grounds me. It gives me focus and allows me to see the big picture. It heals every part of me. Little did I know 9 years ago when I first walked in, what an important part yoga would play in my life. Doug and Agata have created an atmosphere of family at Bent Dog. We not only practice together, we genuinely care for each other. This was evident when 11 yogis came to see me perform in a musical 45 minutes away from most of them, and it meant the world to me! We are a family. Come join us!!

The personal attention, medium class size, and focus on strength and accuracy of the posses, keeps me coming back to this studio several times a week. The rates per classes are very reasonable for the level of instruction you get. The instructors are approachable and willing to help. Weather you are a beginner or a long time yogi, I strongly recommend taking one of these classes. It is much different than a Gym, or other style of Yoga class.
Namaste!

Been practicing with these folks for years now...love the new studio! Great lighting, good atmosphere (heat/humidity & people/attitudes!), always learning.

Studio offers Bikram 90 & 60 min classes, Hot Pilates, Power Vinyasa, and Yin (*very* relaxing!) yoga classes regularly plus special classes on weekends and holidays (How to Meditate, Partner Yoga, Sound Meditation, Halloween Yoga, etc).

Any class is good for a beginner because it's a very relaxed "come as you are," "do the best that you can," attitude. Not feeling so hot (or feeling a little overwhelmed by the heat), no problem, lie down and rest, join back in when you are ready. Knees don't bend that much anymore, no problem, take a modification and do what you can.

This studio welcomed me in when I knew nothing, and along with learning more about yoga, has changed my life. Much better than a gym membership, yoga works the mind AND the body together. It's easy to try, so go ahead and do it...you won't regret it!

Personal recommendation for those who are unsure: Yin Yoga...you Won't regret it! Super Easy, Very Relaxed, Excellent way to start your weekend.

This place is great. They are so welcoming and encouraging! Yoga can be scary for newcomers with it's secret language and special attire and equipment - but not at Bent Dog. It's a come as you are, do what you can kind of place. Their instructors are approachable and kind. Their classes are accommodating for beginners AND challenging for more advanced members. It's really a neat place. If you've thought about trying hot yoga, just do it, and do it here.
