My son has been training with Kaz for about a year, and the results have been outstanding. From the very first session, Kaz challenged him both physically and mentally while explaining how each exercise directly improves performance. The workouts are completely personalized to his sport (football) and even tailored to his specific position.

If you need a trainer, Kaz is the BEST. I work from home and noticed how much strength I had lost. I was nervous about having someone watch me work out and honestly thought I didn’t need a trainer since there are so many out there and I could just follow workouts online. I figured, what the heck, I’d try a trainer on a trial basis, and I lucked out with Kaz.
He makes it easy to show up by adapting to my schedule, and gives me feedback on what I need to do to improve that I could never get on my own or by watching a trainer online. I’ve even sent friends to him and they also have nothing but good things to say.
I feel stronger, more confident, and I actually look forward to my sessions. Worth every penny.

I’ve been having problems working out, dieting & remaining consistent for years until I met Kaz a while ago. Ever since then, he’s been an amazing personal trainer that will make sure that you have, not only, the information that you need to keep you going. But also will show you how to have proper form while working out & will give you the necessary feedback that you need if you feel like you’re stuck in your progress.

I started with Brandan in June for my training. Brandan has been amazing in teaching me how to correct my form while exercising and gearing my workout towards my personal goals. I already feel the difference in what I see. Come try it out and see for yourself. To be honest I wish I found Brandan sooner as I would have gotten my goals faster. He is funny, kind, knows his stuff and he will push you towards your goals for sure. I always say to him no pain no gain. I look forward to all my workout sessions. I have known and worked with Brandan for years, not only is he a fantastic trainer but he has become a great friend too. If you are looking for a trainer who truly cares about you then he’s the one.
I started going to the gym at around 250 lbs and I was extremely nervous to even step foot in a gym. Brandan welcomed me in with the most charming smile and charismatic personality. Now the gym has become one of my favorite places to be.
Brandan regularly checks up on me if it’s been a while since he’s seen me in the gym which is a small gesture that puts him above any trainer I’ve met. He cares about your goals, progress and YOU.

Brandan does an amazing job making personalized training plans even if you aren’t local to him. He takes into account what equipment you have at your local gym and designs workout programs based on that. He also takes into account what your goals and needs are.
