Steve and Kate, the owners, know their stuff. They are both very educated in fitness, functional movements, the body mechanics behind movements, and nutrition. I prefer to work out in the evening. Casey and Steve are absolutely amazing. When you walk through the door, you are greeted with enthusiasm and a sense that they are very happy to see you. I always leave the classes feeling better than when I arrived. This is a family. They work withIn your limitations. It doesn’t matter if you are just starting on your fitness journey or a seasoned pro. You will always find something in the movements to challenge you. I highly recommend giving BMT a try. I am a single 61 yo male and have used gyms on and off most of my adult life. I was admitted into the Parkinson's Community a few years ago and it raised the importance for me to get physical at least three times a week. I found this gym and fell in love with it and the trainers. It has a great personal feel, strong vibrant community of workout partners, excellent at accountability, and a great encouraging and educated environment. The trainers see you and interact with you and your journey regularly. The workouts are varied every single day to stimulate growth. The class sizes are small and intimate, anywhere from one to five participants. I found a time of day that works best for my schedule and there is always a spot for me. I highly recommend this gym for those wanting to set and achieve personal health goals. Come join us!

I first showed up to Beyond Measure Fitness with a sense of unease. It had been years since I was in a gym and the idea of showing up consistently was daunting. My concerns were quickly put to rest after my very first session!
The trainers are patient and can work with anyone regardless of skill level. I had a nagging injury for a bit and the trainers came up with different exercises on the spot as I've seen them do for others so many times.
All of the gym members are very positive and encouraging. I have made multiple gym buddies in my time at Beyond Measure.

I have been going to Beyond Measure for over 3 years and cannot say enough good things about Steve and the team of coaches. They create such a supportive and positive environment for everyone, whether you have worked out for years or are just getting started. The small groups allow for personalized attention and customization during your session, but still full of energy and fun amongst the group. I’ve never been the type to stick with a gym. Usually I join, go for a bit, then stop showing up. But Beyond Measure Fitness completely changed that.
Casey, and Steve are seriously the best trainers. They keep workouts fun, change things up so it’s never boring, and they actually watch your form to make sure your posture is right — so you get the most out of every move without hurting yourself. They also know exactly how to push you to do more without making it feel like torture.

My husband talked me into joining the beyond measure fitness for strength training, so I thought, why not give it a shot? I’ve done yoga and cardio before, but strength training here just hits different — it feels so good. I can’t say enough good things about Beyond Measure! For the past two years I have been on a weight loss journey. On top of that, last year I had a bilateral mastectomy, and just last month, a major cancer-prevention surgery. Earlier this summer, I knew I needed a different type of gym that could work with my body’s unique needs and that I felt comfortable at. Traditional gyms have been hit or miss for me, and definitely wouldn’t work for me now, but the first time I walked in to Beyond Measure, it just felt … right. It’s rare I get that feeling, but each time, I know it’s because I’ve found something that works for me!
Even within a small group, each person’s workout can be individualized, which really has made me feel safe and secure about returning to physical activity. The camaraderie and atmosphere is second to none. Not only are the people you work out with friendly, but the staff makes you feel welcome and wanted there - a far cry from gyms where you scan a membership card and go. If you are looking for a place where you’ll be challenged (while respecting your body’s abilities), supported, known by name, and can meet some great people - well, I guarantee you’ve found it right here!

You can't out exercise a poor diet, but if you want to get more fit in a supportive environment, these people know what they're doing. You get strength training with trainers who know how to get it done safely, using proper form, and encouraging (but not pushing) you to push yourself. I’ve been coming here since Jan ‘24, and at 60+ years old, I’m still active—softball, golf, and more. The trainers truly care, listen, and help to work around my lifelong back and knee issues. Perfect for Beginners & Everyone!
I’ve been working out at Beyond measure for the past six months, and I can’t recommend it enough! As someone who was just starting out and had never done strength training, I really appreciated how welcoming and non-intimidating the environment is. Everyone goes at their own pace, and there’s zero pressure to keep up with anyone else.
The trainers are super knowledgeable and friendly, always ready to help with form, modifications, or motivation. The semi-private setup works really well for me.
Another huge perk? The *convenient app* for scheduling workouts. It makes booking/rescheduling sessions a breeze.

BMT: More Than a Gym, It's a Community
When I moved from Chicago to Naperville a year ago, I started searching for gyms in the area. My search didn't last long - after just one intro session at BMT, I knew it was the perfect fit for me. Joining turned out to be one of the best decisions I've ever made.
All of the trainers are incredibly knowledgeable and always ready to help adjust your form or suggest alternative exercises when needed. The small group size creates a less intimidating environment than large classes while still providing personalized coaching when you need it.
The atmosphere at BMT is truly special - you'll find a diverse group of friendly, welcoming people who make working out more enjoyable. To top it all off, they offer periodic nutrition challenges and coaching that have transformed my understanding of how to properly fuel my body - knowledge I'll carry with me for life.

When I joined BMF it was my first time joining a training program at a gym. All of the trainers provide constant guidance and instruction during the sessions and adjust as needed for individuals. Even after I had a surgery I found going to my sessions pleasant as they adjusted to what I could do. If you are looking for a gym that is welcoming, non-intimidating, staffed with educated, knowledgeable, extremely personable trainers, and has a diverse membership of regular people with the common goal of improving their fitness level, I would highly recommend Beyond Measure Fitness. There are people of all fitness levels, and I believe anyone of any fitness level could feel comfortable and challenged here. The trainers will meet you where you are, whether beginner or advanced, and challenge you to improve, while making sure you are engaging in proper form to avoid injury. The format for most sessions is unique to most other gyms in that it is small group personal training (max of 5 people in a session) – and this is what I love the most. I love it because you are able to get personalized feedback on all of your exercises, almost as if it was a 1-1 training session, but because it’s small group, you are able to get to know other members and root for each other’s success. They have a thoughtful series of exercises planned every day. Whatever day you go, you will get a full body workout, but workouts are varied enough that you can go every day if you want to. In my personal experience, not only have I seen vast improvement in my strength and overall fitness since I joined 7 months ago, but I have learned so much from the knowledgeable staff. They are really good at what they do, and they cultivate a kind atmosphere among members. I could go on and on about what a positive experience this has been for me, but to be honest, I don’t actually put too much stock in online reviews (this is only the second review I’ve ever felt compelled to write). I like to evaluate things for myself, and I’d encourage you to do the same. I’ll just end by saying this: joining Beyond Measure Fitness was the best thing I did for myself this year and I look forward to going there every day. And to whoever is reading this: wherever you’re starting from, and whatever your fitness goals are, if you’re considering Beyond Measure, go check it out. I think there’s a good chance you’ll feel the same way.

Great first session with Andy today!
After years of not working out, I struggled to find a place that I felt comfortable enough to start again…Walking into Beyond Measure fitness for the Intro session (Thanks to Casey and Crista) and taking the first-class I knew I found my "workout home". Love the instructions and their passion to make sure your form is on before anything else and how they are able to make modifications for what your body needs.

Always welcoming, always challenging, always encouraging, always fun! I have never enjoyed working out, and even when I think twice about showing up, I shed off the laziness, walk into that gym and leave so thankful that I was there! All the trainers are wonderful and they make sure you are pushing, but not harming, yourself. They are quick to modify an exercise if your body needs it. So I first heard of Beyond Measure on Facebook. There was a post asking for 50+ men wanting to get in shape. I thought, "Hey that's me!" So I clicked on the link and someone named Steve sent me a text. I didn't respond. Just too busy. :-)
Then a few months later, I was helping to run a Boy Scout fundraiser breakfast. Someone had arranged for 3 speakers to address the the 3 points of the Scout Law; Physically Strong, Mentally Awake and Morally Straight. I was the MC for the event so I went to meet all of the speakers. I introduced myself to a gentleman name Steve Hlavac of Beyond Measure Fitness. As we were talking, I stopped myself, looked at my phone and pulled up a text I had received a few months before. I showed it to Steve and said, "Wait, is this you?" He smiled and said yes. I was a little embarrassed that I had not responded but Steve convinced me to come by Beyond Fitness and he would take me through the program.
That was back in June 2023 and I have been going every week since then and just loving it. I have joined health clubs before and like most people after a month or so, it begins to taper off. Not here! The staff knows their stuff and are fully engaged with everyone through the workout. I also have on a number of occasions received texts from staff encouraging me after a workout. I love the flexibility of the sessions as it works well with my work schedule. I have met some great people here as well who are just as encouraging as the staff.
If you are looking for a great place to workout with a staff who really cares, then stop in to Beyond Measure!

I've been a member at Beyond Measure for almost two years. As a 60+ female at joining, I was overweight, very out of shape, and not at all comfortable in a gym environment. The team at Beyond Measure worked with me daily to overcome the trepidation, and slowly and consistently helped me to regain my health and fitness. I cannot believe how strong and energized I've become in such a short time. Enjoying returning to activities I never thought I'd be able to again. Each trainer is extremely positive and totally dedicated to ensure each individual gets exactly the assistance they need to flourish. All of the other members are fabulous at encouraging each other as well, and serve as great role models both inside the gym and out. I've been with BMF for about an year, and my experience with each team member Steve, Kate, Andy, Crysta , casey, clayton has been Excellent. I've tried numerous gyms for both group trainings and personal trainings in the past but this place is like no Other.
I joined BMF to loose the weight that I had gained due to Thyroid issue,. I struggled to shed it off , went to different training facilities nothing seemed to help. I took personal training sessions with Steve, IT WAS THE BEST DECISION OF MY LIFE!! HE IS HANDS DOWN THE BEST TRAINER YOU COULD ASK FOR. HE IS GEM OF A PERSON. I've never had a boring workout session with him, I have fallen in love with working out Only after I started working out here at BMF.
Coming back to his work ethics, He is punctual , Honest, dedicated, SOOOOOOO UNDERSTANDING, accommodating AND TRUSTWORTHY , A real trainer, who wouldn't give up on you just coz you had a bad week or a month, he is by your side, always pushing you to do better and has a plan, and me and him work towards achieving goal, without making it tedious , my workouts are the besttttt part of my day. and Trust me THEY (the whole team) makes you work hard in that 1 hr session. I've NEVER had any issues with steve or any of the team member.
Every workout has been fun, motivating, energizing, and I have only gotten better , and gained strength by each passing day.
I started off with a goal to drop a few lbs in 3 months and I did reach my goal but in the most healthier way possible and have continued with steve and team since.. No longer have that timed goals, I want to keep training for an even better body and health .
I have also attended the group sessions with rest of the team Andy , crysta, clayton, casey - Enjoyed those hard core workouts. They bring so much energy and fun, time passes quick. Everyone has been very welcoming and polite, you'd feel comfortable starting off any level , and I can say with confidence that you'd ONLY improve. I can't say I enjoy workouts with 1 trainer more than others coz every Trainer is awesome at what they do., that being said STEVE IS THE BEST !!!

It is the first gym that makes it easy on the member. I have a very busy travel schedule and the last thing I want to do is figure out a workout plan for myself 2 to 3 times a week. They do that part for me(you). All I do is show up and they help with the rest. Also, they keep me in the gym by helping work around any injuries or pain I might be dealing with that day or month. Again, all I can say is that they are amazing!

I started working with BMF 2 months ago and i don't regret any single day. Thanks to Steve who gave me orientation and assured me about my fitness. The only gym I've ever been consistent with! I used to hate the thought of exercise, but now even on my "bad" days I still look forward to working out.
BMFT has definitely cracked the code when it comes to creating a comfortable yet challenging atmosphere for their members while creating long term success. I signed up on a whim after being frustrated with my lack of consistency at other, traditional big chain gyms. That was March 2021 and it was like a switch was instantly flipped. Since then I've shown up almost every day and have seen incredible results in my strength along with losing over 60lbs.
I like working out with people as it makes the workout more fun and engaging, but I don't like huge, intimidating classes bc I've always felt lost and overlooked. Those large classes never provided alternatives to accommodate injuries or for those beginning their fitness journey. At BMFT they're quick to help alter moves and exercises for any reason.
The coaches are always encouraging and ready to demonstrate moves, exercises, spot heavy weights, etc.
I love seeing the same people every workout bc it means low membership turnover which is a great indication of not only how well they handle client relationships, but also how they've flipped so many people's mindsets around fitness. Many of the members have been with the gym for years and still remain consistent in their attendance which shows people are seeing results and yet not getting bored.
Even though most members have been here for awhile, that hasn't created a "cliquey" or ostracizing atmosphere. Everyone (staff and members alike) is very welcoming to new people and willing to chat/answer questions/help however they can.

I'm a fairly new member, but I can tell this is the right place for me. The place and equipment are clean and well maintained. Great vibe, good music. But the part that made me sign up are the trainers. It's clear they know their stuff. The workouts are well planned and effective. The group sessions have a feel of 1:1 sessions, personal attention given when necessary. I am glad I found this place.

This is the gym for you! I researched a ton of gyms to find a place where staff are very well versed in fitness. What a bonus that Beyond Measure goes far beyond physical fitness!!! In addition to workouts (that are catered to each individual's needs), they offer nutrition advice, tips and tricks videos, workout challenges, nutritional programs to lose weight, nutrition advice, meal tips, training advice, supplements, a great protein shake bar!! They provide everything you need for physical, nutritional and mental improvement. EVERYONE - staff and patrons - are encouraging and motivating. The positive vibes only atmosphere allows for all fitness levels and all ages to fit in with every program they offer without making you feel self-conscious. I have been truly impressed with Beyond Measure and not only everyone that works there but also the other individuals working out. I highly recommend BMFT both for personal training and their small fitness group training.
In the summer of 2021 I decided it was time to get back to working out and wanted to hire a personal trainer. I am a physical therapist myself and did sports through college so I knew what to do but just wanted someone to push me out of my comfort zone and challenge me in a way I would not consistently challenge myself. I did a lot of research on different trainers and after a few weeks finally decided to reach out to Steve at Beyond Measure. At the initial meeting and consultation I was impressed with his knowledge, professionalism, and how he made me feel welcomed and comfortable.
Since then I have loved every time I have gone there. The trainers are very motivating and attentive to detail to ensure your are doing the exercises correctly and assist in modifying if needed. The others working out with you are also very encouraging to everyone around them. It is truly a fun environment. Steve's knowledge and commitment to staying up to date on the best practices in fitness is unlike anyone or place I have been to before. I learn a little something new almost every time I go there and his knowledge has even helped me be a better therapist.

BMFT is one of the BEST small group fitness training gyms. the coaches are all invested and supportive of all their members and I immediately felt welcomed. The staff are extremely knowledgeable about all areas of fitness and are very professional. This gym, and the structure of the small groups, easily allows all fitness levels to participate, be challenged and to improve quickly. The coaches will suggest modifications if needed and are always positive and encouraging. The classes are never repetitive, structured so you are using different equipment and time sequences so it always feels like a new workout.

I have been at the gym for 3-4 yrs now. Honestly can say its been the best I have ever been to. I would go to the gym on my own but never knew what to do. All the coaches here are so helpful and everything is right there and all you have to do is do it! I know the time I am there I will get a great work out each time. Even during the pandemic they adapted to everyone's needs and made workouts for us via zoom where we could all come together like we did at the gym and work out. I was looking for a personalized training and feel lucky to have found Steve and his team. Andy and Steve would watch each of your moves carefully and will correct you right then and keep motivating you throughout the session. Each move is customized based on your individual needs. Best part is you don’t have to rip your wallet because here you pay the price of group class but get all the results and attention of a personal training session. Beyond Measure is my happy place. And I used to hate working out. I used to get so discouraged going to “big box” gyms with their hard selling tactics trying to get me to sign up for way more than I was ever ready to do considering I was the least athletically inclined person. When I went to my intro session at one of those big box gyms, I was told how unhealthy I was and how if I didn’t workout 5-6 days a week with one of their trainers, I would never be able to lose the weight necessary to be healthy ever again. They ran me ragged for 15 min until I felt like I was going to throw up just to prove that point. It was the most humiliating experience. When I went for my intro session with Steve at Beyond Measure, I was walked through an assessment of my mobility to make sure I could do movements without pain and then was presented with the options he felt would be best for me at the fitness level I was at. He didn’t try to get me to buy the highest package or sell me on coming every single day. He told me what he thought was a realistic goal for where I was at. When I started the group training classes, I was given ways to modify the exercises for someone starting out. The trainers told me to go at my own pace and that it was ok if I couldn’t do all of the sets or reps. Just to try my best. It was really hard at first, but over the weeks it got easier and I kept going because the trainers are so encouraging and helpful. They’re always there to push you but not beyond what you can handle. I operate best off positive motivation and that’s exactly what I get at BMT. I started out barely being able to finish the whole workout and having to do less sets and reps of every exercise. Now, I’m able to do every set and every rep and I’m working my way up in how much weight I can lift. My cardio endurance is so much better and I feel stronger. And the best part is that I look forward to going! I never thought in a million years I would say that, but the group training atmosphere allows you to have that sense of community and friendship that I never thought I would have. I truly don’t know what I would do without this gym in my life.

The length of time John and I have been members of Beyond Measure Fitness speaks volumes; truly it could almost be enough said. For something like seven years we’ve been showing up and doing the thoughtfully created workout for the day. It’s a beautiful thing when you don’t have to think about it; just show up and do what they tell you to do. It’s challenging, the environment is encouraging and the instruction is priceless. The coaches watch and gently correct. They sometimes video to show you exactly what you’re doing and they praise a job well done. Both John and I continue to do things we never thought we could do. I joined Beyond Measure in 2017 and have been an active member since. I knew I loved it but didn’t realize how important it would be for me during the “stay at home” order. When gyms were forced to close, Beyond Measure was no exception and was forced to move to an online format. The class schedule stayed the same but my commute was reduced to walking to my basement. The gym checked out equipment to it’s members and I was able to continue my routine from home. I have never enjoyed working out from home as I never thought I could get the same results. As the days blended together with the monotony of being a prisoner in my own home, Beyond Measure provided me with the structure and a routine that I so deeply craved. I stuck with it each day and learned that at home workouts can be as effective as those at a gym with proper instruction and supervision even if it’s over Zoom.
When IL moved to phase 4 and the gym was able to partially open, I went in for a body composition test to see where I stood after the shut down. I had been monitoring my progress before the pandemic and was anxious to see what had happened. To my surprise, I had lost a pound of fat and gained two pounds of muscle. That was the most progress I had made since I started my journey with Beyond Measure.
I can’t speak enough about the professionalism and the encouragement I have received from the entire team at BMT. Their commitment to their member’s success is unprecedented. Thank you BMT for all that you do! Highly highly recommend.

I’m that person that struggled taking that first step back into a gym after a long bout of inactivity. Joining BMFT has been the absolute best experience that I could’ve hoped for. I’m going on my 4th month as a member of the “FitFam”. I’m far from “Fit” but part of the “Fam” and have made great strides and am down almost 30# and over 10% body fat thanks to the daily inspiration I get from the trainers and other members and a whole lot of sweat. The trainers have modifications for every exercise that works with any fitness level. That’s where I started and have gradually gotten a little better. The other members are so welcoming and helpful that it has made the whole experience so great. Kate and Steve, the owners, are incredible as trainers, motivators, teachers and now friends. Sebastian works so hard to make sure we are using proper technique, using the proper weight and pushing for that extra rep in his pleasant way of guiding us. Dom is always smiling and keeps things light while giving us a good push as well. I can’t say enough about the change Beyond Measure has made in my life. My body hasn’t felt this good and my energy level hasn’t been this high in years. I would give 100 stars if I could. Thank you all!

Wondering how I can write a review that does BMT justice. I've always struggled with my weight and going to a gym consistently. Regular gyms intimidated me, I wanted to do more than cardio but I just wasn't because I didn't know what else I could do. Fast forward to BMT and I'm doing exercises that I would have never imagined myself doing. All of the trainers are patient and involved and super approachable whenever I have questions. My nervousness and worries were put aside the second I joined BMT. The coaches were different than any other coach I have ever worked with. I came across an ad for Beyond Measure Fitness on Facebook and, after seeing it pop up over a two month period, decided to give it a try. My initial interest was to find a better way to work out while managing pain from a spinal fusion. This gym is everything that it promises to be and more. The owners, Steve and Kate, are committed to fitness at every level – strength, technique, nutrition, motivation and community. Their in-depth knowledge of how the body functions, both from an internal and external standpoint, allows for an overall approach to health. Steve was able to identify and correct my posture and lifting technique in a very short period and I was finally able to expand my weightlifting program pain free. These improvements were based on Steve’s knowledge of how each muscle supports and interacts with other muscles and how to target recovery without injury. With my overall function improved, I have been able to move into a more aggressive training program including HIIT workouts and weightlifting.
With fitness, weight and health being such a personal thing, you want someone who is genuinely on your team and has a stake in your overall wellness. If you have been putting off starting a new workout program or looking for a change, Beyond Measure Fitness is worth visiting. Once you are there, you won’t want to leave.

I started at BMFT in October of 2013 when I was almost 57 years old. Six years earlier, I had given up on my health because I believed there was no use fighting my lifelong slow metabolism and I had no incentive. As a result, I began gaining weight and losing strength and balance. Finally tired of the way I felt, I decided to do something about it. I had previously tried pretty much every fitness place in my area, and didn’t feel inspired by any of them, so I was willing to make the one hour drive each way to BMFT.
Steve and Kate showed me that no matter one’s age, one can change their metabolism and become stronger with the right kind of workout and support. I saw results (and coworkers did too!) after only 4 workouts! And I hadn’t even started working on weight loss at that time! I eventually lost 50 pounds by working out 3-4X a week and attending their nutritional programs and challenges. Because of the programs here, I’ve gained strength, endurance, better posture, better balance, more confidence, and a whole new wardrobe! And because there are incredible people who go here, I’ve gained some great friends!

BMT has made this past year one of my best.!The staff are amazing! I started out last summer and year later I'm in better shape than I have ever been. Even when I'm dealing with an injury Steve and Sebastian are ready with an alternative so I can continue my workouts. And Kate makes a mean smoothie!!

Absolutely love BMT. I am so thankful I found this gym. The trainers are amazing and very knowledgeable. If you can't do a work out they do everything to accommodate you and give you something else. They make all of the workouts fun, and the members are so welcoming to new members!!

Beyond Measure speaks for its name. Once you step foot in the facility you will feel welcomed, excited, energized, and surrounded by amazing people. Both Steve and Kate are extremely knowledgeable in the personal training industry. Where do I even start with these guys...? Steve and Kate, in addition to their amazing staff at BMT help change people's lives every day! They provide you with the knowledge, training, support and encouragement you need to obtain whatever fitness goals you may have. I started with a trial program at BMT, and transitioned directly into a 6 week fat loss challenge program. In those 6 weeks, I lost 18.1 lbs and 6.4% body fat. It was incredible. I went into the challenge with the attitude of "There's no way I'll be able to do this," and through their encouragement and support, I stuck to the program almost perfectly, and got the results I was looking for. Can't thank these guys enough for helping me get back on track and making such a positive change in my life!

This place is seriously the BEST!! I’ve tried a lot of other gyms but BMT has provided the best overall experience. They do an excellent job motivating you during workouts to get the optimum results. They offer other supplemental packages if you need other help with diet or a more personalized experience. I would highly recommend them to everyone!

To say this place has changed my life is an understatement. I joined here in October of 2016. At that time, I was barely able to walk up a flight of stairs without getting winded, my knees ached regularly, and I was just generally out of shape.
The BMT team worked with me and accommodated moves so I could build my strength without hurting myself along the way. They guided me on nutritional goals as well as strength and fitness goals with their wealth of knowledge, motivation, encouragement, and most of all - passion! I've progressed so much in a year and a half, and I continue to improve. The fellow gym-goers are just as supportive as the staff, and I've met some incredibly supportive people along the way.
I now can do almost all moves unassisted and I'm stronger now than I was back in high school when I played 3 sports. This place is supportive, welcoming, and accommodating.
I'm so thankful for the BMT staff and fellow attendees - without them, I truly don't know where I would be!

Beyond Measure Training is by far the best gym I have ever been a part of. From the day I started working out there, not only the coaches, but also all of the members have been extremely welcoming, encouraging and supportive. People join the gym for different reasons, whether that's weight loss, nutritional support and advice, to get stronger, etc., but everyone has a common goal of bettering themselves. This is facilitated by the amazing coaches who make it a point to get to know each and every one of the members, understand why they are there, and create an atmosphere that will allow them to succeed. This place is life changing! I started after gaining weight from not smoking and I have been there 8 months and am in the best shape of my life. All gyms can help you lose weight, but this place has an atmosphere unlike anything else i've seen. Its encouraging and everyone is amazing. Absolutely the best workouts I have ever been apart of. After playing 4 years of college football, being in the fire academy and working out myself I felt like I knew how to train. I have made more progress here in a few months than years of training in other places. The staff is not only knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition they actually care about your progress and overall health. I started back in October with the intention of doing the 30 trial and then giving it up. Well its almost January and I can't see myself not coming here. The progress that I've made is unreal to me. I went from being completely inactive and not caring about it to being able to keep up during warm-ups and even being active while I'm at home etc. The staff is super motivating and very knowlegeable. I've taken the principles that I've learned at Beyond Measure Training and applied them to so many other aspects of my life. I've taken control of my own "self talk".....I tell myself that I can do anything that's thrown at me and guess what....I've done it! I would suggest anybody at any level of fitness come here. It has changed my life for the better :)
