We had our son’s 5th birthday party here today and were blown away by the awesome facility and staff. Our party helpers, Shay and Exadrian, went above and beyond to make the party memorable and stress free. They helped set up, clean up, serve food, all on top of also playing with all the kids, helping them with obstacles, and even fitting in a game of the floor is lava. Karissa was so kind checking everyone in and getting them wristbands - she even helped lead a cheer for my son to climb the big wall that will be a core memory. We were really impressed and would highly recommend this as a great party location for your kiddos! Parents really enjoyed it as well as kids were able to get out the wiggles and have so much fun together. We look forward to coming back again soon!

Very disappointing experience. We booked 3 hours so the kids could have enough time to play and enjoy themselves. After a short cake break, we still had a full hour left, but we were told that the kids could not go back to play and had to stay in the party room instead — with no air conditioning and over 90°F inside. When I asked what we were supposed to do, the staff just said “that’s the rule” and that we could go home if we didn’t like it. Completely unreasonable policy and definitely not worth the money

We had the BEST birthday party at Big Time Ninja! The staff was absolutely amazing - Shay and Karissa went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and that every kid (and parent!) was having a blast. They were so engaging with the kids, keeping everyone, from the little ones to the older kids, active, excited, and smiling the whole time.

The party room was clean and perfectly set up, and they took care of all the details so we could just relax and enjoy the celebration. It truly couldn’t have gone better.

Highly, highly recommend Big Time Ninja for any birthday party — they make it effortless and so much fun!

Highly recommend for birthday parties! We just had our party today with 20 kids all 6-7 years old. They have a lot of energy and the staff did a fantastic job making sure the kids had fun and stayed safe on the equipment. I saw other reviews saying the staff does all the party set up and clean up but I didn't realize just how helpful they really are - I barely lifted a finger! They handed out all the food and drinks and were so friendly and kind to the kids. They helped carry everything to my car and carefully loaded it for us. I could go on and on....this place is AMAZING for kids parties!

I can't say enough good things about Big Time Ninja. We transferred here from another local gym and I can say what sets Big Time apart is the staff. My kids have worked with several coaches and every one of them has been fantastic. They give each and every kid so much support and encouragement, and they always make sure to celebrate their wins, big or small. They have created a culture that clearly focuses on positivity, team-work, cheering for your fellow classmates, trying hard and doing your best, and I have seen a big improvement my kids' confidence, work ethic and resilience. So happy we found Big Time!!!

My children tried a free class last month so we decided to have a birthday party here this month and it was fantastic. The staff is great with the kids and so friendly. Everything is clean and they do the cleanup and set up for the birthday parties in the party rooms. They even serve the food for you if you decide to bring your own food in. They have a fridge too. Could not have been an easier or nicer experience. All of the kids had a blast!

We had an absolutely fantastic experience celebrating our child's birthday here! The facility is perfect for kids—spacious, fun, and well-maintained. The hosts were amazing, engaging with the kids and making sure everything ran smoothly. They did a wonderful job serving pizza and cupcakes, and the cleanup was completely stress-free for us. My son went to a birthday party at Big Time Ninja earlier this year and it was a huge hit!! Since then we’ve booked 2 parties at Big Time Ninja because they’re so incredible! During the party , they are in the gym for 80 minutes - 40 minutes at each station. They have 2-3 staff members helping and watching the kids. It allowed the parents to have a chance to chat or just watch all the fun. Then everyone goes to a room for the last 40 minutes for food. They can provide pizza for an additional charge or you can bring in all your own food. We’ve done both ways and both have gone smoothly! They put whatever you need in a fridge and will serve the kids. Seriously makes hosting a big group SO easy! The kids were obsessed with the gym - it’s so fun and there’s something for everyone!

Definitely recommend to host a party here! It’s reasonably priced and you get so much hands on help - and the kids have a blast!

Great first few weeks for my littles age 6 and 8. My favorite part is they keep the energy high the entire class and I hope that continues!

Edit: after a few weeks, it’s still amazing. Coach Skylar is our kiddos’ coach. She pushes our kids in a great way. My son actually has had 2 previous arm injuries/healed fractures and has been terrified to grab a monkey bar. Coach Skylar got him to grab bars and rings within the first week at this new gym, encouraging him and assisting as needed. really thankful we switched to this ninja gym! What a huge improvement in our kids’ skills already!

We have been taking our 3 kids to Big Time Ninja for several months now. The kids look forward to their class every week. The coaches are all very attentive, kind, and caring. This is the first time My kids went to a ninja warrior gym. I did not know what to expect but staff was very friendly and supportive. The lady at the desk (sorry forgot her name) Showed my kids the ropes around the gym and spent time making sure they had a great time. Many types of obstacles to go through and a wonderful place to burn energy. Both of my kids were tired and sore by the end lol but that’s a great thing! they both had a blast and will definitely be coming back soon.

We took our summer campers here for their weekly field trip and everyone had a blast! They were very professional, friendly, and flexible with scheduling. We had around 75 kids participate and all the staff were attentive and supportive of our campers! This is definitely a place we’d like to come back to in the future!

Had my son’s 9th birthday here and it was fantastic. At first I wasn’t sure because you do have the room until the end but there is space for parents to sit and watch or participate in play. The staff then sets up your room and assist through out. All the kids and parents enjoyed the experience because it was just mindless play. It was challenging and fun! Louis and I had so much fun on our first ever Normboyz adventure, visiting Big Time Ninja. One of the coolest things was my son getting to see someone using creativity and ingenuity to pursue their passion as a career, and learning about how the owners are investing in the next generation of Ninjas. My son loves it here, and it's evident all of the other kids do too. The owners are professional, flexible, and just all-around good people. It's a growing business with new classes becoming available as it grows. They have a good range of obstacles: 5 incline ramps/warp walls, a bouldering-style wall, an overall well-utilized space, and a customizable, lengthy course of stable trusses, plenty of mats, rings, bars, and training tools. All the equipment is new, well-maintained, and class fees are reasonable. The owners are humble multiple-time ninja national champions themselves and, as coaches, supportive regardless of fitness level. They also have an open gym schedule for adults who want to participate too. It would be a fun workout and a great kid's birthday party venue. I highly recommend this business!

My children are enrolled in classes here and I cannot recommend this gym enough. The owners and coaches are wonderful people who are truly passionate about growing this sport in young athletes. The classes are fun and challenging but done with everyone’s safety in mind. Perfect for beginners or kids who have trained at a ninja gym before.

We just joined the gym after nearly 2 years at another high-level gym. We have seen more individual coaching, comrade, and growth from ADULT PRO coaches, than the entire tenure at the other gym.....this is after 2 sessions! More coaching and learning in 2 sessions, than almost 2 years at the other gym. Best choice leaving there to come to BIG TIME, where you are not another name waiting to be replaced by a waiting list, but an individual who has differentiated training with amazing coaches.
