I started taking classes at the Orland Park location in May because I wanted a more practical way to exercise and relieve my pain. This place is for the young and the old! The movements bring life to the body. I started taking their specialty classes on Finding True Self and learning about the science of the body and brain connection for healing from the founder Ilichi Lee. I'm now hooked, I decided to go all in and stick with the program. This center has changed my life forever. You will find that it is much more than fitness, you will feel a balance within yourself of Body, Mind and Spirit. This is what keeps me coming back. You will be leaving class feeling renewed! The Orland Park center Manager, Master Park is an amazing instructor and brings energy and joy to each class. Went to their open house at the Chicago, Orland Park location and everyone was so friendly and welcoming…not only the staff but the regular attendees as well. We were told and shown how important Mindful Movement is to maintain joint health and to decrease joint pain. They explained the benefits of Yoga stretching, Tai Chi, Plate Balancing exercising, and Meditation & Breathing. Everyone came in there with some pain and left feeling so much better. The highlight of my visit was the free Korean healing session I received at the end. All I can say is that it was amazing!!! I’d recommend this place to anyone!!!

This is one of my favorite places in Orland Park … actually I should say it feels like my second home . You can take any class over there , and I promise … you will always leave happy, energized and full of wonderful experience. Instructors are very knowledgeable and attentive, they have a very special way to take care of their members. Flow of energy is amazing…and in this place, you can improve not only your body , but also your brain, mind, spit and put your vibration to the higher level. If you're looking for a yoga/tai chi experience with some energy work and meditation practices, I would recommend this place, but it's also Super Expensive!! (Too expensive for what they offer) And don't go to the "retreat" or focus session they advertise, it's basically using basic psychology and emotional manipulation to make people reexperience trauma or believe they're using energy when it's basically a biofeedback response or placebo. Look into the history of the founder and question if this is gonna be a place to relax and meditate (valid) or a cult you want to join (definitely happening). I'm not saying this place isn't beneficial, because many of their methods and techniques are sound, but do not let their way be the Only Way you use to heal.

Body & Brain of Orland Park is the place to join if you want something different, but exceptionally energetic from any traditional yoga class. Body & Brain activate just that, your body and brain through a series of movements, positions, methods that bring out the best of you and increase your energy in every class. Many times I come tired to class and I leave a new person...with enough energy to take the world. Love every Tai Chi class with Master Park for he will challenge your physical abilities. Love wooden pillow class for MIT Marissa will take you from traditional exercises to all new (to me) wooden pillow movements that will work points in your body you never worked before regardless of how active you are and then back to meditation and relaxation. When I first came to an Energy Flow class I hate it...but now I enjoy it so much and can't wait for my next class. MIT Marissa creates the space, the energy and the flow to make this clas a must attend...you will go from slow, to fast, to slow and back to a place that allows you to express yourself and allow your inner child to be and to heal. Love the warm welcome of Celeste who is an essential part of the B&B TEAM of Orland Park. Went to an aura reading event a few weeks ago on a Sunday, was invited to an open class which is FREE your first time (Thurs 6:30pm or Sat 10-11am) and signed up for unlimited classes the same day (never taken yoga classes, and didn’t know what tai chi was). I have gone in person almost every day, and I cannot give enough stars. So much begins to change when you take the first step. Anyone in need of a community looking to better their body and brain should give them a try.

Celeste who works up front is a gentle, loving soul. Marissa and Angel are eager to answer questions and help you understand form and the practice. Master Park is hands down the man!! I look forward to my healing sessions with him.

I have several illnesses and one of them is lupus. I read that this is a great exercise with lupus. Yes I am sore on my second full day. But because the monthly Groupon price I have access at home as well. And there is handicap front door parking. The staff is courteous and friendly.

It was honest. And also Aveda. Alameda and touché’ but quite fun. Be aware of how transparent and cactus 🌵 it may make a lynn out of our... timeline and how much it’s refined by friends. And also a catalyst for millennial growth; words; and forgiveness. Orland Square Mall is so dark and I’m a great standing citizen of many provinces of cook county. But I’m thankful for when we ooo. But that’s just rhythm nation and also human nature sometimes we collide. And for me that keeps me active and also oval.

I joined this center 8 months ago and from the very beginning I felt it's the right place for me due to integrated approach they provide for my spiritual journey. Physical body healing, which actually was the biggest motivator for me, kept me motivated to come on a daily basis. One example is my big toe joint pain I had and was thinking about surgery. My foot was swallen around the joint, I coukd not wear any shoes except snickers. In 4-5 months of daily practice of body tapping, taichi, breathing and other excersizes they offer- my pain is gone, I can wear any shows now, including high heals. It's only one example how my body is able to heal itself. But in order to get there- discipline, daily excersize and constant learning of "unknown"- energy healing is a must. These days people expect fast results without a lot of efforts and / or learning. When student is ready- teacher appears. Besides physical body healing, I have much more balanced emotional body, my body- mind- spirit are more in balance than it was before. I am very greatful such places like body & brain exist, and it's all about the choice.

I love the amazing experience at the Orland Park body n brain yoga center. I attend every day. I have Parkinson’s and many other body issues. I have been going to classes 5 days a week for 7 weeks. I have had 3 spine surgeries, fibromyalgia, and have a hip that is bone on bone. I don't want surgery. The varied yoga and tai chi classes have opened up my spine and joints. I was very sedentary. Now my boy friend says he has noticed I have more energy and I smile and laugh more. My pain is lessened. My own experience here bought me to the realization that my face and cheek bones hurt from smiling so much. I came to Body & Brain Yoga for my knees and found a home. The benefits of the stretching is really great for my body but finding a place that was inviting and not judgmental of my body condition was what kept me coming back in the beginning. I came to the Orland Park Dahn Yoga Center during their Health & Wellness Expo in August of this year. My sister-in-law had heard about the expo and invited me to attend with her. I was impressed with the information that I got about the healing benefits received with the different classes. I came back to the Center within one week of attending the Expo and had an private Intro session with Master Ray. With even just that one private session I could feel the difference that the yoga stretches made in my body. Since joining I have been coming to class 5 days a week and some days stay for 2 classes. And in only 6 weeks my back problem is better and the flexibility of my body has greatly improved. I have also experienced a much calmer mind and more relaxed attitude. I will continue to work towards healing my back completely. And I look forward to learning more about healing myself. I enjoy all of the different classes held at the Dahn Yoga Center.

When I first started Dahn yoga 2 years ago, I had a nagging back ache. My back bothered me 70% of the time. After learning to do the postures which included much stretching, it is down to about 10% if that much. I was anxious a lot, also. The slightest aggravation about anything would make me angry. Now I just take a deep breath and look at things that once bothered me as a teeny tiny bump in the road. I do not get as hot and anxious as I used to. I am much calmer and present in the moment than I have been in the past.

I have been a member with Dahn Yoga at Orland Park center for almost a year. Dahn Yoga is a very unique type of yoga. I like that it focuses not only on physical health and strength, but includes mind work through tai chi, meditation, brain vibration, and other techniques. Mind and body has to work in harmony in order to achieve highest potential of ourselves. I am, also, very happy with the staff at the Orland Park center. I always enjoyed the the flow of classes, the energy, the love. My physical body became much more flexible, but my mind even more. I have no longer insomnia, I can manage my stress much better.
