Each class is unique and intentionally programmed by elite trainers to focus on different body parts through intervals of HIIT, strength training and cardio. I absolutely love working out at Body High Fitness! The instructors are all so sweet and really do care that you're seeing results. They're also always happy to show you modifications for any move due to injuries or pregnancy. I've been going for the past year and the workouts never fail to make me sore the next day. Body High Fitness is the real deal. Took their free 7-day trial and was hooked after the first class. The 'Fire' session had me sweating buckets—glutes, abs, cardio, you name it. Instructors are top-notch, pushing you without being overbearing. Clean, welcoming space with a great community vibe. Worth every penny of the $30 drop-in fee. Highly recommend if you're serious about leveling up your fitness game.

My partner and I have been going to Body High for almost a year and have been members for about 6 months. I cannot say enough positive things about Body High. We always say that going to class is our favorite part of the day. The coaches are all very friendly and make the classes fun and challenging at the same time. Demolished my legs in the best way! The “Drive” class was challenging but invigorating. A combination of strength, conditioning, and controlled toning movements in a circuit style class. Six stations, AMRAP supersets. The music, instructor and pace of class was excellent and kept me motivated and energized. Highly recommend!

I joined here a couple of weeks ago to regain strength and flexibility to supplement my jujitsu training.
Coaches are extremely friendly and take the time to encourage and instruct and the facility is super clean.
They also implemented on online platform that allows you to sign up for an introductory week without talking to anyone (which is great because most gyms try to “sell” you their services) as well as reserve class slots online (in the AM/PM) which is fantastically convenient for me as a have an extremely busy life with my family and running my firm.
I’m elated that I found BH!

Fantastic workouts daily. Great instructors. My gf and I both go and burn between 400 and 550 calories per class. When I first started here in 2022, I lost 35 pounds in 5 months. I have kept off the weight easily, have no dietary restrictions and am a daily dessert eater. My metabolism is way faster than when I started. The workouts are great for men and women looking to be tone and fit. If you want to get bulked up, that is probably not here. However, my bench press is up 30% since I started 1.5 years ago and that is despite a 3 month hiatus when I had surgery. Because of the way most of the workouts are designed, you can focus more on toning or on strength just by adjusting your weights and reps. Totally worth the time and the money. Workouts are about 36 minutes. 5 min for instructions, 5 min for warmup and 5 for cooldown. At first the workouts were near impossible to do without being ibuprofen sore. Now, my muscles only get a tight, but not sore. So stick with it. The business is very well run and the ownership is always adding equipment. I wish I would have found this place sooner. I tried the first week free, did 5 classes and got hooked. Have really good programmed workouts every time you workout gets you double the results than having to plan your own workout. Not to mention, you NEVER have to wait for weights or equipment. However, book your classes in advance because the Division Street gym only serves 18 people at a time, unlike the Gold Coast that fits double. The booking app is super easy to use. Beware. Popular time slots are often booked up days in advance, especially "Full Body Endurance" with Jordan Tallman on Saturday mornings, which is a actually a great class to start on. I think the toughest class that I take is "Full Body Power" with Hanna Hussey. I also take Jaime Vargas, Melinda Mendoza and James Thomas weekly. If you are ready to change you body for the better, this is the place. They also have private personal training options if you prefer 1 on 1. Take the free week they offer and check it out. You'll be glad you did, like me.

I cannot recommend BH enough! I have never stuck to a gym or workout for longer than 3 months before and used to hop around on/off to different group fitness classes on Class Pass. I have now been going to Body High consistently for over 2 years and feel stronger, more energized, and happier than ever before! It really feels like a community where the instructors know your name. I am a regular attendee of Jordan, James, Alex, and Jaime's classes- all of the instructors are fantastic! They kick your butt but respect your limits/give breaks when needed. My week doesn't feel complete if I don't see Jordan at least twice :) Joining Body High was one of the best decisions I have made for myself- don't hesitate to try a class!

Body High Fitness is such an amazing studio! I fell in love after my very first class. The workouts kick your butt in the best way, and the instructors are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and motivating. Especially Jordan Tallman! She was the first class I did at Body High, she welcomed me right in, asked questions, and made my first class so comfortable and uplifting. I love that they're always encouraging us to interact with others in the class, cause although I can be a little shy sometimes, it does help to make it feel more like a community. These workouts are super challenging, they incorporate your entire body, and will have you leaving class dripping sweat. But I feel so much stronger after just 1 week of doing these classes. Highly recommend!

I am so glad I joined this gym. I was struggling to find a workout that I could keep up with consistently after having kids. The workouts here are under 50 minutes but provide everything you need for body-changing results. Every work out is different and the instructors are all great. I feel stronger, more confident and most importantly, I want to keep going time and time again.

Joining body high fitness was the best decision I made for my health & fitness goals! For so many years I was lost in my workouts until I joined body high. I’ve been a member at Body High for one year and absolutely love this gym for many reasons: 1) clean, modern, boutique facility with well-maintained equipment 2) high-quality, knowledgeable, consistent instructors who encourage you to put 100% in 3) high-energy classes that are never boring, plus great hype playlists! 4) it’s locally owned; the owners are often present and join the workouts themselves 5) as a regular, the owners and instructors know and recognize you, and if you’re intentional, you can get to know other members.
My #1 favorite thing about Body High is that the classes are strength-focused with a dash of cardio (instead of the other way around, which seems to be way more common in circuit training). I’m the strongest I’ve been in a long time and have seen my progress grow with the amount of weight I can lift and push ups I can do.
Overall, Body High is an incredible gym and I’m grateful it’s a part of the Wicker Park neighborhood!!

I’ve been going to Body High for a few months now, and haven’t had a single regret. I hadn’t been to any class-style gyms before this one, and honestly had a blast and didn’t look back!
As far as membership: They do an excellent job at making it straightforward. There’s no gimmicks or hidden fees. Plus the owners are at the gym regularly, so if you have any issues you can discuss it directly with them. They are super nice and accommodating!
The class style is fun, and most days of the week have different instructors. Every instructor has a different feel and class style, so it keeps the week interesting. You can pretty much find an instructor for whatever style of coaching you like. I personally think all of them are fantastic, but I know some people prefer more intensity or less and end up going to the instructors that fit them.
The facility is well kept, clean, and functional. There isn’t a ton of room, but there’s plenty to workout without waiting on others or running into people. For a gym in the city it’s what you’d expect. If there is ever an issue, it is usually fixed within a day or two.
Overall it’s well worth a try if you get the chance. Having tried a few other name brand gyms I can definitely say this is an excellent option that is way more personal.
And last but not least, you’ll get out what you put in! Socially and physically. I’ve lost 35lbs and enjoyed every class but it takes commitment, even on rainy days.
I’ve also enjoyed getting to know the regulars there, but it took some time intentionally meeting people. If I had to recommend something it would be some form of member/social activity hosted by the gym.

Thank you so much for such a great experience. What you have created is amazing and so motivating. I had never been so motivated to work out as I was here, even if it meant waking up early for a 6am class. From the first class I took, it was always a great experience. Even on my vacation I worked on my own because I had learned so much from all of the trainers and acquired deeper love for moving my body. Thank you so much for everything! Amidst the gimmicky and cult-like/Crossfit options in the city, Body High stands apart from the noise. I got a good workout every time, no matter the trainer, without fail. The unlimited monthly pass made the cost per class pretty reasonable. You'll break a sweat and get a focused workout for the muscle group of the day. All the trainers are human and despite the occasional microphone use, they don't have that cliche Soul Cycle instructor voice that's reminiscent of someone who was very involved in their college sorority.
This was perfect for me, but I can see someone being unhappy if:
1. You like working out in the afternoon or evening on weekends (they only have mornings)
2. You're just getting into fitness (the workouts are intense and there isn't enough space to hide and rest during the 50 minutes)

I love this place! I was a loyal member of another popular fitness studio and switched to Body High after my first class there. There is a mix of strength and high intensity, which are really effective in only a 50-minute class. The instructors at Body High are so committed to teaching you and pushing you when needed.
