Training at Body Mechanix Fitness has been amazing! As a dancer and Poms team member, I’ve gotten so much stronger and more flexible, which has really helped me improve my aerial and jump higher. Coach Joe has also helped me recover from overuse injuries by focusing on my weaker muscles, so I can stay healthy and avoid getting hurt again. I love my program combining personal training with open gym, it’s the perfect mix of one-on-one coaching and independent practice. I’ve gained so much confidence here, and I’m so glad I joined!

Coach Joe Johnson’s knowledge and coaching enables me to preform at my highest level of athleticism thanks to his weight lifting IQ and his dedication to it. He is extremely passionate about his work and always brings his A game when it comes to coaching each time I visit his facility. His facility in question is one of the best around the area, and is extremely high tech with plentiful weight racks and all of the bells and whistles you will need to up your game. To sum it up I believe all athletes who live around the New Lenox, Mokena, Manhattan area should be training with Coach Joe Johnson. Nobody does strength and conditioning better than him.
