I love going to BODY20 Hinsdale! The staff is amazing — supportive, knowledgeable, and really care about your progress. I first came here after a shoulder injury, and instead of stopping workouts completely, BODY20 gave me a safe way to keep training. The EMS sessions are only 20 minutes but feel super effective. After 3 months, I’ve gained muscle, reduced body fat, and have the InBody scans to prove it. I feel stronger, leaner, and more confident every week. Highly recommend!

I’m so happy I gave BODY20 a chance! It’s hands down the best workout—fast, effective, and straight to the point. Elena, my personal trainer, is absolutely amazing! She’s incredibly detail-oriented, takes the time to explain each workout, and keeps me motivated throughout. Time just flies when I’m training with her. I've been working out at Body20 for three months now and I have worked with three of the trainers. Each one of them have been great. They are patient and kind. They know just how hard to push me. I work primarily with Jackson who is an incredible trainer. It is a very safe and clean environment - and the thing I like best is how it's tailored to meet my unique physical challeges. I am making progress in getting stronger and better balancing my body better. It is also easy to schedule with their app. Overall a very great experience!

This workout has been a game changer for me. Arthritis prevents high impact, but this program allows for significant strength improvement without stress on joints. Sofia has been my trainer for over a year. She is motivating and knowledgeable and has individualized the program for my issues. Total professional. The atmosphere is friendly and engaging. Body20 is the most effective and efficient workout I’ve done in a long time. I have a hectic work schedule and this justifies my lifestyle and I truly feel and see my body changing. The trainers asses where you are every 6 weeks and really help you with the areas you want to focus on whether it’s nutrition, building muscle, or weight loss. I work out pretty consistently with Elena. She’s strict, but fun. Shes always smiling and really makes me feel excited to work out with her next. You can ask her anything g about weight loss and nutrition and she will always provide helpful tips. Honestly, if you’re teetering about going, JUST GO! You will not regret it!

I have been a member since May of this year and I absolutely LOVE everything about Body 20 including the cleanliness! I really believe that this place has helped my strength, endurance and overall fitness.
Everyone here is amazing, friendly and helpful, love Sofia, Elena, and Jackson, they always seem to know where to take me when I'm working out and I apprectiate that!
The Manager, Rebecca, is always so willing to accomodate me in whatever my needs are.
I feel very blessed that a friend referred me to Body 20!!!

I have been suffering with lower back problems, I had to stop all my regular gym exercises.. I started receiving injections in my lower back to help with the pain, so I couldn’t do any sport at all. Only physiotherapy. I came across Body 20,, I went in just to inquire what it was. The staff was so kind and loving and amazing. At first I was a bit worried and skeptical because it looks like something you’ve never seen before. I tried it and I never left it since, my back pain is almost gone. It has strengthen my core immensely, it has given me muscles, even though I cannot go to the gym ,,I feel great and no one can even tell that I have a severe back problem.. And that I don’t go to the gym anymore.. I can highly recommend Body 20, especially if you have any health issues with pains or even if you need to strengthen your core. This is the way to go.. The staff is amazing. They’re very accommodating and kind. You feel very comfortable there the studio is super clean and very private… I am truly grateful I found Body 20.. And the managers are just very wonderful people… I really give it 5 stars…. Thank you for coming into my life Body 20…. Very happy customer Meera….

Signed a 6mo contract @ $299/mo. for the strength program. Went every week as recommended. Results were non-existent for me.
1-8-2024. Weight: 264.5. Skel Muscle Mass: 93.5. BMI: 35.8. Body fat: 37.5%.
7-8-2024. Weight: 266. Skel Muscle Mass: 93. BMI: 36. Body fat: 38%.
I communicated the following issues.
-When you sign up for 6 months they still treat you as if your on a 28 day cycle. That means you cannot pre-book appointments beyond 4 per month through the app. There's a dark area where you essentially have no credits. Your card has to be billed for the next month before you can book. This means that your trainer and/or time slot will be filled by someone else causing you pivot from your routine. You can call & ask them to book for you in that 1 week of dead app but often your trainer/time slot is not available. Incredibly frustrating.
-They pushed a program whereas their fees would be covered by your FSA or HSA. You pay for a letter of medical necessity from a 3rd party company (Truemed) that is sent to your provider. However my provider denied the claim because their invoices don't match the language in the letter & all dates are Jan 8th (my contract sign date) instead of putting the date of service. They won't modify their invoices so the money spent with Truemed is wasted because Body 20 won't put the proper information on their invoices.
-I informed them @ the end of month 4 my intent to cancel early. They would not let me out of my 6mo commitment. Crappy but I signed on for that so it is what it is. However on July 1st (end of my contract) they gave me the cancellation papers. I was charged an additional month on July 8 in the amount $299.00. They told me cancelation takes 1 mon to process & refuse to refund my money but I was welcome to train in July.
-Forget Body20. Over the course of 24 sessions there was no physiological change; lack of ability to keep the same trainer and or time slot; lack of honesty regarding cancellation & no desire to do what's right regarding overcharging; lack of understanding & willingness to work with their clients regarding FSA/HSA benefits in a program they push.

Body20 is a great workout in only 20 minutes. Great as a supplemental workout to any other exercise routine. It focuses on building strength and balance. It is also supported by the in body system to track weekly progress and overall weight loss results. The owner Becca, and her staff are so friendly, well-trained and well-informed about physical fitness and nutrition. Elena is my go to - she is so personable and takes time to get to know you and your personal fitness goals. She is a wonderful trainer who is so encouraging.and makes working out more fun. Give this place a visit, you won’t regret it!
