In a nutshell, If you love yourself and like to invest in your health this is the place to go!! Aarti and staff are amazing teachers. Aarti takes care of each person as if it's a one on one set up in spite of group class. Not just physical, but she pays close attention to mental health of each individual in her class as well. The best health investment decision I ever made for myself and I love ME!! :)

I’ve been coming to the studio since May 2025, and it has been a calming journey into yoga as a beginner. I appreciate Aarti’s classes, especially the Saturday sessions focused on women’s well-being, and also Monica Mohanty’s Thursday class. Overall, it has been a very positive experience, and I look forward to continuing in the foreseeable future.

Yoga is more than a collection of poses. It is a philosophy with deep roots based in science for wholistic well being. It requires a guru who has the passion, patience, enthusiasm and empathy to teach. Aarti is just that guru! I have been working out regularly for almost 20 years but started yoga only recently and it has opened a new dimension of fitness for me.

For someone living in naperville, around, this is the best studio for Yoga. Aarti is an amazing yoga teacher, who constantly keeps explaining the health benefits of each aasana, both physical and emotional, and also she keeps correcting her students, helping them achieve the pose, never hesitates to even touch their feet, and constantly keeps encouraging us by calling our names, and making us feel like shez got our back. The best thing that happened to me in my spiritual journey is finding Aarti. Thank you Aarti.

I am extremely grateful that I find breathpower i am from Atlanta and moved to Illinois I wanted to do yoga as I am suffering from anxiety issues and I am going to counseling biweekly as soon as I started yoga with breathpower I noticed improvement in mental health after months of practice magically my anxiety scores dropped from 70 to 10 and I reduced Councelling now to monthly once Aarti is truly amazing that she not only focus on physical asanas but mental wellness thank you so much Aarti you are the best teacher I had ever met

I am so grateful that I found this studio. I live in Central Wisconsin and found out that BreathePower offers virtual classes. The virtual experience has been nothing short of amazing! Being a yoga instructor and student of yoga for 15 years I felt very stuck at where I was in my practice and my teachings. Since taking classes virtually, my practice and my teaching has grown. I love the challenging classes, the variety of instructors and the knowledge that everyone has. My favorite classes have been A Minute In It and BP Yoga For Mental Health. The classes here offer a different experience of yoga that is not offered in most studios. The studio has offered me the chance to grow in my physical practice, the deeper practice of yoga and also become a better teacher. Thank you!

I googled around for a yoga studio and I’m so glad I found Aarti’s BreathePower yoga!

My daughter has been learning yoga here ,and I’m so happy with her progress. The teacher Aarthi is incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and creates a calm, welcoming environment for the kids. We've been attending yoga classes with Aarti at Breathepower for the past few months, and I can't recommend them highly enough! My kids have been participating for the last four months, and I've joined in the last five weeks. The experience has been incredibly positive for both of us.

She and the studio’s excellent teachers seem to have an inexhaustible knowledge of yoga and the postures. I’m always learning in class! I have noticed major improvements in my balance, pain levels, and alignment of movement.

Yoga has been my constant source of growth, creativity, balance and helps me live wisely and holistically. My serious journey with yoga started around 2009. Since then, I have had a couple of long standing teachers , including a stint at living in an ashram. About three years ago, I started with Aarti Didi online. Her constant dedication, greater understanding of all different bodies of yoga and her ability to teach it in a practical way, has led me to finally find my way home with confidence that this is my teacher who is going to help me achieve greater success than I ever have and stay on the journey. Amazing studio and Amazing teachers. Aarti is the best teacher that I got trained under in my 15yrs of yoga journey in USA. I have gone to so many studios and trained under many teachers but she is the first one to know and focus on true intent of yoga. Breathing and mental well being, Yoga for Mental health and hormonal imbalance are the best for any women going through body changes. She makes yoga for everyone not just for people who are into fitness.
I’m so glad I found her when I need help. Uniqueness of this studio is trainers putting efforts to know every one joining the practice, learn their health challenges and working through those by helping them in every step to achieve.

BreathePower has quickly become my preferred yoga studio. Aarti is by far the best yoga teacher I have ever practiced with. She embodies the energy of yoga and has no problem sharing this yogic energy with her students. When practicing with her you feel safe and supported no matter what level you are practicing at or what you may have going on off the mat. She is caring and present with your current state of being while also encouraging you to advance in your practice. She intuitively selects asanas that you will benefit most from. While she has a great understanding of the body and physical practice, she encourages total wellness, and I find my mental wellbeing transformed for the better class after class. One of my favorite things she will occasionally incorporate in her class is reciting a chosen yoga sutra in Sanskrit. Just a small example of how deep Aarti’s knowledge runs. Another positive of practicing at BreathePower is class sizes are relatively small which gives you the added benefit of receiving attention from the teacher. Overall it is a beautiful place to practice yoga! 💜

Fantastic place to learn, practice, breathe and live a healthy lifestyle with yoga. I have been practicing yoga for many years now but started my practice at this studio since past six months. Instructors are amazing. Special call out for Aarti, the owner / instructor she really stitches yoga asnasas and breathing flow together to help you build a calm, happy and healthy body. Aarti's yoga has benefitted me right from the first class. I never thought that physical practice could bring so many positive changes in my mind and body so fast. My sleep has improved, and I breathe deeper even outside the practice. My muscles and joints have become strong and flexible.
I could achieve all this only because of Aarti's teaching. She is an excellent teacher, and the attention she gives to every student in the class makes it feel like a personal training class. I attend her class online, and the clarity and timing of her verbal cues eliminate any need to look at the screen. Breathepower is not just about physical well-being but also about achieving mental calmness. Aarti will guide you through various asanas and breathing patterns associated with those asanas while educating you about their benefits on your body and mind.

I have been practicing yoga under the guidance of Aarti at BreathePower for over an year. I mostly do virtual sessions but I never feel left behind.
Aarti is knowledgeable and compassionate. Recently she helped with my back pain by checking up on me every few days and suggesting asanas based on how I was feeling that day.

I started coming to BreathePower several weeks ago in an effort to improve my strength and flexibility after a recent knee replacement. Aarti and Monica have both been excellent helping me to learn the practice while being safe with my knee. I already feel so much better and am surprised at how much I am able to do. Aarti is an excellent teacher and is so patient with all of her classes.
My husband also started to come and he is really enjoying it. He has had some back issues and Aarti and Monica have been so helpful, making sure he takes care of his back while doing the stretches that will help him heal.
The environment is very welcoming. We are so happy we found Aarti and BreathePower!

I’ve been practicing Hatha Yoga with Aarti at Breath Power over the past one year. In my experience, the practice is different from elsewhere. It is not just about doing a bunch of poses. We do them too, but it doesn’t just end there. I also get to learn a lot more, like the deeper essence of Yoga, which in my opinion, is the true purpose of practicing Yoga. We strike a fine balance in addressing physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health. We get to do both theory and practical applications of Yogic concepts passed down by great Yogis of the yester-centuries. Finding the untapped forgotten connections between body, mind, and consciousness through the rythm and power of breath. Also all body types and needs are not only accommodated but welcomed and encouraged to feel good about one’s level of practice. I’m made to feel motivated and to better my practice everyday while also honoring where my body could be on that day. It is a safe and welcoming place to be true to yourself and your practice. I feel blessed to find this place, to be practicing with Aarti, and sharing my energy space with other wonderful Yogis here at Breath Power. It is a peaceful and calming environment to be practicing at. I would 10/10 recommend this place.

I was introduced to Aarti’s classes by a friend here in Canada. After one class I knew it was different from my previous yoga experiences. 1 year later I’m loving it. It’s the whole package and just a wonderful and welcoming experience. Although my classes are all virtual I receive great feedback and teaching unlike anything I have been used to.

I subscribed to Yoga with Aarti as a Christmas gift to my wife and soon I joined her. This is one of the best decisions we made. Aarti is an amazing yoga teacher but more importantly she cares about your physical, emotional and mental well being. I am amazed by her attention to detail and feedback which helps me improve my practice. Every yoga session is different and focuses on aspects like breathing, flexibility, strength building, spine health, manage stress anxiety etc. The sessions are challenging and I really look forward to my yoga days. Clearly this is becoming part of our life thanks to Aarti. Yoga studio is located close to Rt.59 and the studio has a really good ambience. I recommend Aarti and Breathepower. It's been more than a year since I started yoga at Breathepower yoga and I am incredibly grateful for having met Aarti and having her as my Yoga teacher.
Every class of hers is demanding yet different. The flow of the exercises, rather sequencing of the postures is amazing. I have realized I have muscles that have been unused and Aarti reaches out to every one of them. She focuses on breathing too and that has helped me so much on a day to day basis. Importantly, it does not matter whether you are doing yoga in the studio or virtually, she sees you and corrects you, appreciates you, and encourages you . What an amazing teacher !! She also gives you a variation, keeping your physical condition in mind , in my case my knees.
There are times when I have been tired and wanted to skip yoga and I would have definitely skipped if it was not Aarti taking the class . But each time I get on the mat, Aarti reenergizes me, has rebuilt my confidence about the ability of my body and makes me feel glad that I did not skip class.
Ever so grateful to you , Aarti. Thank you so much for making me love and enjoy yoga and while enjoying what I am doing I am helping my body rejuvenate. Thank you !!

I did not know much about yoga. The summer of 2020, Aarti offered community yoga outside. It was hard for me, no yoga experience, over weight and out of shape. I kept participating. Aarti offered a chair for me and other options for the poses.
Aarti opened her studio and I reached out to her in March of 2021. I have been doing yoga consistently since that time. I cannot imagine my weeks without yoga. Yes, I have lost weight but I have gained so much mentally and physically from yoga.
Aarti is really a wonderful teacher and so supportive of all her students. It is awesome having the option of doing in person or on line.
Aarti and yoga have made such a positive impact on my life, my mobility and my mind! I am so blessed and thankful!

Love the class format (virtual or in person), small class size and personalized attention. Aarti pays just as much attention to the virtual users as those in class. I have known Aarti for close to a decade now .. I reached out to her in desperation for my poor back soon after I got married and I have been hooked onto her ever since.. while seeing her in person had a totally different charm we have been connected virtually ever since she moved back to the USA and I have to admit all my reservations around taking such classes virtually vanished coz Aarti handled it all so well.. her attention to my toes,fingers ,back and stomach all at one time ,is so detailed, it’s almost like she’s there with me in person.
