I did 24 personal training sessions with Brian, and I’m so glad I did! I had never done any kind of strength training before, so this was all new to me. Brian tailored each workout to my ability level and helped me reach the goals I was aiming for. He was great about making corrections when needed so I could get the most out of every session, and he shared a lot of helpful knowledge along the way. He’s very down-to-earth, and I always felt comfortable and welcomed working with him. I highly recommend Brian — I couldn’t be happier!

I worked with Brian for a little over 5 months lost close to 40lbs and 8% body fat and I couldn't have been happier with the results I achieved. Any question or concern I had Brian was right there to walk me through it or answer it. Brian also makes you feel comfortable with who you are and gives you great motivation along the way to help you achieve your goals. The workouts provided pushed me to do my best and always made me feel awesome after completing them. I would 100% recommend Brian to help you achieve your goals. If you are willing to put in the work, he will be right there with you to make sure you get it done.

I have worked out my entire life and tried at various times different trainers (privately, local gyms, equinox etc.) None have worked out or I felt like gave me an edge up in my overall fitness pushing me to another level.
Brian has hands-down given me that edge and provided me with a foundation for longevity, mobility, strength and conditioning. I came to him after my wife gave birth (I had gained 15-20 pounds when my wife was pregnant). I not only was out of shape, but also experiencing various pain in my hips and legs from my workouts (lack of stability strength on top of lots of running).
I lost 25-30 pounds with Brian, but not only that - I now am in a much better position with my flexibility, strength and conditioning for extending my long-term health and fitness. This comes from a focus not only on workouts, but also on nutrition.
Brian helps to shape workouts to your preference and helps to focus in on what is working and what is not with your eating habits. Losing weight becomes very easy - frankly, I now work to keep weight on!
Finally, Brian is very knowledgeable and overall a great guy. He is easy to work with and accommodating to clients - especially those with demanding jobs (e.g. law, finance, etc.)

If you're reading this, you're probably frustrated with your current routine or trainer and looking for something new, exciting but most importantly, EFFECTIVE. 7 weeks ago, I was in the same place. After 11 months of pushing myself with the help of numerous trainers and advice, I gave Brian a try. Most of the trainers I had worked with were terrific in the weight room but knew "just enough" about nutrition. Brian is an expert in both. After months of being stuck in the same place, Brian took me to the next level. I lost 16lbs and 3% Body Fat during those 7 weeks. Was it easy?? HECK NO, but every day was a challenge and Brian was right there with me to keep me on track.

I started training with Brian in June 2021 (at 6 months postpartum with my 2nd child). 6 months later and I am ecstatic that I hit my goal weight (down 20 pounds and 5% body fat). This is all thanks to Brian’s expertise. I was nervous about trying strength training workouts since I mostly stuck to running and Pilates in the past. Brian was super patient with teaching me the foundation of strength training and explained how it would help me not only hit my fitness goals, but in every day life (picking up kids without causing a back injury). He also assured me it would not cause me to “bulk up”. He really keeps things interesting with new workouts each session and helps you with any muscle pain or issues you might be having. I had a mole removed from my abdomen and he created workouts that avoided stressing the area until it healed. I also learned a lot about how subtle changes to my diet could make a huge difference. He is truly the nicest guy and I would recommend him to anyone looking to get back in shape or even just to enhance your fitness regimen!

I worked with Brian in-person for a year back in 2016 and got excellent results that I was able to maintain on my own for years.
After a year of pandemic, though, I had gotten away from a fitness mindset, lost a lot of muscle, and gained more weight than I cared to admit. I knew Brian was working in an online format, so I gave him a call to see if he could help me.
Since March, and with Brian’s help online, I have lost nearly 20 pounds and over 4% bodyfat. It has happened at a healthy pace of about 1-2 pounds per week. Brian provided me with tailored workouts and nutritional support, but more than that, his program has helped me change the way I think about diet and exercise, and that has made all the difference in getting back on track. I’m in better shape than pre-pandemic, and still excited about my progress to come!

My fiancé used to see Brian as a personal trainer and then joined his online fitness coach program. After seeing him lose 28 lbs and get in great shape in a short period of time I decided to join too.
I'm glad I did. Brian is the absolute best - He's always in contact with you through the app and will customize your meals and workouts to suit your goals and even change them as your schedule changes.
I've never had a fitness program that really worked for me before Brian.
With 23 lbs I've lost so far, I've got in shape for my wedding and it wouldn't be without Brian on my side.
I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone looking for a trainer who actually cares about you reaching your goals and his workouts and coaching are incredibly effective.

Over the last year and a half I’ve trained with Brian on a regular basis. Brian loves fitness and knows how to make every workout different and challenging. He is constantly switching things up and keeping it interesting. Brian is very skilled and knowledgeable, but what I like about Brian is that he is also very down to earth and fun. This is why we have also 'clicked' and become friends outside of our days of training. Started working out with Brian a few months ago with the goal of losing weight and toning instead of becoming bulky. Brian is a soft spoken but tough trainer which is what I like and needed. The workouts were varied and always were difficult and I was extremely tired afterwards. I’ve worked out for years but now I realize that my workouts are nothing compared to what he provides. Working out different muscles each time helped me lose weight. I ended up going from 200 lbs. to 185 lbs. over a 3-month time period. I am very happy overall and my workouts now are harder than they used to be because of my experience with Brian so my weight is relatively stable now.

If I could give Brian 10 stars I would, but the 5 that Google offers will have to suffice. I trained with Brian for a year and half and only stopped because I temporarily moved out of Chicago for a year. I hope that when I get back he has room in his schedule for me. Brian is a wonderful personal trainer and motivator, and overall kind person. He helped me lose weight, body fat, increase tone and increase confidence in myself. His workouts always kept me on my toes and interested. I never used to like going to the gym but I can honestly say I looked forward to our twice weekly workouts.

I have been working with Brian for several years and cannot say enough wonderful things about his programs, his professionalism, his knowledge about fitness AND nutrition and his responsiveness.
He is an amazing trainer, extremely motivating, and can work with all kinds of people and help you achieve any of fitness goal. I have scoliosis and also tore my rotator cuff doing martial arts and he developed programs for me that adapted to those challenges and have made me stronger.
Brian responds to any questions I have quickly and thoroughly... even though we work online, it seems like he is in the room because he finds a way to always be there when I have questions.
I've worked with many trainers in the past and Brian is one of the most knowledgable, friendliest, thorough and caring of the bunch. He's just a great person and amazing at what he does. You won't go wrong working with him.
