Stay Away!! Lady in the front is so rude. She just wanted to upsell me on their membership. Wanted to find a place to feel good about myself and this place is not it. Due to living around the corner ill take my business elsewhere.

Absolutely obsessed with this class!
Every single instructor is amazing in their own way! They’re personable, down to earth and most importantly knowledgeable and it shows.
The front desk staff are all great too and so kind!
As someone in their late 30s, who was an avid Orange Theory and Shred415 member, who recently had foot surgery in 2023 and couldn’t physically do Orange Theory or other popular classes anymore, while at the same time rapidly losing all of muscle and definition, I’ve felt discouraged and that I wouldn’t be able to find another class to get me back to being active and toned before my wedding next September 2026, until finding Bünda!! I’m finally starting to feel like the old me again, but the 2.0 and better version!!
If you are looking for a unique class (with fire playlists) focused on perfecting the movement, with proper form/technique, personalized modifications to fit YOUR body, versus the “one size fits all” standard class, that you’re racing through the workout just to get through it so you don’t look like the “loser,” the join Bünda ASAP & don’t look back!

I never used to like class work outs but this gym and staff have great energy and outstanding targeted work outs! The results have me always excited come back for another class. I also never used to get up early to work out before work and now 515 work outs are the best start to my workdays. I love this place ❤️💪🏼🍑💦

Bunda is hands down my favorite workout in the city! I’ve been going since they opened, and it never gets old. The workouts are fun, challenging, and truly make you feel stronger each week. The coaches are amazing and the community is so welcoming. If you want to feel confident, energized, and supported - go to Bunda!

This is the best group fitness class I’ve ever taken! The trainers are well educated and encourage us to lift heavier. I’ve never had a class actually change my body composition the way Bünda does!

This place is wonderful. They are sweet and encouraging. I have not worked out in years and was so nervous but they explained everything and they were judgement free. It was the perfect re-introduction to working out. Not that the class is easy! It is easy to follow instructions and participate but the workouts are definitely working. I have been going there the past few weeks and am feeling great. Highly recommend Bunda!!

I’ve been going to Bunda for about a month now and it’s the best workout decision I’ve ever made. I was intimidated at first, but all the instructors and students are super nice and helpful. It’s a really positive environment focused on self improvement and positivity. I’m officially obsessed and it is the perfect work out and start to my day!

Bunda is amazing! It is effective, challenging and fun! It has been a long time since I was genuinely in love with working out. I have taken about 12 classes and I feel a difference in my body. It is a very welcoming workout environment. Get your bunda to bunda!!!!

I highly recommend Bunda. I love the low impact cardio on the stairs combined with the strength training that comes with every workout. I also love that there is so much focus on proper form in every workout! I started working out at Bunda near the end of May 2025 at a different location and swicthed to LP. I am already seeing results in my body, health and fitness level. I am a former long distance runner that stopped running due to knee pain. Not only have I found a new workout that I'm addicted to, but I'm also feeling relief from chronic knee pain. The trainers and staff at Bunda treat everyone like family! It is such a wonderful community to be part of. I promise that if you try Bunda, you will not regret it!

LOVE LOVE LOVE. Bünda is one and only fitness studios I’ve actually enjoyed. In other studios I would always compare my self and feel I would be falling behind vs at Bünda if anything they are happy that workout is taking longer as that shows you are being challenged. The class availability is great they always align with my work schedule so I have no excuse that it’s busy when I have a plethora of options although the 5:15 am is my go to

Love the classes here. The instructors are great about correcting form and super educational throughout class. The pace is great and classes are rather customizable with stair stepper speed and weights, so you can have a very intense or lighter workout depending on how you’re feeling.

Bunda is one of the best low impact strength training classes I’ve taken in a very long time. The instructors are great, they are patient and explain the exercises, to ensure the members understand what and why they are doing specific muscle building exercises. I highly recommend to try and become a member! Plus the music is awesome and everyone is extremely positive and friendly.

Amazing and super fun workout! I've previously tried out a lot of other workout studios (Shred, TrainMoment, Orangetheory, Solidcore etc.), but BUNDA has to be one of my favorites :) I feel like female-focused studios these days primarily just do yoga or Pilates, but you can actually lift heavy at BUNDA and work on muscle groups women prioritize (instead of what men want haha!)
