Without fail each class I’ve taken at bunda has been a sweaty and great workout. I’ve loved taking Sam’s classes in particular- she knows how to correct your form to get maximized results safely and is so good at getting you motivated throughout the class.

Bunda is the BEST workout around. I’m loving the stairclimber intervals mixed with the glute, leg workout. My butt has never looked better! The instructors are so knowledgeable and motivating. The front desk staff welcomes me with a smile every day. I just LOVE Bunda. It’s my favorite place to be.

I’ve been coming to Bünda since there opening in July 2024. This was honestly the best Instagram ad have ever received. It’s my favorite workout class I’ve ever done and the longest program I’ve stuck with. All of the trainers are wonderful and so motivating. Can’t wait to see where the next 15 months takes me!

Love this workout! Staff is great and will correct you when you’re not doing something right (in a friendly way which I need as I’m super uncoordinated!). Great cardio workout with weight lifting which is my go-to. I found that my posture and hip issues seem to be better as form is key. Definitely try it out! 💪🏻

Bunda's programming works. Period. It's that simple. After attending nearly 80 classes, I've seen an incredible transformation in my physique and have never felt stronger or more empowered. The atmosphere is always welcoming, the music sets the perfect vibe, and the instructors are exceptional. Chelsea, Maggie, and McKinley have completely transformed my fitness journey for the better! I highly recommend it!

I love Bunda!!! As soon as you walk into the studio, everyone is super welcoming and attentive—which is especially good for first timers. At a lot of other workout studios, they’re not as helpful and can make you feel a bit out of place, but at Bunda it’s the complete opposite :) The instructors have great playlists (Chelsea Rowe’s has personally been my favorite) and they really focus on making sure you’re doing the exercises properly. They emphasize form and will help you make adjustments/put on your weights for you if needed. I love that because I know I won’t get injured! My favorite part is definitely the incorporation of the stair master which also sets Bunda apart from other studios. This is one of my favorite workouts in Chicago. All in all I’ve had a great experience here and I will keep going consistently! I feel stronger and am seeing results.

I honestly didn’t want to review because I like keeping this gem a secret and don’t want everyone to take up class spots, but I can’t keep it a secret anymore. I started this workout when they were in the beginning phases and am now 6 months in. I’ve noticed results in not only my physical appearance but my ability to lift heavier and increase my cardio. Every instructor is fantastic and pushes you to try harder in the kindest way possible. I love how they care about form and corrections so you can avoid injury. Bunda is truly a community and everyone supports each other. If you’re on the fence, just do it, the stairs aren’t as bad as you’d think! If I could rate higher I would!

I just took a first class here with my Class Pass. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but the manager who welcomed me (so sorry - forgot your name!) was very kind and helpful. Chelsea taught my class. She is a great instructor and offered tons of support to first timers. I am seriously uncoordinated when it comes to weight training, and I was able to make it through with her help. I wanted to focus on form and understanding expectations, so I didn’t push hard with heavy weights, but I can see how this would be a great regular workout if you did. With as much as I travel, I’m really attached to my Class Pass, so a regular membership wouldn’t work for me right now. But I think it’s great and would consider coming back to try another class or buying a class package!

This is an overdue review, but after taking over 100 Bünda classes, I can confidently say it’s one of the best workouts around! The blend of strength training and StairMaster intervals is both challenging and rewarding, and the trainers are encouraging, and energetic throughout the entire 55-minute class. Bünda is inclusive of all fitness levels, offering a workout that’s accessible yet pushes you to improve at your own pace. I go 5-6 times a week and always start my day excited for class—if you're looking for a tough, motivating, and supportive workout, Bünda is absolutely worth it.

Great class! I did the full body workout today with Eden. I liked that it had a combo of weight training with cardio. I typically only do weight training, so this was nice to mix it up and get my heart rate up. I ended up signing up for 10 classes after and I’m excited to try more of them!

The butt and legs class kicks your a$$! Leg day is the hardest to motivate myself, so doing it in a group setting keeps me accountable. I take Chelsea's classes and she pushes me to add more weight than what I had thought I couldn't handle. Bunda motivates me to work out throughout the week. 10/10

Probably one of the most challenging but 'leaves you feeling strong and powerful' workouts. I couldn't even dream of doing the stairs on my own for more than 2 minutes, but doing them in class and lifting heavy makes is so much more tolerable and fun. The instructors, staff, and energy are great. Highly recommend especially on those lower body days!

I can’t believe there’s a gym that’s lower body focused and includes strength training! It’s exactly what I’ve wanted in a gym class.
I did a class with McKinley and Sam- both such enthusiastic coaches with good teaching and that pep talk you need to push yourself. The programming is set at a good pace with sufficient intensity. I always end the class dripping in sweat with my ass sore the next day. The music depends on the coach and, so far, the playlists have been on point to match the intensity. They provide a handful of post-workout recovery tools like something similar to a Theragun- I love having this option after class.
The workout space is equipped with mirrors, stretch bars, bench for glute bridges, variety of weights, etc. I like that it’s dim inside. The facility is super clean and they give you good bath essentials, even hair ties.
The staff is super friendly and open to answering all questions- it’s a nice atmosphere to walk into. The neighborhood is safe and lots of other places to enjoy.
Overall, if you want an intense workout for the cardio with strength training (and for that peach to grow) and less risk for injury, this is your place.

I could not speak high enough about BUNDA! The trainers are amazing, the workout stations are clean, and the classes are well-organized. There’s not a single trainer I don’t love, but I especially recommend joining one of Mckinley’s classes. She has made me feel so comfortable since I started, and she always brings great energy to the workouts. The classes are the perfect amount of time and feel like they fly by since you switch back and forth between the stairs and floor. I highly recommend trying it out, the energy in the 6:35 class is always good!

Class is just the right amount of challenging. Stair steppers sound scary but the way class is setup you're never just stepping without some sort of 30 second or 45 second variation. The weights section is challenging but I actually feel like i'm learning how to weight lift and pushing myself to go heavier. I love that the instructors correct form and tell you when to weight up or weight down. Shout out to Mckinley, Meghan, and Chelsea for being super motivating — highly recommend one of their classes.

I'm obsessed with this workout! Lifting weights is critical for women, especially as we age. Combining heavy weights with low impact but challenging cardio is the perfect combination. I appreciate the varied styles of the trainers - they are all excellent! They consistently stress the importance of form and getting out of your comfort zone. My new favorite workout! I used to be very into weight lifting but was getting burnt out & losing motivation. I looked for strength training classes but everything was more of a HIIT style workout which I’m personally not a fan of. I was so excited to hear about this studio opening up in Chicago, & it has 100% lived up to my expectations.
Bunda has completely reignited my love for working out. I genuinely look forward to every single workout & the classes fly by. I leave each class feeling challenged but not burnt out like I do with HIIT style workouts. A must try - you will not regret it!!!

If you’re looking for a work out that will provide SERIOUS results you can stop your search now. I’ve been doing Bunda for 2 months and seeing my body fat % drop dramatically while my lean mass grows exponentially. I really mean it. I come to the studio 5-6 times a week and I never felt stronger. The Chicago studio is adorable and full of amenities such as massagers and eucalyptus towels - you will love it! P.s.: extra points for this studio because they have Faith on the reception (she’s absolutely the best) and Mckinley leading the 8:15 am on most days (she will convince you to give your very best and achieve your goals). If you’re serious about changing your body and your health, give this studio a try. You won’t regret it!

LOVE IT! Clean and safe. Finally a place where women can strength train for health or aesthetics or whatever and not be judged. The space is clean with 2 showers to use. The classes fly by and you can truly tell the instructors love their job shout out to McKinley and Andre! I love that they offer eucalyptus towels after class. I feel very comfortable and safe. I can turn my brain off and let the coach take care of the rest, because I know I am in good hands. They provide good feedback, hands on corrections, and proper demos.
