Each workout takes place on our signature Floating Floor that helps produce results for every fitness level. As a gym designed for busy lifestyles, we offer free Childwatch at every location, personal meetings with trainers, and a universal membership that allows our Members to visit any gym without drop-in fees. If you’re looking for a place that supports you and encourages you, you will LOVE it at Burn Boot Camp. It’s a 45 minute class that leaves you feeling sweaty but accomplished. The coaches are all amazing but Robin is great at giving you that extra push just when you need it! I’m going into my 4th month and have never felt so motivated and strong.

This type of weight training and body weight exercise has transformed my body. Even more importantly the trainers and staff are knowledgeable and courteous. The community is an added bonus. I love Burn Boot Camp! Every workout is different, so it never gets boring, and the 45 minute camps fit perfectly into my day. I’ve worked out here through two pregnancies and postpartum, and the trainers have always been supportive and made sure I had safe modifications when I needed them.
The community has always been so positive and fun. They also have free childcare which is amazing, and both of my kids have been going since they were babies. I can’t recommend Burn Boot Camp enough!

Absolutely love Burn. I have been a member since 2020 and the level of strength & cross training in the camps has allowed me to participate (and be somewhat competitive) in other events outside of Burn without much extra training. Including obstacle course races, and sprint distance triathlons. I am stronger in my 40's than I have been earlier in life from going to Burn. I appreciate the community feel and encouragement given to its members. When I consider moving out of state, I often pause when considering losing the community I've developed at this gym. It is more than a gym, it is a community. Thank you for the passion and commitment by the different owners and the trainers. You can feel it here. Highly recommend to anyone!

I've been going to Burn for over 7 months now and can't rave enough about it. My wife got me into it and it's become a mainstay in our lives.
The idea being the camp is great. They are open Monday to Saturday weekly and each day has a different focus. It's done in a way to keep you invested, interested, engaged, and not get bored from repetitiveness. You just need to show up and try, they handle the rest. Its a 45 minute workout that always has a focus to help your health. They also offer modifications to all the workouts to adapt to your skill and energy level.
The trainers are all top notch. They're very invested in making sure everyone is able to accomplish their goals, have a good time whole doing so, and give you a push when needed. Shout out to Grant who covers most of the morning classes I'm in.
Another bonus to the membership is a focus on helping you with nutrition, body scans, one on one meetings to go over areas you want to focus on or adapt to any injuries you may have, etc. They really try to help give your overall health the boost it needs. All combined, this helps to develop a community of support and encouragement from both the staff and everyone you're working out with.
My wife and I feel healthier and happier since joining Burn.

Great experience staff and members make it a pleasure to workout here. Fitness level doesn’t matter the staff knows how to adjust to what you’re capable of doing. Best local gym I have found! I love that I can get a cardio workout and strength training at the same place, the schedule changes weekly so you’re never bored. You’ll get everything from athletic conditioning, core & cardio to upper body and lower body weight training.
The trainers are awesome, they’ll challenge you when you need it but never past your comfort zone. They’re there to encourage you and help you succeed at your goals. I’m stronger and healthier than I’ve ever been, thanks to Burn.

I absolutely love Burn Boot Camp! The owner, staff, and trainers are friendly, welcoming and motivating. I always leave there feeling happy and accomplished. The workouts are challenging, but the trainers always give modifications for different fitness levels. I love being able to use the different equipment- weights, medicine balls, bands, ropes, kettlebells, etc. It makes the classes fun and never boring. Highly recommend!

Burn Bootcamp Westmont is the BEST by far! Here you do circuit style training during classes that change daily. On average I burn anywhere from 300-400 calories during each 45 minute camp. It is highly effective and efficient! The trainers are well versed in modifying up or down any part of the workout so you can have personal training during a group setting. You can also have a focus meeting with trainers to set goals and streamline a plan for improving overall health and wellness. I can say that I have always felt supported and motivated by the people around me during class. There is a contagious positivity at every class! The equipment is clean, organized, and their protocols are rarely ever repetitive! AND- There is also free excellent Childcare which is a HUGE bonus for working parents!
If you are hesitant about getting started.... come to Burn!

I’ve never loved or stuck with a gym for as long as I have with burn. I’ve been coming weekly for almost 6 years now. The workouts are different everyday so you don’t get bored. Plus, you feel absolutely amazing after each 45 minute session! Burn is extremely clean and well maintained. The trainers are all fantastic! Grant is the head trainer and very motivating, energetic and overall such a positive person. They all have pushed me to do things I never even knew I was capable of. I feel stronger and healthier than I ever have!

If you show up and push yourself it will change your life. That can be said about a lot of exercise programs but in my experience Burn was much better than others that I tried. Every class is completely different which keeps it interesting, childcare removes my most frequent reason for not being able to make it and on a cost per class basis it is a fraction of other programs.

Burn Boot Camp is the best workout in the Western suburbs, hand down. It’s a highly effective workout, efficient, affordable and a whole lot of fun! It’s personal training in a small group setting.
The workout changes every day so over the course of a week, even if you don’t go every day, you work your entire body. Some days are strength training, some are cardio, some are both! I typically burn 300-400 calories - and the workouts are only 45 minutes long - including warm up and cool down. You can’t get more efficient than that. The trainer, Grant, will help you modify any exercise to your fitness level. The equipment is state of the art and very clean.
They offer FREE CHILDCARE, which is a massive benefit. My kids beg to come with me to Burn because the play room is so much fun, full of (very clean!) toys, arts & crafts and very warm and loving childcare workers. I’ve been bringing my youngest since she was a baby and I’ve always felt comfortable with the care provided. A bonus is that you can peek in on the kids through a window throughout your workout, which is great for peace of mind.
I had no expectations when I joined Burn 2 years ago. To say it’s changed my life is an understatement. I’ve dropped pounds, inches, and lowered my percentage of body fat. I have more energy than ever, a better attitude and I’ve made some pretty fantastic friends along the way.

Great workout, great people, and awesome childcare! As a mom of 3 this place is a God send for being able to workout. It's not cheap, but still comparative to similar workout chains, sone of which don't offer free childcare like Burn. I've been here almost a year and there is still a ton of variety. Very happy!
