Only two days in, but this is one of the best crossfit locations I been to. Brian and his wife take great care of the place and make sure to get to know everyone personally. It’s chill, fun, and make you feel at home as soon as you open the Fridge.. not fridge, door.. fridge door? Never-mind, you’ll understand when you see it.

I started CrossFit in January 2017 as part of a 6 week women only challenge held by Capital City CrossFit. That first week was brutal.. but you know I got through it! And I have continued to come back every week since because I absolutely enjoy every minute of it. I needed the structure. From the trainers to the people.. Brian has built one heck of a community!! #C3strong
