I had my first class this morning. Studio is very clean and well taken care of. I really enjoyed the workout, fantastic for your core, joints, and I felt very loose after. Saundrine was an excellent coach. She was fantastic on the microphone and she said directions that were very easy to understand. I definitely did not feel like the awkward first timer. Highly recommend.

I absolutely love everything about this studio! The workouts are incredibly effective, and I’ve never felt stronger. Dropped $35 on a single class at CHI50, expecting a solid workout, but left feeling underwhelmed. The studio's sleek design and Megaformer machines are impressive, but the class felt more like a slow burn than the intense session I anticipated. Instructors were friendly, but the guidance was minimal, leaving me unsure if I was performing the exercises correctly. For the price, I expected more personalized attention and a challenging routine. I've had better experiences at other local studios that offer more dynamic classes at a lower cost. Overall, CHI50 didn't live up to the hype for me.

Love coming to Chi50. The instructors are great and they create a really welcoming environment for the students. I appreciate each one of their unique styles and approaches. Classes are challenging but instructors always offer a range of options for all students and their skill levels. I started coming through class pass and then decided to become a member. Couldn’t be happier.

CHI50 is seriously the best fitness studio in Chicago (and I’m pretty sure I’ve been to 75% of them). Cheri and her team are all incredible. You’ll get an amazing workout in with all of the support to keep you safe AND laughing. Once you try megaformer and CHI50, nothing else will ever be as good.

If you want to feel muscles work that you didn’t even know existed, mixed with being absolutely drenched in sweat (graphic I know) - than chi50 is a MUST try. I usually go once a week and I hope to kick it up a notch soon. Kimberly is an absolute dream as an instructor: clear instructions, knowledgeable about lagree and refreshingly hilarious!

Absolutely love chi50. I’m a week into the new member unlimited and I can already feel changes in my body! Instructors are super nice and are there to help you make adjustments. I sometimes feel like I’m the only one sweating by the end of class but that’s what working out is for!
Plenty of street parking if you come to the earlier morning classes. Place is clean and well kept.

I absolutely love the classes at Chi50. The instructors are so kind, positive and motivating and the atmosphere is just as good. In 50 minutes you get a challenging full-body workout that makes you feel incredible when you're done. Addicted to classes at Chi50. Ive been going to the Bucktown studio for 6 months now. I have been so happy with all of the teachers and love the space. As a mama of 2 toddlers, I currently have very limited time to workout and I feel like this is the best option to really get an intense workout in 50 mins. Highly recommend if you think barre, yoga and piltes are a little slow for you and you want the extra kick!!

I love this studio. The teachers are all friendly and positive. The workouts are excellent. The studio is cute, bright, and clean. Usually at a gym I have one or two teachers I like. Here I like ALL of the teachers.
I attended class while I was pregnant and was there the day I went into labor at 40 weeks. I never felt like I was going to hurt myself during class. The moves are purposely slow and the teachers always provide ways to modify the exercises to challenge anyone from beginners to advanced. Chi 50 is the best place to work out!

Great for working with and healing chronic back pain. Pilates at CHI50 has genuinely changed my life. It's less expensive than physical therapy, and was just as effective for me. Just make sure to tell the instructors what you are working with so they can make necessary modifications!

I genuinely believe this is the best Pilates studio in the city - and I'm fairly certain I have tried them all. It isn't just the classes, which can be as intense as you'd like them to be (definitely geared toward the more experienced, but as with any class, you can adjust to your ability and mood). It's also the encouraging instructors, who kindly correct and push you to do better. It's also the bright environment which is nice on a winter day, and the cleanliness which shouldn't be underestimated. Glad I found you guys!
