Awesome place. Cassie is great. She works you hard, with a smile. The gym is clean and has many different apparatus. Surprising since it’s small. Really like it. Try it for sure.

Love this place, the tailored workouts can get you into the shape you want. If you ever needed a personal trainer, I highly recommend Matthew. I have been working out with Matthew for almost two months now and the changes are very noticeable. I became more toned in such a short time.

This Gym has really helped me get into the rhythm of working out but the staff is honestly the best part. They really push you and help you without any judgement but also to get that confidence to enjoy yourself in the Gym. I started with Cassie as my personal trainer who is absolutely amazing, kind and so incredibly knowledgeable in fitness. She tailors all the workouts to YOUR needs but also makes it so much fun! After a few months of building my confidence and stamina I decided to give the classes a try. It’s honestly the best way to start your Saturday mornings- staff and others in the class make it that much better! They have good music but even better fun and positive energy! Jim and staff keep up the great work- you are all amazing! Also- place is clean and smells good every time!

This is the first time ever that I have a personal trainer and I'm so glad I found this place. Cassie is Magnificent!! She understood me from the start and we have started strength training from level one based on my capabilities, she's super friendly, understanding & knowledgeable on how to get you where you want to go. It's my fifth week at Chi Fit Performance and I'm loving it! Slowly but steady I've seen improvements, feel better & healthier. Highly recommend this place for a stronger and better you 💪🏼.

Coming here is one of the best decisions I could’ve made for myself! It has been about 2 months now and I feel much stronger and healthier. Everyone here is nice and friendly. Cassie is truly a great trainer and makes you feel so comfortable, understands where you are and where you want to be and how to build you up to get your there. I cannot wait to see how I feel and look a year from now!

I go to bed looking forward to my 6am classes! Jim not only makes my workouts tailored to my exact goals, but he makes them fun. He holds me accountable and gives me the extra push I need on the days I really do not want to show!! Love the changes I am seeing already and how quickly I was able to start seeing them.

Such an amazing experience! Workouts are made to focus on your personal goals! I committed for 8 weeks and saw a huge difference in not only my weight but BMI and body fat percentage! Can’t wait to continue my personal sessions! Definitely recommend checking it out !
