Chelsea's certifications include, NASM CPT, NASM Fitness Nutrition Specialist, SCW Nutrition: Emphasis on Hormones & Metabolism, AFAA Group Exercise, Barre, TRX, Yoga, CPR-AED, and a Bachelors Degree in Kinesiology from the University of Illinois.
