Everything is fine but awful cancellation policy. You have to do it 1,5 month ahead. WARNING FOR NEW MEMBERS

The warmest welcome I’ve ever gotten for a first time at a new location (new to a class, not new to a 2.0). Jessica was lovely, walked me over to the instructor, and introduced me as a passport member. Deb was wonderful with helpful cues and challenging moves. Will definitely be back!

This is of my happy places🥰. I love the workouts, the instructors and the others in class with me. Most importantly it feels like I’m doing really good for my body and mind!

This studio is offering exactly what I've been looking for! As a mom of 3 children, my core has been so weak for about a decade. Pilates exercises have been rebuilding muscles which haven't been activated in YEARS! I'm so grateful I got to be a founder of this studio, an amazing investment in myself!

Wouldn't recommend, there are much better options to choose for Pilates. They don't make anything easy. Be aware of their policies

Be careful if you want to sign up.
First month they miraculously find the classes after that you are on waiting list.
Very different instructors all the time.
Only one was good.
Do not prepay for anything. I did.
Then I got too sore and unhappy to continue I was in pain, no appropriate help and supervision.
One size doesn’t fit all.
After only 6 classes I cancelled 40 days before 30 day required cancellation.
Jackie the manager informed me that not only I can’t get a refund for the unused month they will charge me for one more month. She said it depends a billing cycle, what a BS!!
WHAT A SCAM!!!
I had my CC claw back the money.
DEFINITELY DON’T recommend this place.

The workout is dependent on your instructor. It took me the first month to test the diff teachers so it was a slow start. Month 2 felt better once I knew who to take classes with. I was sore the next day, saw the difference in my body, and got really excited about the studio. By end of month 2, the instructors who provided challenging classes started announcing their departures and maybe it'll take some time to find the right replacements. It's been hard to get into classes since. The membership is too expensive for the inconsistent experience. Shout out to Rachel for being professional and understanding when I went through a personal issue. Your experience in the studio might vary depending on your fitness level. For me, it hasn't been challenging enough since 2 of the teachers left.

CANCELLATION POLICY IS TERRIBLE: Was paying for my moms membership, and she decided to cancel the membership in September, the month my card expired. Paid the cancellation fee and suddenly 3 months go by, and I’m being charged for her membership again, without authorization. They changed my “expiration date” of the credit card of file and renewed her membership without letting me or her know. Now they are asking her to pay cancellation fee again. TERRIBLE SERVICE! beware of these cancellation scams and always check your card since they can reactivate it without your consent.

I signed up for the membership after a 30 min trial class. I don’t find classes to provide me with the proper level of workouts to strengthen the body or focus on all parts of body. I communicated with Rachel via a text and talked to the instructions as she recommended, but so far I haven’t became a fan of Pilates. To be frank, I get a better level of workout at LA fitness classes. My girlfriends go to a different Pilates club and they say it is so hard, while I eventually don’t get muscle sore after my classes. Maybe Pilates is not my thing or this club is not working out for me. Unfortunately have to give 3 months notice before cancellation 🙁.

Consider taking your time to thoroughly assess the club before committing to a membership. Unlike my experience at Lifetime where I did Pilates without issues, my time here has been quite different. I quickly signed up for unlimited classes after a trial session, only to discover later that the contract details were not adequately explained. It's essential to schedule classes in advance and cancel within a strict 12-hour window to avoid extra charges, regardless of the circumstances. Unfortunately, I began experiencing shoulder and neck pain due to the reformer not being adjusted properly for me. Despite voicing my concerns to various instructors, no action was taken until Rachel contacted me after requesting a membership cancellation. Although she assured me that the issue could be fixed, there was no acknowledgment of the pain I had endured. After a month of unresolved discomfort, I requested to cancel my classes, only to face pushback and harassment through text messages. The lack of empathy, professionalism, and transparency from the staff is disheartening. I politely asked for the messages to cease, yet the persistence continued. It's clear that profit outweighs customer well-being in their priorities. I will challenge the unfair charges and the negligence that exacerbated my pain. The disregard for individual attention in classes and the focus on maximizing profits reflect poorly on the ownership, who seem to lack compassion and integrity.

Amazing place with amazing staff! Classes are fun and interactive. I see others complain about the waitlist but I've always made it in off a waitlist. Pilates has been amazing to my body and I always feel amazing after a class!

Absolutely outstanding! Love the instructors- all highly knowledgeable and well versed in Pilates. Management is so welcoming and accommodating. They all want you to feel good, feel healthier, and feel stronger not only physically but emotionally. When your body feels balanced , you feel better- Mind and soul. Best decision I've made for my health.

I am pleased with the studio and the results I am seeing. I am amazed with the cleanliness of the studio. I understand the frustration with the waitlist for some, for me I am a planner so haven't had may blockers. I was disappointed to be charged the cancellation fee when I woke up not feeling well and had to cancel. It was my first cancellation and would think the fee could be waved for illness so as not to expose those.

As mentioned by another reviewer, while the studio does have a waitlist, their cancellation policy is rigid, requiring a 30-day notice period regardless of unforeseen circumstances. This lack of flexibility means that even if life throws unexpected challenges your way, such as illness or relocation, they will still retain your payment of $200 or more. Adding insult to injury, it's not uncommon to receive emails months later indicating outstanding balances on your account, even after formally canceling your membership.

Edit
Krissy reached out to apologize for the inconvenience after I had posted and called. I do appreciate this it still cost me time and money which I will not recover but hopefully this will help the company understand when others have emergencies to be understanding as well, not that $15 is a lot of money but for people that are sick and have a sudden emergency, kindness and empathy goes further than money.
I honestly love the classes here
What is very unsettling is their lack of respect for members time. I drive from Addison to the Palatine location as it’s closer in the days when I work in Palatine. I show up yesterday morning after ubering there only to wait for 30 minutes and no one show up to open the facility. I called and left a message and recorded a text message saying their instructor didn’t make it in that morning. There were several vehicles waiting at 6:50am to do the 7am class. If any member doesn’t cancel with 12 hours or more they are charged $15 for the class. My time is worth more than $15 when an instructor decides not to come to work not to mention the cost of the Uber. I requested my account be credited $15 for my inconvenience that morning and was told they would give me a class credit, well I have the unlimited package and that does nothing for the time and money spent to get there.
This isn’t how a new business should treat clients that are spending a substantial amount on a monthly membership.

Terrible experience .It's really hard to book classes , dont understand why adding new people while EVERY SINGLE class is already full and there are waitlists.
Literally paying to get on a waitlist to wait if someone will cancel.

Club Pilates Palatine has been a game-changer for me. After 13 sessions, I've experienced significant improvements in how I feel and look. Joining their membership was a fantastic decision. They offer a wide range of classes starting as early as 6:30 am, which is perfect for those with busy schedules. The only suggestion I have is for more instructor consistency. Overall, an excellent place for Pilates enthusiasts.

Oh my goodness this is 3 weeks overdue! I’m not one to write reviews but Everyone should know how incredible Palatine Pilates is. I have been a member of most gyms in the local area for most of my adult life and nothing has ever come close to the love and excitement I have for Pilates. It’s always different, always a great workout, the instructors are absolutely awesome and you always leave feeling stronger. I love and look forward to going everyday!
The difference I feel and see in my body in just 3 weeks is so Exciting. If you’re curious or even a little interested, I can not encourage you enough, Try it!
