Great change of pace from workout routine I had been following. Wish I had found someone like Coach G decades ago. Fabulous mix of personal attention, freedom to grow and Coach G provides a ton of different options beyond weight training. Give it a try, well worth the time and money.

Coach G is not your average trainer. She has all the education, experience and pedigree you’d expect in a world class performance coach, but her true gift is her ability to help people at the intersection of body, mind and spirit. Coach G is tough; she has high expectations of herself and her clients. She will hold you accountable, make you uncomfortable and make it a point to know what motivates and scares you. She will also celebrate your growth, ask for your feedback and open up her big Italian heart. Don’t explore this gym, if you’re looking for fast results or one-dimensional (physical only) results. Join this gym if you understand that real change takes time, introspection, curiosity, courage, community and humility. Also join this gym if you like to hangout with cute dogs while you lift. If you take Coach G’s approach seriously, you may find yourself in better mental, spiritual AND physical condition.
